Description: After performing a single handseal, Moriko poofs a cloud of smoke, like any other cloning or transformation jutsu, and becomes any snake of her choosing, but can only reach seven feet in length. This jutsu also allows her to speak through this transformation, meaning she can talk like a human as well as hiss. She can also send telepathic messages to other people in this form.

Poison Hierarchy:

Weakness: She has no way of performing any jutsu, other than the Shed Skin Technique, in this form, and she also only has the ability of the snake she transforms into. The affected person can be healed, but only by a med ninja of Basic Combat Skills, or higher, in Ijutsu.

Description: Moriko simply uses her touch or gaze to will a snake or viper of any human form to do her bidding, which means no summons or pets. They can simply be used for messaging purposes or sent to attack people.
Weakness: Does not work on snakes that aren't her pets or have jutsu. Does not work on summons. The gaze portion cannot work on a snake when/if Moriko is blindfolded.

I feel that your first Jutsu should require some degree in Ijutsu, because you are basically healing yourself by shedding your skin. And any form of Jutsu that allows you to heal shall require, Ijutsu.

What abilities? Or have you not made this pet yet? At your second Jutsu.

Wut? Wait, your pets can take human form?! Or you can make a snake take human form? How does this snake end up in human form? May be because it's late, but I am confused with this third Jutsu. Care to elaborate?

Um, Secondly, Like venom in some snakes, breathing underwater in others, etc.

I mean human like a human snake, meaning a snake that was originally born on earth. Not a summoning or ninja pet per se.

As long as you have Ijutsu as well as the right tech, anyone with Ijutsu should be able to heal themselves or somebody else of the poison, not just masters. Also, your poison works too fast to be a simple B.
