It was made out of some of the best metals that could be found so that it would be able to withstand anything that got in its way. But the man who created felt that the weapon was to good to just give to any one person. And so he held a tournament to find the best weapon wielder that was truly worthy of owning it. And luckly that winner was Kimura.

Origin: Kimura wanted a weapon that would allow for him to hit his opponents from far without having to use any of his chakra. As he prefferd to rely only on his weaponry skills at sometimes and so he went back to the same man that made his Dragon spear and asked him for this weapon to be made. Though the man didint want to just make a amazing weapon for anyone and so he made Kimura prove himself by going on a Journey that would make Kimura gather all of the Materials needed for the weapon
