Description: A long cloak made of the finest of silks that flows down to her ankles. A cloak with a high collar and a gold button at the base of the collar on either side of the cloak, the cloak being kept upon her shoulders by the black ribbon attached to the ribbons. With a black dragon design on a purple background, and a red underside, the cloak has golden trim. The cloak can always be reversed so that the underside is purple and the top red.

History: A cloak crafted by the hands of Hala Ryuusei’s aunt with the purpose of concealing her chakra from sensors during missions. Of course when she left the village, she would take the cloak with her.
Abilities: A cloak crafted for the purpose to conceal the chakra of Hala Ryuusei when on missions, but is now used to conceal her from those who wish to take her back to Kiri. The cloak has been made to conceal her from those who have skill in sensory, though only up to adept.
