Name: Water heavens convergence

Description: This technique enables the user to control water and moisture around oneself much like Gaara controls his sand. It can be used to block most incoming attacks, bind or drown opponents, and shape the water into various attacks, allowing the user in conjunction with the Summoning Technique to allow water-based summonings to fight in areas that it normally need water to move around by either trapping the target in the same water or manoeuvrings the water to allow the summon to chase the target. It is able to extract and utilize groundwater, and as is very effective most areas. Water moves at a speed equal to the taijustu rank of the user's ninjustu rank plus 1, defenses made from the water passively are A can block another A rank, and  2 B ranks, offensives potential of passive water control is also B.   
Weakness: Is useless in rocky dry areas as there isn't enough moisture or ground water to use it.

Description:The user infuses this genjustu into an object or themselves. The genjustu activates on a person the minute they look at whatever is infused. The justu controls an amount of senses equal to the user's rank and can control to the point where it can make the target misinterpret another person's form, shape, mass, feel, and smell to be an enemy's, or anything else if they can control them all. A tree could become a building, or become the user. The illusions of this technique are absolutely flawless; even if the target is aware of being under the genjustu, they cannot resist its influence. The hypnotic abilities of the justu make it a highly useful ability in combat, for the user can create simple or complex illusions to deceive their opponents. For example, by creating a decoy of themselves, or other illusions to distract their opponents, the user can hide their own movements and attack with impunity. Their opponent will remain focused on the illusion until it is too late to react. While the illusions Ripple creates are quite powerful, those with considerable power and skill themselves may be able to note slight differences in the illusions compared to the real thing, even if they are not able to determine what exactly is different. For example medical specialist could detect something amiss with a fake corpse, even if they can not realize what it is. The other weakness of the justu is that it cannot manipulate and control chakra sensory meaning the user's chakra can still be sensed if they cannot mask it some way. The only way to escape the effects of this justu is to be the user or be touching the user before it activates. When the justu deactivates any illusions made will shatter as if made of glass before fading away.

Description:  Considered to be one of the finest expressions of Village Protection, the user unifies three different Shinobi skill sets under a single banner. This jutsu is uniquely suited to a number of different Villages. Basing itself off the technique, Raining Tiger at Will, the jutsu follows the same principle of sending their chakra up into the rain and then following it cascading downwards to trigger a number of effects, though instead of just using just chakra to make the rain the hozuki clan member adds a part of their water body to their process of making the rain, in order for their senses to be extended to every rain drop, these rain drops enter an advanced form of the water cycle constantly falling and quickly evaporating at a chakra enhanced rate, returning back to the rain clouds and forming again into drops in seconds, because of this swiftness the rain in this technique and the chakra enhancing the drops, a person won't be able to even feel the rain drops as they evaporate and rain down so swiftly. Any people who make contact with the rain is 'scanned' by it and depending on the skill of the users sensory trait- analyzed and diagnosed in relation to the technique and the user. If the target is identified as hostile by any given criterion (foreign Village, unknown chakra signature, designated hostile chakra signature or unknown chakra signature) then the user may bring the offensive portion of this technique to bear on their targets. Utilizing the Genjutsu portion of their skillset, the Trap Based Genjutsu that is oriented towards this defensive strategy of this technique. The Genjutsu itself has a duration of 4 posts. As this technique is very interchangeable, the Genjutsu itself can be modified to reflect the users preferences- ignoring the original sensory catalyst and converting it through the rain to the target. A Genjutsu such as the Sly Mind Technique, is typically employed however. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it. While this justu is in effect the user is constantly in a water body state as part of them is being cycles through the technique. The rain can be used for suiton attack, but no one besides the user can use the rain as it made from their chakra, and as the rain is made from the user's chakra, the user suiton attacks are empowered having them gain one rank in power and move at double the speed and only cost half of what they normally would. Once the technique is cancelled the rain drops infused with a part of the user's water body will return to the user.
Weakness: The weakness is that if the user chooses to use the genjustu portion of this technique, than all who are in the rain's range will fall under effect, as the user cannot just have certain people fall under as the genjustu is fused into each raindrop. The user can also only use suiton ninjustu, and genjustu while this justu is in effect. The user most also pay the cost for this justu and the genjustu they want to use, leading it to be very chakra taxing usually. The user also has to be in a constant state of water body, leading for them to be weak to raiton justu in this form.

   Description: This is a ninja escape technique that allows the user to control how light is reflected around their body with chakra inflections. The technique also erases the user's scent and shadow, and is usable on any terrain, making it ideal not only for covert manoeuvres but also offensive strikes. Perceiving the user's position is possible only for ninja who are astute enough to observe minute variations within their surrounding environment, such as distortions of air currents in the immediate vicinity. The usefulness of this ability can be entirely negated by those with special vision or sensory skills, except for particularly adept users, who can completely erase even their chakra signature with it, such as the 2nd Tsuchikage, Muu, if the user of this technique is adept or higher in sensory they will be able to hide their chakra signature and make no sound as they move, effectively becoming a "non-person," having neither a physical form, nor detectable chakra, while the technique was active. Thus, they could not be detected through traditional means. This technique be will deactivated right before the moment they attack a person and try to wound them.

   Name: Water Release Bubbles technique

   Range: Bubbles can go a max range of 30 meters

   Description: After blowing dozens of bubbles (max 18), the user manipulates them to surround the enemy in all directions. Only the slightest amount of physical contact with an opponent is required to make these bubbles burst, resulting in a small but powerful explosion when they do, this explosion is capable of sending multiple people backwards,  such as it did against Killer b and Naruto in fox cloak form, and can destroy rocks and trees in the surrounding area, if a bubble landed right on an arm or leg it would be capable of blowing that appendage off unless the target has some kind of protection. The user can then make the entirety detonate simultaneously with a snap of their fingers. The bubbles are a foot in diameter.

   Description: The user uses Soap Bubble Ninjutsu to create a dome around  themselves and their allies. This dome is shown to be strong enough to resist large explosions, able to take A rank damage, and 2 B ranks before popping.

   Description:This technique creates a single, particularly large bubble with the bubble pipe and the user quickly jumps inside. Under their command, the bubble will take them wherever they wish. It's seemingly very capable of both traveling very long distances and floating rather high into the air with no apparent risk of popping. The user can also make the bubble camouflage to hide from anyone who's after them, and the bubble also hides their chakra signature from being sensed from the outside. The user is also able to take people with them via this technique. Upon bursting the bubble to get out of it, the user can use it do damage nearby opponents causing an small explosion. The bubble can take up to 2 B ranks before popping

   Description: The user blows bubbles (max 12) at an opponent, the bubbles movements can be manipulated at will by the user, and when popped, release a sticky slime, delaying or trapping an opponent. This slime is pretty strong requiring taijustu adept or higher to break out of it, or a c rank technique to destroy it. Bubbles are 8 inches in diameter

   Name: Ink bubble explosion

   Description:  The user sends a rush of a max of 15 bubbles toward the enemies, which they can control the movements of through thought, the bubbles grow when making contact with an enemy growing in a large bubble that surrounds them, causing them to have the risk to drown, the bubbles then appears to fill themselves up with a black liquid. This black eats away at the body of those inside over the course of 2 posts. The bubble then pops in a black inky splash, killing the enemy and leaving no sign of a corpse behind. The bubbles can take a b rank or 2 c rank attacks before popping.

   Description: The user blows  a max of 20 small acid bubbles at their opponent, which they can manipulate the movements of. These bubbles can burn and corrode the opponent when popped causing third degree burns.

   Description: The user makes a clone of themselves by using his Soap Bubble Ninjutsu with their bubble pipe. When hit, the clone pops causing a small explosion that can send people flying and damage bones. The clone has the same chakra that a shadow clone would, and doesn't need a pipe to perform soap bubble ninjustu.

   Name: Blinding Bubbles technique

   Description: The user blows bubbles that they can control at the opponent. These bubbles surround the opponent. Once popped, the bubbles creates a puff of red powder that momentarily blinds the opponent. The smoke stings the eyes and throat and lasts for 2 posts.

   Hand Seals/Charge up: rat-tiger-horse-ram-snake
   Description: This is a powerful genjutsu known to be forbidden among the Konohagakure ninja. Unlike most genjustu is has no sensory trigger instead the user spreads their chakra out over 30 meters and anyone in that range falls under effect. It targets the mind and causes the target to believe that anyone is a foe, except for others under the genjustu, the user, and the user's allies, instead acting like solders, following orders of their leader, but keeping their regular personalities and some of their humanity and common knowledge, for example the user of this technique cannot force someone to kill themselves or harm themselves, but they can have them pretend as if they would to throw off an opponent, it is like the user of this technique is a beloved kage to them almost. While under the effects of the genjutsu, anyone affected will attack those who they believe to be enemies, even their closest friends. They will act completely coherent, however, almost as if it is of their own volition, but they will not listen to reason. Once defeated, they return to normal with no memory of the events. The genjutsu is cast by the following seals, and when it affects more than a single target the participants do not turn on each other, instead teaming up to attack their friends. This genjutsu is dispelled either by incapacitating the caster, or knocking out the targets. The user of this technique can cancel the effects at any time, and if they want only on certain people as well. If used in this way the genjustu can only last for a max of 10 posts.

This justu can be turned into a village wide justu by setting up 4 barriers at 4 points in a village or area. These barriers will be explained in a different justu but are free to anyone with Soulbane. If these four barriers are set up the genjustu will become more potent and the only way to brake others out of it will be to incapacitate the castor, though only a genjustu master could perform this version of the technique. This genjustu can only affect those with a lower or equal chakra pool to the user, and it cannot affect s rank ninja, unless it is the four barrier version, than S ranks will be effected. If used via the barriers there is no duration and the jusut will break when the balance of the four barriers is off set.
   Weakness: well seeing as the ninja can be broken out of the genjustu by being knocked out in a fight, I'm sure most people will just let themselves lose to be freed, making it easy to get out of, the way to get around this is, of course, the more advanced version of this technique, though that is massively chakra taxing costing 4 s rank activation costs for the 4 barriers.

  Range: The barrier can extend to 30 meters, but can be a small as 5 meters, and if linked to a person/object can shrink to fit around the person/object

  Hand Seals/Charge up: Tiger-snake-lion
  Description: Part of the SoulBane technique, these barriers have the ability to strengthen and increase the range of the genjustu to a village wide effect. To accomplish this, four of these barriers must be set up in 4 corners of the village or area to be effected. These barriers have S rank defenses, able to only be destroyed by taking an s ranks worth of damage, alternatively the user of Soulbane can link the barrier to a person or object, if this is done the barrier will not be destroyed unless that person is defeated, or the object is destroyed. If the barrier is linked to something it can still be used for defensive purposes, it will just regenerate one post after being destroyed as long as their link is still active, or in tact. To link a barrier to a person the user must simply perform the hand seals like normal and then touch the object or person to link them. A linked person/object must stay 30 meters near the barrier for it to maintain the link, if they get out of range the link will be broken and it will revert to how it would be if not linked. Those linked do receive some benefit, they will be able to draw one s rank amount of chakra from the barrier to use for justu once a topic, as well as be able to draw chakra from the barrier to heal their wounds, if they do, the linked will be healed from their injuries up the same as an s rank medical technique, but this effect of the barrier can only be used once every 4 posts. They also have the ability to control the size of the barrier, able to rise it to its max 30 meters or shrink it to fit around them like armor, if the barrier is linked to an object it will naturally shrink to fit around the object. To use these technique one must be a master in genjustu as well.  This justu is free to those with Soulbane and naturally comes with the technique.  
  Weakness: Massively chakra taxing to form four of these, as well as needing all 4 to remain active to keep the justu going without them being destroyed or their linked person/object being defeated, destroyed, or walking out of range.

Water moves at a speed equal to the taijustu rank of the user's ninjustu rank, water can be sharpened into sebon, blades etc and will have a cutting strength of A rank, defenses made from the water are can block another S rank, and 2 A ranks. all of it is fine up to the blades of water with S-RAnk defense and all that stuff. Like Gaara had specific techniques beyond basic control, the blades and defenses will have to be made separately, so you do not just have wave of a hand S-Rank defense or A-Rank attack. I would say you get a C-Rank defense and attack amount just passively controlling the water

Name: Execution By Kiss

Description: This ability allows the user to absorb all of an opponent's chakra and techniques by kissing them, allowing the user to possess multiple elemental affinities, as well as enforcing the ones they already have and gaining access to all of their victim's techniques that they are able to learn(combat skill wise with that element they absorb). After the user is done absorbing their target's chakra, they could steal their soul. This technique could also be used to determine what elemental affinities the target has by licking or sniffing them.

Due to one body being unable to handle so much chakra, the user would have to distribute the chakra they absorb into multiple bodies, and use Colour Course Change to switch to another if needed. The bodies can be any corpses, even the ones killed with this technique. The user can only store the chakra they absorb for two topics, before needing to transfer it to a body, giving them ample time to find a corpse or body to seal it in, if they do not they will have no choice but to expel the absorbed chakra losing that element. The bodies need only to be sealed in the color course change scroll to be changed to look like the user, and able to house the chakra absorbed from this technique.

The body instilled with the absotbed chakra can then use all jutsu of the person whom the chakra was taken from for that element taken. While having your chakra stolen by this jutsu, you are paralyzed, but the target can fight back if they have a higher chakra pool than the user, such as jinchuriki. Due to being able to only copy elemental jutsu, not neutral jutsu such as rasengan, jutsu that are dependent on neutral jutsu, such as rasenshuriken, cannot be learned either. The bodies if given a raw advanced element can only hold one advanced element(ex explosion, magnet)

In order to learn a Normal Element such as doton, fuuton, etc, it takes three post.(The targets post included) For an advanced element, 1,500 words must be done within the post period of elemental absorbing, if the user wants to steal the target's soul it will take an addition post. Each body has its own jutsu letting the user have access to different techniques, the user can switch to any bodies in the scroll that are stored with the color course change technique outside of battle.

In battle the user can only have two bodies with them to switch to at any given time while they can store any number in their scroll, this lets them have multiple option, but in combat they are forced to only choose 2. When the user switches bodies they will take on properties of the other body resembling if they never took damage at all from the start, except for the user's hair, which will be the only thing that is the same between all bodies, healing there injuries by switch, If a damaged body is stored it will heal after 5 posts, as long as it is not taken out of the scroll again within those 5 posts, if it is the number of posts needed to heal the body resets. Once the element of a target is drained the body will get there element and techniques that will be set in stone unless the user can kiss others with the same elements to build up that bodies techniques.

This Technique can also be used not only to steal one element but also to take one's chakra. If used for this purpose, a target's element cannot be stolen, instead the user will take 30 cp from the target per post of kissing. This makes each post the target lose a set amount of chakra which they will have to train back,the absorption goes on for a max of three post. The extra chakra is stored into the hair of the user which they can use half of to increase their personal chakra pool, The extra chakra stays with the user of this Technique unless their hair is destroyed.

Weakness: This isn't custom but you have to able to kiss a person for 3-4 without any interference, as well as losing all the chakra absorbed if your hair is destroyed. limited and a staff member has made a site version

Description: This technique is used to switch her consciousness between the several bodies a user of Execution by kiss has, upon use the users chakra is projected outwards to form a scroll like form that spirals around them. The scroll fully obscures the users body making a concealed space around them, allowing the user to switch bodies. The sealed space has S rank defenses while being used. The space fades after the first post, revealing the new body of the user, created through execution by kiss.

This technique is also used to seal the corpses of people used as bodies for the technique, whenever the user wants to seal a body their chakra will project outwards to form this scroll, that will wrap around and seal the target within it, changing their body to look like the user, and allowing them to be able to house the chakra absorbed by the Execution by kiss technique.

This technique is free to anyone with the Execution by Kiss technique, as both are needed to perform the abilities of the justu.
Weakness: No weakness it is just the way that the bodies are stored and switched to.

When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone not of their village or a known hostile chakra signature, the existence of the intruder can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it. The rain can  be used for suiton attack, but no one besides the user can use the rain as it made from their chakra.

The usefulness of this ability can be entirely negated by those with special vision or sensory skills, except for particularly adept users, who can completely erase even their chakra signature with it, such as the 2nd Tsuchikage, Muu, if the user of this technique is adept or higher in sensory they will be able to hide their chakra signature and make no sound as they move, effectively becoming a "non-person," having neither a physical form, nor detectable chakra, while the technique was active. Thus, they could not be detected through traditional means. This technique be will deactivated the moment they attack a person and try to wound them.

A tree could become a building, or become the user. The illusions of this technique are absolutely flawless; even if the target is aware of being under the genjustu, they cannot resist its influence. The hypnotic abilities of the justu make it a highly useful ability in combat, for the user can create simple or complex illusions to deceive their opponents. For example, by creating a decoy of themselves, or other illusions to distract their opponents, the user can hide their own movements and attack with impunity. Their opponent will remain focused on the illusion until it is too late to react. While the illusions Ripple creates are quite powerful, those with considerable power and skill themselves may be able to note slight differences in the illusions compared to the real thing, even if they are not able to determine what exactly is different.    Description: This is a powerful genjutsu known to be forbidden among the Konohagakure ninja. Unlike most genjustu is has no sensory trigger instead the user spreads their chakra out over 30 meters and anyone in that range falls under effect. It targets the mind and causes the target to believe that anyone is a foe, except for others under the genjustu, the user, and the user's alliesthey shouldn't be an exception. If they're within the range they should get affected, instead acting like slaves to them. following all their commands can't control other peoples chars. While under the effects of the genjutsu, anyone affected will attack those who they believe to be enemies, even their closest friends. They will act completely coherent, however, almost as if it is of their own volition, but they will not listen to reason. Once defeated, they return to normal with no memory of the events. The genjutsu is cast by the following seals, and when it affects more than a single target the participants do not turn on each other, instead teaming up to attack their friends. This genjutsu is dispelled either by killing the caster, or knocking out the targets.

This justu can be turned into a village wide justu by setting up 4 barriers at 4 points in a village or area. these barriers do not count as part of this jutsu, let it be noted. Meaning they have to be activated and registered separately These barriers have s rank defenses and are capable of taking two s rank attacks before being destroyed, alternatively the user can put someone in charge of the barrier, causing it to not brake unless the person in charge is defeated.  If these four barriers are set up the genjustu will become more potent and the only way to brake others out of it will be to kill the castor, though only a genjustu master could perform this version of the technique. This genjustu can only affect those with a lower or equal chakra pool to the user, and it cannot affect s rank ninja.
   Weakness: canon technique video game techs don't count as canon, because they are severely over powered and usually are stretched

The range, yes it has a good range, but it doesn't do anything but sense, it's not really worth the s ranking if all it is gonna do is make rain and sense, but if you're not gonna change your mind I'll just make a better version that is actually equal of being s rank.

Dimensions placed, and that is the weakness since you cannot just perform them whenever with hand signs and if your pipe is broken you cannot perform, not to mention while you are using the pipe your hands are disabled meaning it is much more likely for you to be attacked and not be able to react than normal, also they are all canon so technically I don't really need to give them one anyways besides that.

For soul bane I think you got something confused, I am not saying that allies will nto be affected by this genjustu, I am saying that people under the genjustu will not attack them, similar to how jabo was not attacked by the people being controlled by Kagura in the game. Also it's nor sreally controlling them, they are like solders, they don't lose their personality or emotions they imply follow what the user says, such as kiba and sakura did in the game when under the effects of the genjustu.

I don't get what you mean by the barrier being a separate tech, they are preforming the soul bane technique, not a different technique, so Idk why I would register them as something different when they give the same result, unless your meaning I have to pay separate cost for them, and intentionally activate them, which is obvious, not to mention controlling people happens all the time in naruto, through other genjustu, such as the sharigan genjustu, the yamanaka clan, the nara clan, puppet masters, fuinjustu, memory manipulation etc, it isn't a new or rare concept, in fact compared to other forms this is quite tame costing more than the basic yamanaka and nara technique, and having easier ways out of the justu than fuinjustu or memory manipulation.

Soul Bane: Um, you're saying they remain puppets forever, since you also say they can only be freed by the death of the castor or their own knockout. So that means, as long as they aren't knocked out and you aren't killed, they remain are forever plagued by your Genjutsu. That seems a little overpowered. So, either change the ability, or set a duration, like five posts, er whatever, along with a chakra upkeep of, say, 10 ~ 20 points. No one's character should be limited forever, the whole point of roleplay is literate freedom; being able to control your character's actions as well as have them do and say what you choose. Sure there are those jutsu that stun for long amounts of time, etc., but usually jutsu like those are banned or limited in roleplay. Jutsu like those performed in the anime / games is out of anyone's control because they were made / used because the creators wanted them to. Also, that is not a weakness, it's just restating the effects of the jutsu.

Soul Bane Barriers: Since it's an S Rank Technique, only one S Rank should be able to destroy a single barrier. Once you reevaluate Soul Bane, I'll review this a bit more.

Once those things are edited / added to / deleted, I can approve these jutsu. :)

No one's character should be limited forever, the whole point of roleplay is literate freedom; being able to control your character's actions as well as have them do and say what you choose.

This isn't really controlling their character as much as you think, seeing as it simply shifts who they think is the enemy, they still behave and act mostly the same, and there is little to no change in actual freedom for the rper, they can still rp their character like normal only now enemies and allies have switched, this technique doesn't really control their action except for making them hostile to there new enemy or enemies. Either way I gave a duration for the normal version, but for the barrier version I kept no duration since there is so much work put into putting that version up it doesn't make sense to do it all for a genjustu that will only last a set amount of time. Sure there are those jutsu that stun for long amounts of time, etc. There is a weakness as well stated, people under control of the tech are only affected ic, ooc people can just agree to let someone knock them out to free and then do whatever they want, it may affect ic, but ooc information/want is always used ic by characters meaning someone under the effects of this gen most likely won't stay affected for long, or will find some way to still damage the user through wide range attacks or something else.

I ve been in talks with the webmaster, and he said that Soul bane would have to be denied atm.

As he was unclear of the mechanics of the genjutsu, he was wondering whether the jutsu brainwashes the target or changes their memories. In other words, HOW does this genjutsu influence the target to think that certain people are enemies and other people are not.? As the answer would likely fall under the category of godmodding as it borders on mind control, it'd have to be denied by the genjutsu rules.
