Immortal Soul: The Fumetsu clan is a unusual clan that creates their immortally young members through a ritual at birth. This ritual is known as the "Immortal Soul"  This ritual seals a spirit into the body of the newborn child. Unfortunately most of these spirits are quite blood thirsty, thus making the children blood thirsty. After the ritual is complete, the child will grow until the age of 9. After they reach this age, their physical appearance remains that of a 8-10 year old. But, even though the body stops aging pass childhood, the mental state of the child grows and their body is immune to illness. Because of this, it is difficult for these clansmen to die from poisons. Because of their young body, immunity to poisons, and long life span members of this clan have gained the title of being immortal. But, in actually they can be killed by any ordinary means besides poisons.

Soul Eating: A ability that members fo this clan possess. It is a simple ability that can only be used on the dead. After they've killed someone or are around a dead body, the clansmen will touch the deceased person and drain the remaining chakra in their body. This ability will only continue until the users own chakra pool is full. They drain C-rank chakra per post.

Clan History: This clan spawned during the times of the formation of the five great nations. In early days, a large disappearance of children began to be reported all over the ninja world. It was later discovered that this children were being used for the rituals of this clan and creating the clansmen of this clan. Many nations look down upon this clan, but often times will pay the members of this clan to kill and aid in battle. They are often times formidable in battle. Since then, every once in awhile children go missing and then return about 10 years later as a member of this clan.

*I viewed the technique as a clan kekkei genkai, because it doesn't consume chakra just has weaknesses. I figured it wouldn't have been to hard to get approved because it has some pretty big conditions to use it. Can't just be used on people here and there. They have to be dead and they must have some chakra left for you to absorb. If that makes sense.
