He was desperate for cash and had used Transformation Jutsu to pose as an older male. In fear of getting seen and kicked out for being under age when he ran out of chakra, Shinji was crouched, taking crouched by a nearby slot machine. Figuring hiding inside the machine would be a good idea, Shinji unscrewed the bolts and screws with a kunai, then hopped in. Little did he know his greed was sensed and he stumbled upon the realm the Yokubari summons resided in.

Shinji was reluctant to admit he was greedy, but Gyōmu knew only those with a money loving heart could enter their realm. Their meeting ended in a fight which Gyōmu won.

Personality: Yutaka is the laid back leader of the Yokubari gang. He doesn't let much get to him and tends to let his wealth and leadership role solve problems. He enjoys a good fight, but ask for a decent amount of coin with each summoning.

History: After losing his battle to Gyōmu, Shinji was now an invader in the Yokubari world. Gyōmu escorted Shinji to Yutaka who would then decide the shinobi's fate. Upon arriving Yutaka had not a serious bone in his body. He knew Shinji had nothing to offer him, being a broke Genin, so why not just convert the boy into gold? Shinji noticing these entities were centered around many made a proposal. A coin toss. Of course Yutaka had no reason to allow Shinji the opportunity to live, but what kind of money man would say no to a good 'ol fashion coin toss. Shinji wins, he signs their contract, he loses they freely melt his body into gold or whatever they did. Yutaka agreed and enjoyed the thrill of the childish gamble. To Shinji's favor he won and slammed the contract in Gyōmu and Yutaka's face. Yutaka of course let him win. He could have easily rigged the coin or supplied Shinji with an already rigged coin, but no Yutaka felt he made a good investment. Shinji's bright personality was bound to bring in some cash.

This shower of money that last for 2 Post is only a distraction. Yutaka then places both hands on the ground and creates a massive golden arm, which is sturdy as hell. It could easily be used to combat a Bijuu and a monstrous summon. Upon gripping its target, the hand then melts on the held area and slowly encases them in gold. Though the process is slow 3 Post, while gripped the target will have a very difficult time moving and areas that are turned gold will remain so until the thread ends.
