The Threat [Jounin+ Only]

Ryuho clasped his hands together in the segregated room located at the very top of the Administration Building. Matters of this scale were no longer discussed in his tidy office, it had to be in a secret, soundproof room, with nothing but white walls making up the colored structure of the so-called "S-Office". There was a large table at the center of the room, and a few file cabinets. The door could only be opened by a particular chakra - and thus far he is the only one who can do so. But he left the door unlocked, for the only ones who were informed of this would enter. Oak table. White walls. Nothing else. It was a very bland room. Ryuho sat at the far corner away from the door, so he could face anyone and see who would come in. He was a bit of a mix today in terms of emotions. 70% of him was hardcore serious, but the surviving 30% was also his aloof self. After all, he could not suffer another wave of personality damage. He has had enough.

A selection of files were laid out before him by Yuu-chan. She had gathered all of the information within one day to get things back together for the village. A direct terrorist attack occurred in Konohagakure yesterday. A giant wood human, no doubt produced by Mokuton, had destroyed part of the border wall and demolished a significant amount of housing before it crawled to a stop by four Nara Jounin. After that, the wood human stopped moving completely, for its user had moved far away from it. The Mokuton dissembled itself, but the wood was still used to help rebuild some of the damage to the village. At the very least, it provided better material for border defense than stone and concrete. The user was identified by Saito Senju, a Missing-Nin from Konohagakure who left recently. His bounty has been raised to considerate the amount of damage he dealt Konohagakure.

And then there were a whole lot of other sequences. A girl was kidnapped while naked by a orange-haired woman. So, it could be assumed that she was the intended target from the very beginning, and they could run a background check to see where they could go from there. These were very powerful ninja, and they were no doubt a rogue group much like the one that had appeared in the Land of Rivers? Or were they connected? Ryuho would analyze that later. He had a plethora of information regarding primary accounts, jutsus, and the fact that ANBU Captain Sasuto is now currently in pursuit of the culprits..... and hasn't returned yet. Ryuho grew very worried about his ANBU Captain, and hoped that he'd return soon. Right now, until they receive more information about the terrorist group or where they came from, he could not make any move for the Missing-Nin, Sasuto, or any of the other villages. He needed his Jounin/ANBU council right now, to decide the future of Konohagakure. The Hokage looked incredibly grim, and his usual giggles were constant, dark frowns. Ryuho knew one thing for sure. Very soon, he is going to be bloodlusted as fuck.

Syndra had just arrived at the village after the attack, she spent extra time in the Land of Rivers to pursue the ones who attempted to frame Konohagakure for the death of two foreign shinobi.
When she arrived back in the village, that was in a state of chaos, she was informed by the clansmen of the remaining Senju that a large Senju structure destroyed the barricades in the village and some of the housing district.
This caught Syndra off guard, she wasn't expecting such an attack out of no where. Then again, the peace that has shrouded the world has made even someone like Syndra acustom to nothing going on. Later in the day, she was informed that a meeting was being held for the higher ranking shinobi of the village. Even medical shinobi like Syndra had to show up. She assumed it was being held due to the recent destruction that has arose in the village.

Syndra would arrive at the Administration building and make her way up the flights of stairs to the room that these types of meetings were held in. Although many people found Syndra 'unusual.' She was still a very skilled shinobi and at the moment, an asset to the Leaf village.

After reaching the top floor, she came to the door of the S-rank meeting room. She knew the meeting would be some what serious. She wondered how many people would show up, she figured quite a few of the higher ranking shinobi were out pursuing the attacker of the village.
As she entered the normally locked room, she would take about ten steps in at the opposite side of the oak table and bow at the Hokage.

Syndra was a familiar face to the hokage. She had grown up as a 'prophecy' child in the Senju clan. She was pale skinned with, light blue eyes, a feminine face, and had long silky white hair that was kept in a ponytail that was held together with three black hair rings. The moon marking on her forehead was also covered up by her hidden Leaf forehead protector.
Her dress consisted of a black long sleeve turtle neck with the neck rolled down some so her neck was still visible, a grey jounin flak jacket with pointed shoulder guards, black shinobi styled pants that stopped at her shins but her shins were not visible due to the bandages she wore from her ankles to her pants line, and black standard shinobi sandals.
She was definitely a beautiful, but confident woman.

"Syndra Tobirama Senju, present sir." She said while bowing, in a very military like manner. She would then raise her head and remain standing, placing her hands in the front pockets of her pants.

Dumbfounded,Ignis stood at the gates to the village. Smoke rolling up into the sky, and ruins of houses on one side. The only question he could think of is, where was I? Ignis then took off at a very high speed. Needing to speak with the Hokage. Nothing could stop, not even his real parents.

When Ignis ran through the Kage's building, he was no where to be found. Noticing a cracked door halfway down the hallway, Ignis decided to check it out. When entering the room where the cracked door, Ignis noticed a very stressed out hokage with nothing but sadness one his face, and a very attractive but pale female. A female he has.never seen before but obviously was apart of the hidden leaf. Ignis decided it would be best to not pursue in something that was so trivial to him at the moment. Thinking with the wrong head at the wrong time.

Ignis turned out bowed at the Hokage,then introducing himself to the beautiful lady. Then quietly taking his seat asking only one question. "who do I have to kill.to make this right?Ignis asked with the most furious.look on his face he has ever had, now quiet waiting on a reply from someone.

Sasuto had recently returned to Konohagakure after giving up on a pursuit that was surely his fault for not taking risks with Kami's life. He knew she chose to go to Kirigakure no Sato on her own, technically she had information on Konohagakure, his job was to kill her since she said she was going to Konoha. He'd failed his duty, and that gave him quite a lot of stress and irritation. His sweat cloaked mask resembling a fox's face was still placed upon his face, masquerading his frustration.

The black cloak of his which was accustomed to the ANBU blackops was tattered around the edges, but that was it. Allowing himself to bound off the flaxen asphalt of the gates to Konohagakure, which were smoldering from invasion. He was an obscure of momentum, and he intended to be at the rate of speed he was going at, he landed at the top of a roof and then cartwheeled off into midair, racing across the wall's of a house with an expeditious pace.

Within a few minutes, Sasuto landed upon the top of the Hokage building, the roof to the S-Office, assuming the Hokage would've been holding a meeting after all of this. Sasuto allowed the ANBU mask to come off with a grasp of it from his right hand, as he leaped off the edge of the roofing, landing upon the glass window with virtually no mass, a dull azure tint present at his feet. He hooked his upper feet upon the edge of the roofing, his arms hanging aimlessly at his sides as he gazed at the office upside down.

Ryuho's deep contemplation into his files was replaced by a quick flashing of his eyes to the door to the room, which was opened by Syndra Senju. Ryuho held his neutral, almost frown-like expression forawhile as Syndra entered the room, him clearly staring at her with his hands folded and his chin resting on them. His straw hat was no longer on top of his head - it was somewhere else. Syndra bowed before the Hokage, and Ryuho's mouth line curved into a gentle smile. He was definitely glad that a Senju Jounin of her stature was here today. Ryuho nodded. "You were absent during the whole ordeal, but I'm you're here now Syndra...." Ryuho said. The door rustled open again. "Please take a seat". Ignis entered the room, and the door shut behind him.

Ignis was also familiar to the Hokage, in that he was the one who foresaw Ignis's talents as an ANBU and made sure that he would get in. "Yes, please take a seat as well, Ignis Vaxx". Then Ryuho heard a thump around the office. He looked around and vaguely saw his ANBU Captain Sasuto Uchiha dangling around! His smile grew bigger. He had been extremely worried that his ANBU Captain might have died in the line of duty. But he appeared to be safe, and with the info he collected, surely a counterplan was already in process. Ryuho nodded to Sasuto, and after he'd come in, he'd wait for ten minutes while looking at the blank white wall and began.....

Ryuho sensed the bloodlust in Kal. It permeated the room, and his own hostility was equally great. "We don't know who to kill yet, Ignis. We're trying to...figure things out right here. I just want to say that I am very glad that our captain has returned to the village, safely. Would have been terribbleeee if we had lost him. Now then...." Ryuho pulled out some files. "As you all know.... we were attacked by a group of Missing-Nin. One of our own was in that group. We don't know where their headquarters are precisely... nor do we know what their motives were. We are trying to find all links and connections, no matter how vague to wringe.... them out of hiding. The damage to the village is not too significant, as it can be rebuilt. Unfortunately, dozens of people were injured.... and we have one confirmed death." Ryuho held out a picture of Mimiko Yuko who was killed by the Wood Human. "This girl over here was killed by Saito Senju. A funeral will be held for her in two days." Ryuho heaved deeply, and sighed. "Uhh....." Ryuho scratched his forehead, and then returned to his folded-hands position, looking for the words to say.

"As I was saying..... we don't know where they came from... although we do know their motives are not, in the slightest bit, moral. We have eyewitness accounts of a kunoichi skilled in Ninjutsu carrying a naked girl out of the village. It is presumed that the naked girl was the target..... and that she was abducted. We HAVE to get her back, as soon as possible".

Ryuho rambled through his files to find the folder of Kami Hanabira. She was reported missing, and eyewitness accounts have confirmed that she was indeed the one who was kidnapped. Ryuho looked at the file with great sadness, as a father would grief when her daughter was kidnapped. But for Ryuho, he was not powerless. He had the responsibility to find this girl and bring her back. Then Ryuho opened his mouth very wide, as he just recognized the girl in the photo. Oh shit! This is the girl from the hot springs, isn't it?? She was the one who was kidnapped? HERR??!! Oh my god.... oh my.... ohh..... he pondered. Ryuho slapped Kami's photo onto the desk so that the others we could see. "This is the girl who was kidnapped.... imagine what kind of people would hurt a girl like this! Every single one of you in this room should be filled with IMMENSE anger, that our village was stripped, I mean robbed of a strong and capable kunoichi. We MUST bring her back to the village. WE MUST", Ryuho orated with great zeal, while fighting back the burned images of Kami's naked body......

He hoped his Jounin and ANBU help a poor old Hokage like him figure out a plan to find the people who took Kami Hanabira, and bring them down.....

"As far as I'm concerned the girl won't be willing to come back, and she is now a person I must kill. The woman asked her if she wanted to go to Kirigakure, and the girl said yes."Sasuto scoffed at the thought of such an irritating thing, failing his mission wasn't normal for him, so this was really making him beat himself up. None the less, he allowed his body to stop dangling, as he vanished in a plume of smoke and re-appeared side to side with Syndra.

"Honestly...Kami would've been here, injured or not, if I hadn't been so at ease on the enemy. I couldn't use any fire style techniques because the girl would've been caught in the crossfire."There Sasuto went, downing himself once more. He really needed to stop such a bad habit, but he couldn't help it, it seemed like it was his fault that they got away. Within his gentle grasp was his porcelain ANBU mask, which usually covered his face, which, to most, seemed handsome.

For all this time, Sasuto's eyes remained an abhorrent cardinal red, the mark of the Uchiha kekkai genkai, their doujutsu, the Sharingan, otherwise known as the Copy Wheel eye. His eyes suddenly dilated, allowing themselves to bleed over into a bright, optimistic sky blue shade within each optic. His set of vision discerned the people around him, who, to him, seemed quite upset about the situation, other than Syndra.

"The information we've got is that the woman, and that Senju are working together. Perhaps their headquarters are within Kirigakure, and now Kami is apart of them, seeing as she agree'd to flee Konohagakure with them. I want to get her back, but she's a missing shinobi now, and it's a pain in the ass to notice that my job is to kill Konohagakure's missing shinobi. If she sided with them, is there any information she has that could prove useful to the enemy?"

Ignis, listening at everything being spoken, started to fill with more anger. Standing up abruptly, staring at his anbu captain. Or better yet what remained of him, so intensely the air in the room began to get hot. Waiting for him to finish, Ignis stood there waiting so he would not be impolite to interupt.

" I see what your sayying, but captain you do realize you had an obligation to uphold. If the girl left willingly, she properly helped the damn shinobi in the leaf. There are barriers around the leaf that protects from enemy's. Only villagers.May let enemies pass. Knowing this fact, she most likely was the accomplice. The obligation you had captain, was to eliminate missing ninja of the leaf. Your mission before everything is the motivation you should have had. By you not handling your emotions measures have to be taken."

Ignis thought for a moment or two. Looking around the room, seeing nothing but files on the table and the picture of the kidnapped girl. Not kidnapped but was willing to go, willing to become a missing ninja. Thinking these thoughts made Ignis' skin tingle. What if this was some sort of distraction and they wanted use to chase her? Ignis didn't care much. Only two things remained on his mind. What provoked this action against the leaf, and why is this girl so important.

"Hokage-Sama, do you know anything about this child? It could help save her. Also I will need a tracking team and the captain to join me on the retrieval of this Kami child. But first captain did you see which direction they were running in?"

Ignis now moving his eyes back and forth between the hokage and his captain, not even caring about Syndra no more than 2 feet from him. Just listening to the talk of the three in front of her. Not trying to respond to anything or to even help gather details. Ignis couldn't help but to think she maybe, even though how insignificant it may be, Syndra could have been apart of it. Ignis, now staring at the pale woman, with stern eyes , ready to speak in a stern voice. " Syndra, would you care to enroll in the topic at hand, or even care to add to the details we have already received?"

Syndra took a seat across from the hokage when he offered one. She would then not put much input on the matter for quite sometime. She sat at the table would her arms crossed and her legs crossed in a feminine manner. She would pace her eyes back and forth to each person who spoke. Taking in all the information. She was thinking while it all carried on.

After the Anbu Captain demanded a tracking team, a silence devoured the room. After this silence cloaked the room for a moment, Syndra fixed her posture a tad in the formal chair at the table and spoke; "It was well too planned for it to be random. Everything was plan. Distract the military forces with the Senju jutsu and then take their target. . . Whoever this group was they are clever.
Random violence is scary, but intelligent violence is ever scarier.
As a member of the Senju, we are known for creating allies in battle. I even do so. The giant that was created though is a extremely powerful Senju technique, We're not dealing with a group of bandits here or anything."

Syndra paused and glanced at everyone in the area and then continued speaking. "Some forces should be left here in the village, we have to take into consideration that maybe they're trying to get our strong to pursue them and then attack again." She then took a deep breath, as if she was going to say something unexpected.

"The child that was taken is not worth sending all our shinobi into a death trap. Especially without knowing anything about them except for one is a female and the other is a Senju. Even if she is an ally." Syndra was somewhat cold at the moment, but she felt that you had to be in such situations. She hoped that the Hokage would understand why she would say such a thing, Syndra is a experienced medic who has seen death on the fields over pointless things way too often.
After speaking, she would wait to hear others inputs once again.

OOC: Post order shall be me, Sauce, kal, and Syn....since it wasn't established earlier.

IC: Ryuho's eyebrow raised at Sasuto's daring claim; the idea that the naked girl who beated up all of those Konoha men who spied on her naked body in konoha hot springs would.......oh....oh...huh........oh. Oh. he thought. The Art of Peeking does scare people away.... Ryuho thought guiltily, although he did not believe that he was the catalyst for her retreat from the village. Especially not since the girl seemed to have accepted the kunoichi's request without a hitch. No, she was definitely an intended target, and it would be of no surprise to Ryuho if the girl was manipulated in such a way that she'd leave Konohagakure. A deep burning heated up in Ryuho's heart, as he struggled with the situation involving Kami Hanabira.

"Thank you for the info you've collected, Captain Sasuto". It was helpful to Ryuho's decision-making, even though he did not want to mark the girl as an enemy just yet. He looked through his files, and discovered that there had been a plethora of information hidden within it. From the border guards who were there, Kazega, and Danzo, it was noted that prior to the wood that was conveniently summoned to cover things up, they saw the naked Kami move. Moreover, Kazega had reported that the girl had outright stated that she'd go with the kunoichi to Kirigakure. With the information Sasuto had collected, all roads pointed towards the Hidden Mist Village as the destination of the terrorist group. Something fishy was going on, and he would have to inform the Mizukage about it.

The devious thought had then occured to the Hokage, that perhaps the Kirigakure military government could be linked to this terrorist group. There would be most unpleasant. "According to my reports, that girl did indeed agree to go to Kirigakure. Although as she was a recent Genin, she could not have gotten much information on Konohagakure...unless she was sent as a spy from the very beginning. She was not born in the Land of Fire, after all."

Ryuho looked straight at the white wall, pondering for ten seconds, but really he could sense the emotional level that was in this room already. The ANBU wish to track her down. That was reasonable, for they excel in that kind of thing. The captain is ready to kill her, while Ignis wishes to bring her back. Syndra, on the other hand, is proposing that they a bigger plot is at hand, and they have too little info. Still, they have deduced a lot of things in this stiffy room alone. They know a location - a starting point. They might not know the motive, but they do know who was involved. Perhaps the other villages could provide more information.

"This is my decree as Hokage. Right now, the files I have gives limited information. We will not send our shinobi into potentially hostile territory without some knowledge. Sasuto pursued the terrorists as far as he could go. Right now, find out as much information about Kami Hanabira and Saito Senju as possible. Figure out who the kunoichi is. We have a description of what she looks like and the jutsus she uses. We have to know who would wish to kill the peace the shinobi world has worked up for a century to keep. What I want to do now is head to the other villages and inform them about this incident. I want to know who I can trust and who I can't. Kirigakure comes last. I don't want any of you to enter the Land of Water, but I do what you all to do whatever is necessary, by any means necessary, to be prepared for war. Do I make myself clear?" War was the last thing Ryuho wanted, but he did want his elite ninja to get stronger.

"Yes sir."Sasuto's response was that short, and quick, and simple. He was all against what Ignis thought, Syndra, him and the Hokage were all on the right page. If these people were capable of causing this much disorder, surely they were more powerful. "Clearly we'll need to become much stronger before we can even think about advancing into the Hidden Mist. Also, the woman had....red hair, she's most likely mentally disturbed, considering she broke out of a genjutsu I placed her under, and one of her abilities is to create a shield of Wind style chakra, which deflects techniques, from observations."

Sasuto sighed, allowing himself to be somewhat more casual, but not much, his muscles were still indeed tense from the battle he was under before he pursued the strange double and came back here. Out of the corner of his eye, he discerned many of the factors of Syndra's physique, white hair, and a pale pigmentation, indeed alluring.

He was more intrigued by the clothing which she adorned herself with, but now wasn't the time to give such an attractive woman the googly eyes, the matter at hand was serious. There was no need to save Kami, she was a missing shinobi. A deep part of his heart wanted to save her, but it was no use. Indeed, she didn't have much information on Konohagakure, so hunting her down and sending a search party into a death zone could be held off.

Sasuto was suffering from amnesia, he knew many techniques, most of which he'd forgotten, but remembered the names of.

The Decree from the hokage made sense, but Ignis didn't agree with everything. Ignis thought by going straight after the perpetrators would be the best action at hand. He didn't feel like they would expect it one bit. Ignis was the right man for that job, knowing that he doesn't normally wear his anbu uniform would be a good for blending. Especially since he wasn't here when the kidnapping took place.

Ignis thought for a few more moments, only about which village he should start checking. Knowing his face to be pretty much unknown everywhere, he decided it would be a good idea to start in Sunagakure.
They haven't had any problems in a long time, know this he figured they would offer a helping hand.
Ignis now knew his decision, and that was to go along with his original idea. Still holding on to the fact the girl could be a liability to not pursue her, he will not." If it is the will of the hokage, it shall be done. There s only one problem about this, what if other villages is working with these terrorists? What shall we do then?"

Ignis let this point sink in, knowing that it wouldn't change anything. But figured he should state the obvious. Knowing good and well he would sacrifice himself for the better good of the village.

"If it's alright with you ill start with Sunagakure, but ill need my anbu suit now, and my mask I ordered, please." With that Ignis stood up, and made his move to the window to stare at the destruction. "We really have to handle this before word gets out, and other villages capitalize on our weak position right now."

Syndra nodded slightly as the Hokage made his final decree. It seems that Syndra's opinion was on the same page as the Hokage.
In her mind though, Syndra found the whole ordeal to be somewhat humorous. Her love for Konohagakure as surely dwindled. Although, she would never show this. Not anytime soon anyways. Everyone in the village saw her as a sweet and compassionate shinobi. A prophecy to the Senju and a master of the medical arts. She was very highly respected in the village.

After the Hokage finished speaking, she would bow slightly. "Yes, Lord Hokage. Is there is anything you need me to do?"
Syndra would for now, follow any orders the village gave out. She was curious to where she would be stationed or if she would even be stationed anywhere.
Just after she spoke, she rose her body up again from her bow and awaited his reply.

Ryuho scratched his chin as the room quickly reduced into a level-headed environment once more. The Hokage himself wanted to go on a diplomatic journey of some sort to inform the other villages of this growing threat. Perhaps they were aware of its existence already? Perhaps they were allied to them? If so, then there is even more reason for Konohagakure shinobi to become far stronger than they are already. That does not only includes the elites who are currently here, but also the Genin of the village who will be entrusted to inherit the village in the next generation.

"Yes, Kal and Syndra, pay attention please", Ryuho began. "There are a handful of Genin in this village who have yet to be tutored by a Jounin sensei. Of course, seeing as we may be attacked once more, it is also important that the Genin become significantly more able. I leave it to you two to dedicate your time as sensei's to help our soft, leafie cherubs grow.... Youth is important, you know! Do check out the list of available Genin. hmm?"

Then he turned to Sasuto. "Captain Sasuto and I will depart from Konohagakure and go to a village to talk about the group that attacked us. I expect everyone else to protect the village to the best of their ability. Although I know that you Kal wish to check out the other villages, I must ask you to concentrate on our soft, leafie cherubs.... I will go instead, since.... I'm the Hokage haha.... Captain Sasuto will accompany me seeing as he's the only one who saw the attackers and would provide valuable clarification. You're all dismissed".

Upon hearing of the Hokage's individual assignments for them, Sasuto exhaled slightly and allowed himself to take departure with the Hokage. As if in a mocking manner, he glanced back out of the corner of his irises, discerning Syndra from head to toe, unsure whether or not to trust her, he was perhaps unsure whether or not he should trust her.

Syndra nodded her head slightly and then bowed towards the kage.
"As you wish, Lord Hokage." She then raised her body upwards and then bowed to the two other men in the room out of 'respect.' After doing so, her shoes clicked against the tile ground as she made her way out of the room and then the building. She would tend to the task she was given.
