Tear was sitting in his office. the window was open and the wind blew sand particles in through the window. The village was bustling as usual, but Tear toned it out for the most part. His interest would only be peaked if a scream of fear would ring out, but that would not happen. Tear had called a meeting of two men, two Sunagakure shinobi that he would propose something to. Various papers and statistics on the two men he smiled at the papers. He had sent for the two men now all he could do was wait.

Jacques
Jacques had been approached by a young ninja apparently a squire of this day and age. He had come with the express command from the Kage to go and see him immediately. Jacques smiled a coy smile as he began his ascent throughout the village making his way to the Kage's office. He looked around as he passed the drab buildings. All of them a terrible colour scheme. He grimaced as he passed them. thinking how droll it would be to be surrounded by something other than yellow buildings. He sighed as he made his way through the market district. The air was thick with the scent of a plethora of medicinal herbs all of them smelling sickly-sweet something akin to a cough syrup. He made his way through bustling crowds of men and women alike. This place had been rather progressive with the abilities of women in the social sphere. and It was definitely appreciated by Jacques he loved women. As he passed from crowd to crowd each of the groups with different smells emanating from the epicenter of the crowd, from Fishiness, to smoke, to wood. This was the life of Sunagakure. The people and their interactions with one another. He passed by a stall, and deftly removed a flower. He'd have to reprimand himself for that one he thought jokingly. He made his way to the administrative building and passed from the sunny heat to the cool entrance room of the administrative building also housing the Kage's office.
Jacques stood with his normal casual attire. His jacket covering a black T-shirt with a olive-green Scarf covering his throat. More as a fashion statement than anything else. A pair of faded blue jeans that ran down the length of his body that stopped at a pair of leather loafers. Combining the looks and accessibility of a well-maintained leather dress shoe with that of house shoes. He smiled as he walked past the older lady whom was manning the desk. "For you mon cherie." He said with a charming smile as he offered the flower to the older woman. He stepped away and made his way up towards the Kage's office. He stopped outside wrapping the scarf more securely about his person and knocked three times. He would hate to disturb a meeting of minds between the Sunagakure elite. It was there that he stood at full attention. Awaiting an answer from within.

Such nice weather out today. Daisuke thought to himself as he sat on his windowsill, looking out at the sky. Although the only thing that passed by was just sand, it was nice to see the village still at peace. That was something Daisuke was genuinely happy with. A knock at the man's door was heard, and he got off the window and went to open it. A young man approximately his age had told him the Kazekage had summoned him. What would the Kazekage need Daisuke for? Something urgent apparently. Giving the man a quick nod, he closed the door and left out the window he had. Before he left for the administration building, he closed the window from the outside so sand wouldn't continue to blow into his home. Jumping from roof to roof on the Sunagakure buildings, he made his way to his final destination which he would arrive at soon. Daisuke didn't live the closest, so he had a further distance to travel to get there. After about a good few minutes, he finally reached the main entrance to the huge building. Citizens passed by back and forth, a few anbu around to area to guard the important landmark. The jounin entered the building, heading to the Kazekage's office. Few ninja walked past Daisuke as he was heading up, this place was more gigantic than when he was last here. Finally reaching the level, he noticed another man standing at the office entrance. Without any more time to waste, Daisuke walked towards him and stood beside him and gave a quick gesture to introduce himself. "I'm Daisuke, Hatake." 100% of the opportunities you don't take is one more loss at success. |

Tear was waiting patiently while reviewing the documents on the two shinobi. He knew who they were; I mean he was the Kazekage and made it his business to know who every shinobi within his village. He may not exactly have memorized their accomplishments but he did know of them and what they could do. He heard a knock on the door which interrupted his thoughts. "Enter." his voice was smooth and stern, but warm and inviting. He knew who it was at his door and was glad they finally made it.

Jacques
Jacques was standing at the door when he peered about as he saw a new individual round the corner making his way onto the landing of the Kazekage's office. 'Interesting. Maybe this will be that meeting of minds' something chimed in his head. He smiled as the younger man introduced himself. This was his charming personality of course. The killer however was only skin deep always peering out always with eyes full of hate. Yet this wasn't the time. He still had distinction. "Daisuke" He echoed once, and offered his hand in a semblance of camaraderie. "Well friend, My name is Jacques deMolay. Just call me Jack." He said with a wink "It's what everyone else calls me." About that time, he heard the Kage's voice cut through the cacophony of bureaucracy that transpired all around him. He smiled at the young man and motioned towards the door. "Well then, Shall we."
Jacques opened the door allowing the younger man entrance first. Assumedly after the younger man was inside, Jacques would make his way through the doorway, and shut the door quietly behind himself. No need for unnecessary noises. That was his mantra both on and out of the field. He walked towards the desk and stopped at a reasonable distance bowed as was customary for a subordinate to an officer. "Mine Kage." He said while still bent at a ninety-degree angle. He resumed his normal perpendicular stature. It was in this position that he would stand until the Kage was done addressing him.

Nodding to the other man's introduction, he opened the door and motioned him to head on in. Daisuke walked in and stood in front of the Kazekage, and then he bowed with respect like anyone would. "Hello dear Kazekage. How may we provide service to you on this fine day?" Daisuke asked with his calmest voice ever, as if he was being brainwashed completely. Daisuke stood straight up, with his hands by his sides waiting for the authority to speak. 100% of the opportunities you don't take is one more loss at success. |

Tear watched as the two shinobi stepped into his office. He wanted to be the "normal" him, but this time called for a more serious approach. He stood up dropping the papers he had in his hand on the desk in front of him. He looked at the two with a serious expression. Even the most powerful of shinobi would acknowledge the power behind the Kazekage's gaze. "I'm sure both of you know that Kamina, our previous Anbu captain, has left the village. His whereabouts are unknown and he will soon be added to the bingo list. He holds to many of our secrets. But the matter at hand is the hole that has been left in our villages fortitude." Tear looked at Jacques. "This is more of a request to you Jacques, but from this day on you will be moving up in the ranks and becoming my shadow. The new Anbu Captain of Sunagakure." He then looked to Daisuke. "You will be moving up to a Anbu....I know these things may seem a bit much to the both of you, but do not freight to the outside world you will still be normal shinobi, but you will be my shadows, the secret protectors of this village. This job comes with many perks, but this is a very dark occupation." Tear would glance over his own body. Only those who were Anbu when he was as well as the previous Kazekage know why Tear had all these tattoos on his body. He looked back at the two men. "So what do you two have to say." he asked sitting back down in his chair.

Jacques
Jacques was still standing as he noted the strange seriousness of the kage's eyes 'Surely this will be interesting' A voice piped up in his head. He shook it off as he continued to listen about how his former Ancu Captain left. When his name came up however he somehow knew what was going to be asked. He was the only other member of the Anbu corps. He stood by and listened when he heard of his nominative promotion., and listened still as Daisuke was given an spot on the Anbu corps. "Jacques knelt to one knee when the Kage's authoritative voice had quieted. "T'would be one of the greatest honors bestowed to me, Sir." Jacques stated matter-of-factly. He resumed standing and waited for his next orders as the newly anointed Anbu Captain.

Daisuke noticed the strict and serious face on the Kazekage, and surely this would be something significant to the two of the ninja standing in front of him. After hearing that the other man Jack, was going to be promoted, shortly after he heard that the Kazekage was promoting Daisuke to a position in the Anbu Black Ops. "Quite an honor sir, but what is the reasoning for promoting me, if I am allowed to ask?" This was a genuine question because he wanted to know the reasoning behind promoting Daisuke up to Anbu was for. 100% of the opportunities you don't take is one more loss at success. |

Tear's eyes fell on Jacques as he kneeled. "There is no need for that Jacques. You will be my personal guard on top of your duties as the Anbu Head." His eyes then became trained on Daisuke. While looking directly in the man's eyes he began to reply to his question. "You have exhibited great talents as a shinboi of Sunagakure. That is all that is needed for you to know, but don't worry my other reasonings are not mallicious. I just would rather not tell you my other reasonings." Tear would make sure the two men could see all of the tattoos that adorned his body. "You two don't know why it is that I have all of these tattoos do you?" Tear would pause as the old memories flooded into his mind. "I was once a Anbu myself and everytime I would complete a Assasination mission I would get a new tattoo." Tear would stand and remove his shirt to show his whole torso was covered in tattoos. "This job envolves a lot of killing and has its own special kind of darkness." His words were directed at Daisuke. "I want you to be prepared for things to come." Tear would quickly put back on his black v neck shirt and sit back down. "There have been many rumors and I am afraid that Sunagakure will be thrown into turmoil. I need both of you talents to be right by my side." None in the village have ever seen Tear be this serious before. He had been serious, but as serious as a stern Father. This was one a whole new level considering how happy go lucky Tear seemed.

Jacques
Jacques nodded as his Kage told him there was no need for formalities. Jacques would bank that information for later. Tear then began to speak of tattoos Jacques had a met a few old-timers who wore tattoos so he was acquainted with the idea. Seeing however was another matter entirely. The Kage had been outfitted in an almost body-consuming swath of inks that that traipsed among his skin. Clearly the work of a great calligrapher. However, the kage was not himself, surely something was troubling him. Could it have been the loss of his bodyguard? Jacques shrugged inwardly as he continued listening to the usually laid-back man with the new will of iron. It was when Tear said that he would need the two gentlemen's power especially now at this pivotal point in Sunagakure that Jacques spoke up. "Whatever the job. It will be done." A hint of malice now peeking through his usual smiling persona.

Daisuke nodded, as he would respect the Kage's reasoning. He listened to the stories about why he had several tattoo's on his body. "I want you to be prepared for things to come." Daisuke nodded and understood. Rumors stated that the Anbu have to release their feelings and become emotionless. Although, Daisuke didn't think this would be the job for him, he accepted it anyways. It would be an honor to serve directly under the Kazekage's authority. Daisuke didn't want to bother him any further, "Is there anything else we must know?" He asked before he would take his leave. 100% of the opportunities you don't take is one more loss at success. |

Tear could see the doubt within the eyes of Daisuke. He stood up and came from behind his desk and walked straight towards the newly appointed Anbu member. He placed his hand on his shoulder and smiled. "This job is not limited to only killing. It is a step up. You will learn more from being a Anbu than you have or ever will." Tear took a step back and looked at the two men. "Daisuke, you to shall be my guard. I plan on holding a Summit soon for the Kage of the great villages to discuss the rumors spreading through the nations like wildfire." He turned and went back to his desk. "That is all for now."

Jacques
Jacques nodded at the mention of a Kage summit. "When the time comes I'll be there. " Jacques stated as he peered outside the window. When the kage dismissed the two men. Jacques moved towards the egress of the office, opened the door, and let himself out. He could feel the ire in himself rise. He needed a bit of fun. 'What's that saying' the voice quipped in his mind's ear. 'Ahh right. All work and no play!' Jacques outwardly grinned at that about the time he had left the administration building. He left without a word to anyone. Merely walking into a back alley and donning his mask.

He nodded, "Anything to serve you right, sir." But before leaving, he remembered one thing. Didn't he need a uniform? "Uhm, before I head off... As Anbu, is there not a uniform I require?" He asked, scratching the back of his head. Anbu's had to keep their identity hidden, plus they were not to speak about anything related to the Anbu either. What a drag. This job had a lot to it, but instead of being pessimistic Daisuke just decided to be proud that he was going to be the Kazekage's personal guard, and that he will get to work along side him in general. 100% of the opportunities you don't take is one more loss at success. |

Tear had begun looking at some papers on his desk when Daisuke had asked his question. The head of the Kazekage quickly shot up and looked at his newly appointed bodyguard and Anbu member. "Oh yeah, go to the basement of this building and there you will find a wall. There is a seal on that wall and the password to pass that seal is "Let us not." There follow the instruction of the Anbu member from there."

"Yes sir." With the final words being said, he bowed for both respect and to say goodbye before he went to get his uniform. Without lingering around, Daisuke rushed down to the basement and did everything the Kazekage had said. In no time, he finally got his uniform. Without further adieu, he had his uniform, changed in and ready for business. It was a time for change. [EXIT] 100% of the opportunities you don't take is one more loss at success. |

Tear was left sitting there in his office. He smiled as the air of seriousness flew out the window. He turned to face the village and watched as the people walked through the streets. Things were finally moving for the young Kazekage and he was filling into the role nicely.
