Description:Summons a Gates a gate roughly 80 meters in height(Just under the height of Shukaku) 10m in width 40m wide. This gate provides great defense being extremely thick metal.  On the Front of the gate is a large demon face that looks angry and intimidating.  On each side there is large bell hung from a chain.  This Jutsu is capable of stopping most A rank jutsu and below.

Description:Summons three Rashomon Gates a gate roughly 80 meters in height(Just under the height of Shukaku) 10m in width 40m wide. This gate provides great defense being extremely think metal.  On the Front of the gate is a large demon face that looks angry and intimidating. On each side of each gate there is large bell hung from a chain.  This Jutsu is capable of stopping most S rank jutsu and below. A tailed beast bomb from a partially transformed host was to much for this jutsu, however the user of the jutsu was not visibly harmed.

Can I just like.... make the information for the Rashomon jutsus and add them to the Canon Library instead?

You can just request the addition of jutsus or fill out the templates in the Jutsu Grading Topic, since this area is typically for custom creations.
