Description: Moving at extreme speeds the user vibrates suddenly, fast enough to create an after image left in their place, which appears to still be solid so still believably them, unless someone were to use a Doujutsu or had a high enough weaponry spec, the user would be untraceable. This can be executed in any combat ready stance, but not a casual position, ie: sitting, while casually talking, etc. With two dashes at their disposal if the user where to close in and strike the target, they would find themselves being hit about three times. This is because the strike vibrates on the target similar to how the after images work.
Weakness: Doujutsu and Weaponry Masters. Leaves limb used to strike unavailable for attacking, for the users next post due to exertion of muscles.

Description: Moving at extreme speeds in circles, Kobachi whips up strong winds and loose debris, creating a miniature dust storm in the center. Almost like a tornado, with the eye being filled with the debris, which clouds vision and irritates eyes. When Kobachi feels he is ready at any moment he can execute a dash to either close in on the opponent or to the outside of the circle for defensive purposes. The reach of his dash is dependent on his speed and has no specific range. Given the speed at which he is moving and the debris, unless one has a Doujutsu that can see the chakra system it is nearly impossible to track him. Even then the multitude of dirt, dust, sand, whatever have you, will damage and irritate open eyes that are in the eye of the tornado.
Weakness: The motion stays circular making a streaming linear attack highly effective.

Description: Tossing his Bladerang with a unique curve or rotation, the weapon can suddenly change its trajectory, to the degree of making quick U-Turns, hooks, loops, etc. Direction can only be changed once per toss. The trajectory change must be predetermined or decided on in the post the Bladerang is tossed. The Bladerang also can't make immediate or sharp turns.

With the aid of ninja wire, the jutsu's capabilities are greatly increased. Up to three trajectory shifts can be made, and they can be made after the blade is tossed, so the opponent will have a difficult time dodging.
Weakness: May use up ninja wire, wire can be cut, burned, etc. Very meta game vulnerable with the weapons trajectory shifts having to be stated if ninja wire isn't used. Kobachi's Trickery 2500757172
