Description:By taking a seal with a phrase or command on it such as "Kill Johnny" The effected will have to follow the command and attempt to kill johnny. This jutsu is implemented by taking said seal and what its wrapped around and using chakra to meld it directly to the brain. This process doesn't damage the brain at all and only effects the conscious part of the mind while not altering ones personality. More examples would be the command to forget or to never speak about something and then that person would never be able to talk or remember said events unless they tag was destroyed.
This jutsu can be used in multiple ways and its main use is espionage, by putting a tag in somebody telling them to forget everything about so and so they can never reveal information. Another use is to try and slip a clone one in battle and it can effectively turn somebodies clone against them.
(To more effectively describe the jutsu i found a canon jutsu that describes what im going for -- The user seals away the target's memories by burying an extremely small needle into the brain's memory centre. The memories can be restored by cancelling the technique, thereby destroying the needle. If a subordinate had this operation performed on their brains and has infiltrated in enemy camp, they can safely perform spy activity over a long period of time with no memory of the procedure. If the user cancels the technique, the target will once again remember their mission as sleeper agent. )
Weakness:To use the jutsu the user must get extremely close and physically put the tag inside the targets head via precise chakra control. Only master medics can use this jutsu during battle and all others are limited to non battle encounters. The tags can be nullified by an unsealing jutsu and the needle can be physically removed if found. Can only be used on clones and npcs that arent player controlled of any type and willing pcs

Description:This jutsu creates 3 clones made of shurajo blood. This clones are similar to shadow clones aside from what they are made of. They have their own chakra pool which is two ranks below the users. The clones can use any jutsu in the creators arsenal. Unlike the singular clone jutsu in the shurajo arsenal these clones cannot change shape. The the original homunculus technique the clones are hard to destroy and are able to reshape themselves since they are made of blood. If it by a real devastating technique the blood in the clone will destabilize and turn into a puddle.
Weakness: Clones are a rank weaker than the user and cannot change shape or form.
