It was late in the evening to be leading on a mission but as shinobi one had to always be ready. They weren't afforded the luxary of picking and choosing the hours or even missions. And as an Anbu member their missions were normally even more imporatant to the villages safety and prosperity. This mission in particular delt with someone who had deflected from Konoha. Having received his mission Alder heads off to the land of snow to complete it. In preparation for the lower than normal temperatures he adorns his trade mark scarf underneath a white hooded traveling cloak covering up his anbu equipment even though he would stick out amongst the trees of Konoha it would be perfect for the snowy landscape he was headed to.

Description: There's a ninja known by "Salem", who defected from Konohagakure and is now hiding out somewhere in the Land of Snow. Salem is a Chunin/Special Jounin-level shinobi, who was convicted of raping 15-year old Rin Tsuyumi, and brutalizing her from then on. Salem was found guilty, but after two days in prison, he managed to escape using an unknown technique. Information about Salem's battle skills include mastery over Taijutsu, he was well known for having a brutal and ferocious hand to hand fighting style back in his day, and is skilled in Suiton jutsu. It should be noted that Salem was accused of multiple cases of breaking-ins and picklocking - none of which he was proven guilty of. Just know that he is very likely a criminal genius.
