Description: A variant jutsu of the Manipulating Attack Blade, A shuriken technique that involves aiming a barrage of kunai at one precise spot [25 handheld weapons]. The user releases chakra from his hand over an area, which within he can maintain the kunai in suspension. As a result, the enemy may get blindsided and denied any escape route at the same time. With a simple hand movement, the user is able to fire all the kunai at once.

I don't see the difference between this and the original technique. Your description is just copied off of the Naruto wikia.

I have the canon one accepted being able to throw 10 with a range of 25m. This will just be an improvement to it to both of those qualities. Which is why this is a variant to the parent Hutus. And I know I know, I should have had a link to the canon one to begin with.
