Description: This jutsu is the total of opposite of the Mystical Palm Jutsu and saps the energy from  the targets body converting that energy into life force for the user.  First it starts with the fat on the targets body until all of the stored energy on the body is gone (3-4 Posts: Fat heals up to a C rank worth of damage each post this is on target). Then the user  moves on to the muscles  and begins to sap the energy/fat from the muscles casing them to shrink and wither away(5-6 posts Muscles heals up to B rank damage each post this is on the target). Then after the muscles on the body is gone then usually the target does not have much longer to live and the user moves on to the organs and saps them of energy /fat  and after 2 posts of this if the target is not died yet then will is almost 99.99 Percent of the time will die from not having organs.(This heals up to  S Rank damage on the user can after 2-3 posts the target is died.) This area in front of the palm is filled with a crimson light from the user’s palm. This jutsu is EXTREMELY painful for the target probably one of the most pain inducing jutsu ever.
Weakness: Useless against EGF, Creation Rebirth if the target is poisoned then it hurts the user instead of healing them and is also useless against human puppets. Can not be used on NPC's.

It is so powerful that can be corrupt C rank or lower weapons.

The Leech moves at a speed equal to the users mastery of Ijutsu. Having Mastery in Ijutsu causes this Leech to move faster than a Adept but slower than a Master. Only have 3 active at one time.

Description: This medical technique forms one's chakra into a small, sharp blade. This can then be used for highly accurate incisions necessary for surgeries and anatomical dissections. Unlike regular scalpels, the chakra scalpel can make cuts inside the body without actually creating an open wound, limiting the risks of an infection.
The chakra scalpel can also be used offensively, although it requires great precision to be effective. Because of this requirement, using the chakra scalpel offensively is highly unusual. In heated combat, even the greatest medical-nin won't be able to exert the precision needed to make fatal cuts, but it can still effectively cut muscle tissues and tendons, rendering the target immobile. Adding to the technique's blade like quality, it also appears to give the user an increased level of durability over their chakra clad hands.

Unlike regular scalpels, this chakra scalpel can make cuts inside the body without actually creating an open wound, causing massive internal damage to surrounding areas.Unlike the regular chakra scalpel this one is used specifically for combat. The poison specifically does not affect the outer layers of skin but slowly dissolves muscles, bones and any flesh beyond the outermost layer of skin. This causes a massive build up of a dissolved solution that forces the poison to go deeper instead of leaving the body.
Weakness: Not as Versatile as the original Chakra Scalpel.
