Looks Description: Vegas is a very muscular and physically-fit young man, standing at a massive height of six-foot-nine and weighing close to one-hundred and eighty pounds. He has a very special lightning-shaped scar over his right eye, caused from a training incident earlier in his life that is permanent. He has very unkempt, short blonde hair that seems to carry the color of yellow lightning, as well as dark gray/blue eyes that turn gold when enraged. There are dark lines that encircle his eyes. He wears black pants with a purple classy shirt that has black leopard print designs on it, the top collar opened casually with long sleeves. Over this he wears a black coat with a storm gray trim along the neck and sleeves' edges. On his ears are his special headphones that have spikes sticking to the side from their base, that generate small amounts of electricity that are somewhat harmless. He wears smooth black boot-like shoes as well
Personality Description:
Well, many Kazama clan members can be considered ruthless, self-centered and quite possibly insane and made of your average 100% pure evil, Vegas can be considered the complete opposite of his clansmen. While many would consider straying away from anything relating to the Kazama clan and their political blood feuds, many people are rather curious about Vegas, since he isn't the type to kill those he find "intruding" on the spot. In fact, many believed that he would emulate his murderous, warmonger-like father. Instead, Vegas has taken on a more laid-back lifestyle that would make him seem less of a threat to normal enemies and may even cause serious enemies to underestimate him entirely.
Vegas possesses one important personality trait that lacks from virtually all Kazama clansmen: the ability to keep calm. Given with his exceptional intelligence Vegas can devise intricate strategies on the spot, easily making him a reliable member of any team he may be assigned to. Besides these things, Vegas possesses a good sense of humor, and knows how to have a "good time" so to say. When in a serious fight that could result in the death of any ally or himself, he begins to take on the cold, dark traits of the Kazama clan. Although being able to keep his composure, at times he cannot refrain himself from berserking, becoming so ruthless and cold-hearted to his opponents, many sensory ninja being able to tell even a different nature to his chakra altogether. Sometimes it would appear as if he really was an angry dragon
Vegas has also shown the ability to keep calm under stressful situations that could turn many shinobi even above him into insanity. With all his traits and personality overall he has gained the nickname "Prodigy of the Kazama" because he is the first of his clan to show a calm personality and have an understanding of the world and all its affairs on par with even the Kages, possessing the wisdom that could save the Kazama from internal destruction. However, with the conflict of serving his father even though it would result in some foreseen cataclysmic event and trying to keep the peace between the Kazama and Iwagakure no Sato has added a lot of mental strain on Vegas, and can be found in deep thought about political conflicts.

History:
Under the canopy of some trees on the outskirts of the Land of Fire Satoshi Kazama and Miko Kazama copulated for several hours in a designated temple of their ancestors, where they made passionate love. Miko was a fighter, but Satoshi was stronger, and she took his seed with a satisfied moan and ejaculated. She writhed in place, breathing in-between gasps for air and let Satoshi's cum pool inside her. Satoshi prayed solemnly and kissed his wife, knowing she would give birth to another retarded child, like their previous attempts. Little did they know...they were fucking wrong.
Timeskip nine months after their tryst. Miko laid back on the hospital bed and pushed as hard as she could to get her son out of her body. Screaming and roaring she made it, and Vegas was born. Satoshi marveled at his newborn child, the seventh in a line of mentally retarded daughters and sons. He was very proud of this feat, a seventh child. But now, they needed to tell if he would be a mentally disabled child...or something else.
And…by his fifth birthday…everyone was surprised.
Vegas was already an adept at Lightning Release by the age of seven. Seeing this potential in him Satoshi took his son to a secluded mountain temple exclusive to the Kazama clan. It was there, at the age of nine, that he learned his clan's kekkei genkai and became an apprentice Assassin for his father, ruthlessly murdering all political and rival faction clansmen that stood in his way. He even murdered his own uncle under his own father's orders for "the sake of the Kazama name". Soon, by the age of fourteen Vegas had become one of the few people within his entire clan to fully master his kekkei genkai, and at his young age made him a near-Savior of his entire clan.
However, one major event had made more than an impact on his life. During a walk in the forest with his mother coming back from Kirigakure, the Hokage sent out ANBU to assassinate her. Although he was able to kill two (under very rediculous circumstances that were really based on the low skills of those two ANBU), he was wounded by the other three and his mother was murdered. Mentally scarred by the event he swore revenge. His father, who had grown somewhat wise along the road, reminded his son that revenge wasn't the way to go, and that he would be better harnessing his powers until then. Realizing that what his father said was right he kept quiet and built up his skills, joining Konohagakure's Ninja Academy for proper training.
Dealing with the Academy was a bit pressuring on Vegas, as many knew of his deeds outside Konohagakure and the death of his mother. He was tortured everyday when others would make fun of his mother's death and his inability to save her. He was nearly banned from the Academy THRICE for nearly killing many of his classmates bare-handedly. After a while, his father had a small talk with the Hokage, and since then his Academy life became much more managable. He graduated as a Genin and quickly took the Chunnin exams soon after.
He traveled to Kumogakure no Sato for the Chunnin exams there, on the Turtle Island. He joined a team of classmates who had actually respected him and saw him as a friend, something that surprised Vegas to his soul. He took his new friends in warmly and set off into the forest to get to the tower in the center. Along the way he came across a distinguishing bully from his Academy days, holding the other scroll he needed to pass. And, let's just say...revenge was sweet. His battle in the tower against an Uchiha ended in his victory, albeit hurt extremely. He recovered in Konoha, and went on to the final fight within an arena in Kumogakure.
He was caught within a heated fight against an advanced Wind user. So far, through all his fights up until then, he hadn't used his Explosion Release, but just Lightning and Earth separately. For an entire grueling hour he was bested, even with the use of Explosion Release. He made a promise to his father that he wouldn't use his kekkei genkai, but he had to, in order to win. He activated it, and quickly turned the tides of the fight into his favor. With tactics and great power he defeated the ninja, and soon after became a Chunnin. Now, he knew there was one last obstacle to pass: Jounin exams.
Surprisingly, he had to complete a few assassination missions for the Hikage, much to his chagrin. However, his last mission was to kill his own father. Shocked by this, he contemplated this for quite some time, before sadly agreeing. He confronted his father, told him of his mission, and engaged him in battle. His father went all out for his son, using his best jutsu as well as Vegas. They ended up destroying the same Temple Vegas was conceived in. The two shared a final embrace as Vegas murdered him with his father's signature jutsu: the Roar of the Lightning Dragon technique. He brought his father's body to the Hokage and left the office a Jounin, scarred for life that both his parents were dead, and both were his fault.
RP Sample: Zancrow could tell he had pleased Tsurara with the Snow Wonderland technique, her smile all too much of a giveaway. Amidst all of what was transpiring Zancrow felt as if something was amiss, that something terrible would happen. He thought about one thing as a mysterious man had approached the group, with... a cheetah? What the fuck? Zancrow didn't show his surprise on his face, but the fact that there was a cheetah in Kumogakure meant that this thing either had to be a summon or the zoo just lost one of its star attractions. Zancrow bit his thumbs, letting blood run down into his palms, and once recognizing the Raikage's hat he primly bowed, drawing pentograms on his palms. When last had Zancrow done a summon so mysterious and cunning and oh-so demonic in its own right? The man steadily approached the group, standing closer to Melody than himself and Tsurara.
The snow was kicking up more fiercer than expected. Was this because of the summoning process? Who knew? Not a single soul but Zancrow Miyazaki. It had been a while since he called upon the powers of the Necropolis Contract, a demonic contract housing some of the most dangerous of summons known to shinobi-kind. Shadow wraiths were fickle ghost-like beings who were FAR more violent than your average bedsheets phantom. Zancrow wished he had at least worn his actual shinobi outfits, but he remembered his shirt was off! He had to interrupt the summoning process as the Raikage spoke, smudging the blood on his shirt. He swore in his mind, not wanting to appear anymore disrespectful to someone of such a high-calibre of might and power. "Lord Raikage, my sincerest apologies on meeting you in such menial conditions. It is an honor to be in your presence. I was just about to try and use a summoning contract I've been neglecting for so long, I think my summons will want my head for it." He noted the speed of the cheetas and was quite worried with it. Damn, those are some fast cats. Grah... who has that kind of speed to lend a hand? I could use Grendel but…
The Raikage made his way to the group, examining them, but taking an eye to Tsurara the most. Zancrow was a keen observer, although not looking directly at the two he surmised this was some fated love that was to only begin now. It amazed Zancrow, to see men fall for women like this, revealing skin and ample breasts and immaculate faces. One thing was for sure: Zancrow wouldn't be getting a date anytime soon. He was too much of an awkward guy to begin with, let alone to have the time to notice beauty. However, he did notice it in Melody and Tsurara,so where did that leave his thinking, really? He was tired of his over-analysis of the situation and but his thumbs again as the Raikage took out two simple balls from his jacket and prepared to toss them. Zancrow made the pentograms as the spheres became towering armored knights, which befuddled him. Cheetas and knights coming from balls. This was going to be a fun Raikage, no doubt.
He looked slightly to his left and saw Tsurara forming handsigns at an alarming rate, looked to his right to see Melody and to his front the Raikage jumping back, the now visible chakra strings making it evident that these were indeed puppets. As the puppets advanced the pentograms were fully made, and they began to open their mouths, revealing the glimmer of a kunai. If it wasn't for the massive wall of water that simply tossed them into the air, shielding all three from any projectiles that may have been thrown. Zancrow blew into his open hands, and sure enough, a towering man of a massive height, being 6'9" appeared. (Refer to this image for the Summon's current appearance) The summon, Baal took a quick second to gather his thoughts and noticed Zancrow pulling his hands apart. Baal looked into the shinobi's eyes and knew what he thought, and vice versa. Baal stepped, and I mean LITERALLY stepped, into Zancrow's chest, disappearing. Zancrow's eyes began to glow white, wispy white tendrils extending from them as his face drew a devilish grin, black inky X's appearing over his eyes as he looked above to see the puppets fly. His body began to emanate a physically visible demonic black aura. He formed five handseals with quick speed, drew in breath as chakra became kneaded, expelling three massive frosty/ice dragon heads towards the puppets. One head curved to run along the line of the chakra threads. If the puppets were attempted to be brought back to the Raikage it would hit the head, freezing completely in immobilisation. The second rushed up from the bottom, in case they were going to be brought down while the last arced overhead descending, in case the puppets were to be brought upwards. Zancrow, or rather, Zancrow and Baal looked at Tsurara, reading her movements but keeping the Raikage in clear view as well, especially those cheetas. Zancrow, Baal spoke in his mind, you hang around the wierdest of people.
