When in this state his speed is increased by 20%

Taijutsu/Ninjutsu techniques count as if they were 1-rank higher up to A-rank ( A-rank wont count as S-rank), and any B-rank or lower Taijutsu/Ninjutsu technique costs the amount of chakra as if it were 1-rank lower. The red aura also counts a a barrier which defends Keji from any jutsu C-rank or lower (Gen,Tai,Nin,etc..), but Chakra coated weapons can get through.

Description: Highly compressed Katon chakra is compressed into one seal. The blast radius is 10m, anyone within 5m is a guarantee death. The chakra is very unstable so the seal must be carefully made or you will incinerate your body. This jutsu is usually used like an actual bomb since it incinerates less flames and more of a paper bomb explosion, just more powerful.
Drawbacks: If not handled carefully when making the seal, you will die, and your limbs will go flying.

• Whoa i don't think so. Expand on this more in detail. I don't like the idea of a C,B rank jutsu being able to seal away a S-rank jutsu.
  
• Next add how much flames the seal can take in because im not allowing it to take in an infinity amount of flames.
