I, Ryuho Miko- blahblahblah....., a.k.a. V will retire from my Hokage position and pass on the torch that carries the Will of Fire onto Kagura Hozuki/Kagura M/Alice/Mona/Girl with too many girl FCs, who will serve as Lady Hokage Kagura. I leave administration and control of Konohagakure into my successor's hands.
