Looks Description: Standing at five feet and ten inches, Umitetsu has a lean, and atheltic build acquired through his training in becoming a ninja. His most distinct, and distinguishable trait is his mid length white hair that he keeps brushed down. His eyes are blue in color, and radiate an aura of disinterest. Seemingly always wearing an apathetic expression on his face, the male tends to give off a feeling of boredom as he goes about daily task.

He wears a black short sleeved shirt under a red hoodie, and ontop of that layer of clothing the youth dons a navy blue jacket. His jeans are black in color, and instead of using ninja sandals, Umi chooses to wear a pair of brown boots. Depending on the weather (hot, cold, rainty etc.) the Genin will wear an alternate form of attire reflecting the climate conditions, all while keeping with the current colors of his usual apparel. For example if it's hot, the male will relinquish wearing his blue jacket, and would instead don a sleeveless red jacket over a black T-shirt. His pants would also be replaced with shorts, and his footwear would be the common ninja sandals, but in a brown color.



Personality Description: Lethargic, Apathetic, Sarcastic, Blunt, Perceptive, Resourceful, Coarse, Cunning, Witty, Sociopath, Decadent.

Disinterested, and unmotivated, Umitetsu can be attributed to being quite the slothful youth. Never in a rush even if there's need to be in one, the Genin highly values the thought of going at one's own pace.

Able to take notice of the slightest switch in mood, in contrast to his usual manner, the male is perceptive of his surroundings, and of the people he's around. This allows the youth to act quicker to the situations more efficiently, and thus is pretty resourceful whenever he feels the need to be.

Lacking eloquence with his words, the Genin is blunt in his words, and statements. Not bothering to think of the repercussions of what he says, Umi tends to come off as being coarse, and mean spirited to those he interacts with. The fact that the youth his also extremely sarcastic only aids in him being thought to be a asshole contemptible person.

Purposely kept hidden from others is the fact that Umitetsu is in fact a Sociopath, and has no moral standard. Finding an enjoyment in the harming of others, the Genin's mind is unhinged, and is only kept in check by the looming threat of threat of authorities apprehending him for his actions. That sense of danger however, is slowly deteriorating, and it's only a matter of time before he succumbs for his need for decadence.

History:

• Born a single child to a single parent family. (Dad is MIA)
  
• Upon awakening (accidentally) the bloodline limit of Jiton release, with the recommendation of a a high rank shinobi, enlist into the Ninja Academy to train, a master his advanced element.
  
• Goes through the ninja training without much trouble, and is thought to have the capability to become a great ninja.
  
• While in the Academy his Sociopathic nature begins to develop within him.
  
• Graduates the Ninja Academy as part of the top group of his class.
  
• Now a Genin he goes about his daily life doing ninja things.
  

Born to a single parent family, Umitetsu not knowing who, or where the man that was his father was, because his mother choosing to keep the identity of his father secret, grew close to the only family he had, his mother. Spending most of his time around his mom, the boy aided her in work as a owner of a small noodle shop, and in fact had no wish to pursue the life of a ninja. One night however, when one of the customer's was in the midst of a drunken rage, harassing the other patrons, and more importantly his mother, Umitetsu in attempt to protect the one held dear from harm, accidentally awakened the Jiton release bloodline, and hospitalized the intoxicated man.

Having caught wind of the incident a high ranking Suna shinobi urged Umi's mother in enlisting her son into the Ninja Academy so as to train the boy in controlling his power so that instances such as accidentally injuring someone wouldn't happen again. His mother, believing that it was for the best for her son, did as recommended, and enrolled Umitetsu into the Academy to gain mastery of the latent abilities within him.

Going through the Academy without much trouble, many of the instructors began to take note of the boy's potential, and began to believe that he had the capability to become a great asset to their village as a ninja of Sunagakure. Amongst the praise however, there were concerns of the Umitetsu's seemingly overzealousness in sparring drills. Having injured his peers on a few occasions, some of his instructors wondered if the boy was a bit too violent at times. In the end though, these incidents were labeled as simple accidents, and no serious inquiring was made of them.

Graduating as part of the top group of his class, and officially being recognized as a Genin of the Sunagakure, Umitetsu now spends his days living the life of a Shinobi, all while his mindset slowly deteriorates into depravity.
