Description: Local authorities proclaim that thugs from around Kirigakure have been resisting arrest and refusing to become detained. Once detained the bandits seem to have a lucky streak going for them because of other thugs, possibly associates, overwhelming the guards and stealing the criminals back. Your job is to help arrest a criminal and keep the individuals from being stolen back. It seems the thugs are armed and somewhat dangerous, only using enough force to harm the guards not kill them.

Description: Local authorities report of a group of thugs extorting money and threatening everyone in Kirigakure, stating they own this village. Show them who exactly runs this village. Make an example of the thugs but do not kill them. Fear is a tactic all on its own. Succeed in stopping an extortion or the threatening of a citizen's life. Handle the situation well and give the villagers reassurance. The gang of thugs send a party of individuals, not their entire group. They are a large gang so purging them of the village will take some time.

Description: Villagers have filed a complaint about local boys about the age of a Genin, trying to steal food and goods sold by business owners. They seem to be angry and upset about being orphans. Because of this, they have formed a ragtag group of slick and sneaky boy's and girls that go about stealing goods and food. Apprehend the children and return the stolen merchandise in tip top condition. If you can, persuade the child or children into joining the academy of shinobi. Children like this often times, become excellent as ANBU in the intelligence area. If they refuse to join just give them to the authorities. It seems there are multiple thieves exactly like these, so this will be a reoccurring problem.
