Tear sat in his office with his hands laced. He began to think how the village had quieted down a little and had become almost stagnant. It was then he had a brilliant idea. He smiled before standing up and waking out of the door and through the building. While walking he stopped off in a few rooms to grabbed some supplies. He then created a poster say. "Sungakure Tournament." He then listed all then different kinds of mini Tournaments that would be held in Sunagakure. The list was as follows.
Tear would go outside of the building and put it where any and everyone who passed y would see it. The tournament was hopefully going to bring in a little friendly competition within the village.
