Origins:
Dwelling within the density of the Hi no Kuni forestry, the location of the (Centennial Den) is currently lost to men. Generations of effort dedicated to its security and solitude, those only led by members of the pack would ever find success in uncovering the Den. Carved into a face of a mountainside, the Den takes on the form of a cavern labyrinth, with tunnels rumored to number into the dozens burrowing in all directions through the mountain’s immensity. However, only two of the pathways leads into its deepness and finally breaching into an enclosed forestry with foliage and nature in abundance. This internal woodland is home to the Wolf Pack, and those wishing to ascertain Sage Mode must venture deeper and locate the Alpha.
The original protector of men and the sole casualty of betrayal, the infamous Wolf Pack removed themselves from the earth’s light and delved into the shadows.
Two centuries prior, the Alpha, Tsune aligned his kin with human in what history titles the “Moonlit Treaty”—the single most defining act that laid waste to the civil conflict within the Land of Fire. Warring villages and secessionists fought amongst one another in the name of their moral and fiscal objectives, spilling blood and dejection into the world. It was said that, Tsune—Commanding General of the great Forest wolves fought on behalf of his ally—men—so that their hands wouldn’t be tainted in crimson red and their goals seen to fruition. He fought so that their children wouldn’t be forced to awake to their father, their mother, taken by the tides of battle. He fought so that Humanity could find solace, and his woodlands could seize peace.
He fought. He succeeded.
Within months after the civil conflict, the triumph village soon turned their blades against the Wolf pack. Invading their land and abolishing the treaty which merited their freedom of self and security of land.
A bloodbath like no other, many died in this two-week period of violence and Tsune—the great white—was slaughtered defending his clan. This duplicity and sudden death of their leader forced the remaining wolves to flee from their home and deep into the solidity of Hi no Kuni, where they immediately vowed to never work on the behalf of man again. To allow them to act on their own devices, and to fight on the confidences of their own strength.
However, as time passed, old wounds began healing. The Wolf pack slowly grew back to its former strength, and a new—more powerful Alpha was placed into power following Tsune’s noble reign. While hundreds were killed off, the clan itself is rumored to be quite large, accommodating hundreds of wolves and is but one of hundreds of other packs scattered across the world; as such, the true number is unknown.
Bare Fang—the new chef, has extended his hand to men once more; though only to the deserving. And while he gives but limited access of his troops to outsiders, they are extremely resourceful and powerful. Regarded as some of the fastest and efficient hunters in history, even one may prove a nuisance to the most skilled. Nonetheless, like their less-talented brethren, these wolves still move in a pack and make up for a lack of a devastating jutsu reserve with hunting and tracking skills unchallenged.
It’s even said that the Konohagakure Clan--- the Inuzuka--draws its influence from these revered ancestral packs; taking in cubs of their ancestors and using them in combat similar to how they aided men so many centuries ago.
While Ryūza is still young, his family has always had natural ties to the Wolf Pack; they acted as the Liaison between the forest’s guardians and the Hidden Leaf. As a direct result of this mutual kinship—or so the wolves associated it with—the young shinobi, after his father, was next in line. The accumulation was an enduring process, though in little time, the group resonated with the snow-haired Shinobi. They know treat him as their contracted summoner, however, still find him too young and inexperienced to master the others. For now, he makes due with what he can.
Racial Breaker — Wolf Pack
Description: Wolves are more threatening, more calculating, and more elusive not by themselves, but within a group. A natural kinship for moving with others allows for more than one Wolf to be summoned synchronously with another (The total number of wolves summoned at once is only limited by the user’s chakra reserves). Likewise, when in a group of more than one, the physical and sensory attributes are increased significantly; allowing them to move faster, attack harder, and smell across longer distances and with more acute exactitude. These offensive properties of speed and strength (In contrast to their size) are granted to all wolves, despite their own ranks, so long as they’re in the presence of another wolf summoning.
