Missions | Villagers Repayment:

- Uproar (The Plan)
- Kidnap
- - Amagumo | Nimbus (Kirigakure'
- Torture (To Reveal Kirigakure Secrets)
- Death
- The Bloody Mist (Display to Kirigakure)
- Juuidaime Mizukage

Nine... Kirigakure's unlucky number, a representation of the amount of so-called leaders... How one can lead the stream that was the village when it was steadily clogged by corrupted and egocentric Mizukage time after time since the reign of the sixth Mizukage. Impoverished and left in the dark, Kirigakure was left with memories of the last great Mizukage, Godaime Mizukage | Lady Mei Terumī. Backed into the corner by their oppressors, a faction of Kirigakure emerged rallying shinobi and villager alike to pierce the veil and regain control over their village. All would be accomplished in time, though how long the villagers did not anticipate and thus rebounded against them...

In the midst of this tragic loss, the people did not stay at bay. Through the convergence of six men implemented under the guise Amagumo six rebellions were made against Kirigakure's elite and imperialistic leaders. Due to the infiltration of the village's government their message spread to even the ears of the Water Daimyo and with his help these six ordinary civilians staged their final rebellion. The last part of the grand scheme lied within the capturing of the village's so-called leader, his death would not come quickly for secrets held within his conscious needed to be extracted in order for one to properly assume the title of Kage of the village.

Silent... Stealthily... Foreign... Three words that summed up the heir to the position of leader of the Kōkkai clan's position within the Mizukage's office. His skill in such areas as Sensing extending far beyond the current kage's skill of sensing chakra, no.. The six men stationed precisely as planned throughout the cylindrical office, the only entrance and exit being the big double doors at the west end. The wide glass window being manipulated by one of the men, it's durability and noise cancellation properties increasing far beyond normal means in the event that there happened to be some form of struggle. Countless hours had been spent in preparation for this very moment, each men giving their lives to return Kirigakure to it's former glory that earned it the title of the Bloody Mist, though with modern day approaches being taken. Everything was set all that awaited was the arrival, but soon after readjusting himself in the Mizukage's chair did his signature appear within the sensory range of the rebels leader, Ōsharu Kōkkai.

From the moment that the door chimed with the twisting of its handle did the man's plan go into affect, using the bodies natural reaction of the eyes adjusting to the darkness of a new room, two of the Amagumo members (Deshio & Sasu) flooded the room with gallons upon gallons of water. It not being sprayed above the water surface, but being released under the surface to eliminate sound. Kyoha, the muscle and also the quickest member of the squad acted upon interactive instincts and latched on to the body part on the door handle and using chakra enhanced strength brought the man into the 3 inch flooded room. Essentially being consumed by the room, the current Mizukage found himself suspended above the waters surface, streaming from the corners of the room where whips of water provided by the two remaining members of the Amagumo: Uzu & Fuchi.

Sending the chair in a slight swivel the blue haired gentleman stood up and looked out at the village that he called home in for the past twenty-eight years, the strung up victim being the active Mizukage of twelve of those years and what had Kirigakure gained from it? The development of one person that could assemble a diverse village. Ōsharu footsteps echoing throughout the silent office as he trekked through the water, now 10 inches higher and up past the suspended victims shin. The plan worked out for the most part of three years began to fully flourish as the blue haired man

SnakeRatBirdSnakeDogHorseSnake The man's hand weaved through the various signs that made up his clan's hiden techniques, his gaze never releasing from Kirigakure's oppressor. Upon the last seal being held one expected something to happen, but the blue haired man simply rested his hands behind his back as he leaned back against the desk and shook his head.

"Oh Nik... What a series of unfortunate events have led us to our present situation... Yet, in the midst of being strung up you've yet to say a word" His voice, calm but flowing like the finest wines with listeners hanging on to every word without fail. Looking down and continuing to slowly shake his head, the man tapped his foot on the hard wood floor. Upon his eyes locking back onto those of his victim, Ōsharu erupted from his previous demeanor. "PRESENT YOURSELF Mizukage-sama!" Returning to his chill demeanor as if flipping a light switch the man slicked his hair back and out of his face.

Pushing off from the desk into a slow stride around his target, Ōsharu strummed his finger along the whips his subordinates manifested, their overall appearance shifting to a gritty grey color. A grey trail made in the wake of the blue haired man's path began plaguing the water rising to just about five (5) feet in height before stopping. Leaning in close to his target he ushered into his ear.

"To the people of this great village, your people, your village. You are hereby under citizens arrest and within the next seven minutes you will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law... An Agonizingly slow death..." Grasping a fistful of the man's hair, Ōsharu flung the Mizukage's head back viewing the man's sunken eyes, a common sign of dehydration. "It appears... The effects of my Jutsu have taken course.. Our time is limited..." He said as he worked his head around the room to view each of the Amagumo members, stopping on the one still effecting the glass window. All of whom had removed a water bottle and began consuming its contents to counter the effects of their leaders technique. "Start the extraction process..."

Awa, the squads infiltrating expert trekked through the waters with an extended hand that rested on the forehead of their suspended victim. A series of hand seals were weaved through before the man entered the psyche of the current Mizukage, everything from childhood memories and experiences to the village secrets being transferred between the two. This being the final straw to the strength being sapped straight from their target as his chin met his chest and he assumed unconsciousness. A head nod was all that was exchanged between Ōsharu and Awa that signified that what they had come for had been acquired, Ōsharu placed two fingers to his neck where a Wireless Radio wrapped tightly around.

"Daimyo Souzen... The mission is complete..." For several long moments static was all that rang through the man's ears, nevertheless he listened intently for the words that would finally put an end to village's madness. "Assume the title of Mizukage... The village stands witness to your acts... A chosen leader in a time of need... Address your people and signify this moment in the history of the Bloody Mist..." Snickers escaped few members of the Amagumo that were around the room, a sign of acceptance of the course of events that would unfold next. "Roger that..." Ōsharu chimed out as he walked back to the desk which would rightfully be his in a matter of moments. A quick gesture with his left hand made Deshio & Sasu angle their whips causing Nikolai's body to lay parallel to the office floor, this act of falling waking the man up before being submerged in the grey water.

"Well Nik... The residence of Kirigakure have spoken... Now being a descendant of the Kaguya clan I had to develop a special technique for such an occasion... That nigh impenetrable defense you have is a bit tricky, but you aren't the only one who was born with a gift..." His words stinging to the man's ear, plaguing him with thoughts of his own death, but due to his lineage he stood unwavering. Not a problem, for Ōsharu for a dignified death was one that he did respect surprisingly. Out of sight due to the Kōkkai prodigies water altering technique, Ōsharu placed his right hand in the shape of a gun just shy of the  Mizukage's temple. With a low sigh he maneuvered thumb downward, a bullet of compressed chakra enriched salt encased by a spiraling mass of the special grey liquid pierced into the calcium enriched bones of the man's skull. His body ceased right away, but an arm was wrapped around the head to keep it still. Knowing the properties of Kekkei Genkai - Shikotsumyaku, Ōsharu placed his left hand in the exact spot of the previously traveled bullet and performed the same action. Once more a bullet released from his body and entered the skull of the Kaguya man, it's penetrating properties increasing as it followed the same path as it's predecessor, but now driving past the cracked frame and piercing into the brain of the last oppressor to Ōsharu's home.

The weight of years of struggle and oppression finally lifted off of the shoulders of the resident's of Kirigakure, a new era was in motion and new following would be held. Making use of his authority Ōsharu ushered for the five other members of Amagumo to rally the villagers outside the very office they stood in. Without another word spoken the gears of the village began to move once more...

On this night with the village illuminated by the celestial beauty of the moon above and the iconic mist pushed to cloud the view of the outer limits of the land to foreigners, it merely changing form to a low fog latching on to the ground at about three feet like a child to his favorite blanket. The streets began filling with the chatter of its residents, many in shock at the news at hand while others parading through the streets in celebration. Even without true physical confirmation, the people of this great village could simply tell just by the taste of the air. Congregating around the Mizukage's office and stretching back three rows of houses and business buildings, residents awaited on edge. On this night, nothing would be the same.

Deciding it was time, Ōsharu gave word and shinobi he had assigned released from the top of the cylindrical building a flag emblazoned with the symbol of Kirigakure. The village's residents roared with excitement and pride at this act of righteousness, honor and pride instilled in every member born on these grounds flared to their peaks. Watching from the wide office window, Ōsharu peered at the people who unofficially elected him to lead their rebellion to reclaim their land, a sense of deep pride swelled in him. These were his people now, and the village's best was at his heart. The cheers dying signaled that it was time to address his people, carrying or more so dragging the lifeless body of the previous Mizukage up two flights of stairs to the roof, Ōsharu dropped it right at the edge and held his hands outward figuratively embracing his village.

"KIRIGAKUUUUURRRRRREEEEE ! ! !" The excitement in his voice crossing over and transferring into his people as they raised their voices and arms and chanted and cheered. "I have rallied you here on this night in hopes of enlightening you to all that you have been unaware of... All of which brought on by this man" He paused to hold up the lifeless body of Nikolai. The peoples chants and cheers dying down very quickly as the thought of death still remained fresh to them, even if it was justifiable. "Forced into poverty... Our village was halted in the progression that we longed for by this man and the three so-called leaders... I stand before you today with all my cards on the table, as the Juudaime Mizukage I vow to resurrect this once great village to its former glory..."

Pausing for a moment to allow his message to sink in, Ōsharu released the body to the rooftop floor once more. Dropping his arms to his side and looking out at the crowd, the new Mizukage dawned a strong and respectable build and appearance as he wore the customary Mizukage hat and garb. "From this point forward... Kirigakure will rise from the shores starting with repaying the villagers for the years lost... Although this can never take the place of the lost time, I hope it can help mend the wounds..." A hand gesture was given and the five members of Amagumo appeared at the entrance of the building, personal bags of ryo for each villager rested in their arms.

"Rumor has spread that our great village has been attacked by an enemy unknown... This I say is very true... Though, Kirigakure's military force has taken care of the matter and justification is in our near future..." Once again with his words Ōsharu had rallied his people into an excited frenzy, but now emotion showed on his face. He merely raised one hand and waited for the crowd to be silent enough to hear his word. "What is to stop more attacks on us unknowingly?... This question lays like a brand on my mind, thus I have issued this one act to help build the defenses of the our our village... Fifteen percent of mission earnings awarded to Kirigakure's military force upon their completion will go toward a village account so as to purchase new defensive measures..." Whispers broke out among the crowd to which Ōsharu allowed for a few moments, this type of reaction had been expected but reassuring facts were on the way. "Fear not my people... This act does not tarnish your earnings or good name of this village... We are one people, for years separated by power and I'm here today to tell you it no longer needs to be like this..."

In the blink of an eye the blue haired Mizukage vanished from the top of the building only to appear on the steps with his squad, a bag in hand as he threw it into the crowd. A balding man catching it into his lap unwrapped it and jumped with cheer which drew the attention of the others around him. "If we come together as one we will become the unstoppable force of nature that we were founded on and supported by the Godaime Mizukage | Lady Mei Terumī... I extend this opportunity to you  for a chance to meet your new Mizukage and receive a token of my appreciation..."

Countless residents were excited about the new era being breathed into the village by Ōsharu while others remained under suspicion about his motives, nevertheless in time they would see the true meaning behind his ways and tactics. Realizing his mistake, he instructed Awa to remove the body of Nikolai and leave it within his secluded chambers known to the most prominent members of Amagumo. With great support and careful consideration, its ranks would increase and the village would no longer be without a watchful protector in the case that the leader became incompetent. On this day, nothing would be the same...

Juudaime Mizukage | Kirigakure's Beacon of Hope Chikar10

Enter, Chikara Shurajo

She should not be here. She shouldn’t have ventured to this location. She should had stayed within the comfort of her home. She should had squashed any curiosity she had about the masses that had filled the streets. She should had listened to her more rational side of her brain, she shouldn’t had allowed her curiosity to win over reason. Perhaps if she had listened to her gut, she would not had found herself so distraught with the scene playing out in front of her. She would had retained her sanity if she had simply stayed home, but since she had not, she had only herself to blame for the horror she witnessed on this particular night.

Now, she was the sort of individual that wasn’t really bothered by death, keeping up her usual happy persona no matter what, which sometimes could be seen as disturbing to her peers. She had witnessed plenty of death during her short life, even having used her own hands to take away the life of another, these individuals usually being children though she had strangled an adult here and there. It had bothered her at first, but the feeling slowly faded with time. Her upbeat personality even when faced with something that would make the usual person crumble could be easily summed up, she didn’t cry for those she had no emotional connection with. It was a good theory to why she was disturbingly happy, one that her papa believed to be true though Chikara herself was a little skeptic on the matter.

But now, now she knew that such a theory had been true for despite the fact that she fought to keep a smile upon her face, her chest hurt for some unknown reason and she found herself blinking back tears that threaten to fall. Initially she had stared shocked as her eyes landed on the unmoving body of the man she had visited frequently, a man simply as Nikolai Kaguya. He had been the first Mizukage she had the honors of meeting, an individual she had quickly formed a bond with, viewing him as an older brother or cousin to look up to. An addition to her makeshift family, if you will. Thusly so, this child was distraught at seeing the lifeless body of the man that she had trained with, eaten with, and even spoken to on more than one occasion, presented to the entire village by an individual she did not know nor had ever seen before.

Anger began to seep into her veins, mixing with her sadness, threatening to overpower the emotion and consume her. She balled her fist tightly, keeping her hands to her side as she shook with barely contained fury. What made things even worse was the fact that the people, people she had fought to protect, were cheering and chanting at this, buying into what this individual was saying about the late Mizukage. They were clearly happy to see Nikolai dead, something that Chikara couldn’t understand which only proved to anger her further. Nikolai deserved more than what these people were giving him, he deserved more respect than this. And what made things worse was that this new Mizukage seemed to have little respect for the dead.

Not only did he spit on the memory of Nikolai, but as well as the Mizukage who came before. This wasn’t good for this child had been rescued from her situation a year ago by the orders of the Mizukage of that time. And when most didn’t believe herself or others that had been salvaged from the lab to have a chance to become productive members of the society, the Mizukage had placed each child into a home with an individual to care for them. It was because of this Mizukage that she saw the light on the other side of the tunnel, and it was because of this Mizukage that she was able to meet her papa as well as Uncle Gen.  It was because of that Mizukage that she didn’t become the perfect little killer the scientist wanted. And for this man to accuse that individual for stunting the villages growth was simply unforgivable.

As those thoughts ran rampant within the mind of Chikara, the new Mizukage continued his speech. All the while, the child continued to keep her temper in check. She didn’t understand what made her chest hurt. She didn’t understand why she could barely contain her anger towards the man and the village. She didn’t understand why it was so hard to act like this didn’t bother her. She just couldn’t understand this feeling, having become too accustom to feeling happy. It frustrated her to no end, which didn’t bode well for her temper. The only thing that was keeping her from lashing out on everyone within her immediate vicinity was that she would surely be attacked.

She, despite all the emotions that had suddenly flooded her entire being, still retained enough sense to know that lashing out at the people or the Mizukage could result in her immediate disposal. And no matter how angry she was, she couldn’t bear to leave her papa, Uncle Gen, or anybody else that she had formed a bond with. Thusly so, she contained herself, her mind desperately working to ease some of that bottled up rage, though the progress was painstakingly slow. Slowly, the emotion was recalled back to the darkest corners of her mind. Her shaking stopped, her tightly balled fist relaxed slightly, and she found it much easier to not lash out.

She took in a deep breath, looking up at where the new Mizukage stood. Though there may be a smile upon her face, she could not mask the hatred that burned in her large red eyes. The Mizukage and the people had certainly made an enemy out of Chikara Shurajo, albeit they didn’t know that just yet.

Demon of the Mist

Kiri Anbu Captain

IT had been sometime since he stepped foot in the bar. It was by far the most centrally located drinking establishment in the village; the closest bar the Mizukage building. Most the locals on the upper side of the city drank here. Including some of the welcomed less than sophisticated members of the village slums; but when you were a regular you were always welcome. Hakai had been coming here since he was a boy with the Eighth Mizukage, his personal mentor and the previous Demon of the Mist. The man who led the village all the way up to the end of the 100 years of peace. He was a great leader, who brought prosperity to the Village Hidden in the Mist and when that man turned over the Anbu to Hakai, naming him the Demon of the Mist, he insured the Mist Village’s future as a militarist power. Hakai loved that man and vowed to honor his legacy until so long as he held his title.

This drinking establishment was a second home for Hakai and it was where he sat the night of the coup.If Hakai had been at his home or his hideout the various scouts that were looking for him would have found him, he could have prevented the death of the current Mizukage. He would have been informed this groups ascension onto the Water Palace and the Mizukage’s office. The Ninth Mizukage was no friend of Hakai’s, but they had a firm understanding, that he would stay the fuck out of his way. Hakai had continued as he always had running mission through the Anbu, funding itself and handling the business no one wanted to talk about. While the Mizukage pattered around with the various genin, chunin and jounin of the Mist Village; none of which concerned Hakai. So a coup and a new Mizukage could potentially cause more problems than it was worth.

So as he sat comfortably on his stool, legs locked on the horizontal bar at the bottom of the stool. In his hand a crystal class with a clear mixed cock tail, coated with cubes of ice. He would gay fully jest with a man named Seth, talking about the time their alcoholic friend got into a fight with a transvestite name Roxas. As they both chuckled Hakai would raise his glass to take a swallow of the tart liquid, when a ninja would hastily burst through the door. With his glass still in hand he would turn putting the glass to his lips pouring in the drink as the man informed them of what was happening. There was to be an announcement, Did he say, new Mizukage? Hakai thought to himself as everyone stood up as they were urged to step outside, to see the announcement that would take place across the way.

Hakai followed the masses as various people began talking all at once. All the regulars talking to each other as they stepped outside he saw a large portion of the Village was being gathered for this announcement and then it would begin. As it did the tall man would scan the ground identifying a few faces, one was certainly his genin student. He would then turn his attention to this arrogant man who deemed himself so important to pull everyone from their families, work and evening to here is speech. As he addressed the village, Hakai would begin mocking the man in his head; while showing no expression on his face. As the body of the last Mizukage was raised, Hakai would frown for a moment. “So he did it.” Thinking to himself. As he continued Hakai would just listen and weigh his options and he decided on one of two things. He would slip away put on his mask and kill this new so called leader, then hang his body on the balcony. Or he could just ignore it and see how this situation played out. He would begin talking his friends who all were voice various opinions. “This man is no Mist Citizen, he speaks about our history but doesn’t know what he says. “ Many of the people would nod in agreement. Hakai would only laugh to himself, he would receive the money laugh and go back into the bar. Very soon I will test the steel of this new Mizukage, it might be time for a new order in the Village Hidden in the Mist. Perhaps it is time the people have a choice, perhaps its time for a constitution to be written. Prehaps it is time that a republic be born, one of freedom and self preservation. One where we must swear loyality to a feudal lord who plays no real importance in the life of ninja. Perhaps it was time that village in the mist became the first village to throw down the old system of Dyiamo and create their own government. Use the might of the mist village to create the first free and just government. Be a candle upon a hill so that all the other village could see and perhaps they could change the world.

Or perhaps Hakai would have a few more drinks, find some one to give him some comfort on this chilly night. Or maybe he wouldn’t wake up in the morning. Either way hakai was too far into his drink to truly care at this point. But very soon the mental rambling that was pouring out of Hakai would eventually stop and a solid item would be found. Soon the Mizukage would have his reply and it may be just what the new usurper deserved. Throwing out bags of money from a the top of a high raise and like looking happy as it crashed on a man and he scream as the coin would break his leg. I mean gravity is a thing and he just chucked that shit, right on him. I mean that’s some fucked up shit. You don’t just throw shit on people, certainly when you are standing on a balcony 100s of feet in the air. Some people just lack common sense.

A speech. A speech a speech how fitting. While his face remained a stoic rendition of what a normal person would wear at times such as these (verified by the brief studying of the faces in the man’s immediate vicinity), inside his expression twisted into more of a grin. He found the situation rather amusing, the classic speech of solidarity in the face of opposition and overwhelming odds. That being said, it did appear that many of those in attendance paid the man their utmost attention, their eyes and ears glued so intently to him that they took even less notice of the blue haired man as he maneuvered through the crowds, the pale blue cloak which obscured his body whipping about between the throngs of people.

Their new Mizukage, some man of the name Osharu and a clan based off of lightly salted water techniques, spoke eloquently enough. He had not the ring of one who instilled complete and utter obedience and reverence in those to whom he spoke, but his words sounded true and he, at least from what the ANBU could tell, agreed with what he said at his core. That did not deviate from the norm so much as to surprise the conscious person too much – most of the village held similar sentiments, particularly those of lower classes who, under the ridiculous rule of their previous excuse for a kage, suffered immense loses and widespread poverty – but he appeared earnest enough to have a certain simple likeability about himself.

Nick though… this man, standing brazenly before a large crowd of mostly happy civilians, had struck down their previous ruler in some kind of peoples’ revolt. Were the rumors even partially true, he had accomplished such a feat with some kind of underground insurgency force who had enough specialized training not only to storm the previous ruler’s fortress, nothing easy considering the man’s phenomenal paranoia, but also extract the necessary information from the man to effectively rule and run the village. Curious, to say the least, and Kirite would love to hear a more reliable recount of what had happened (he seriously doubted that Osharu had ridden into the Kage Tower astride a giant sea serpent and opened some kind of chakra rift, sucking in Nick and sealing him away forever). He felt reasonably confident that he would hear such a tale; the man currently in power would likely want to meet some of his new warriors, unless of course he had since dispatched of such a need, in which case the blue haired man may need to fear for his life, if only just a bit.

Still, he watched not the newest Mizukage with rapt intensity, but rather kept his eyes drifting casually around the people in attendance. While the vast majority seemed wholly pleased by the turn of events, the odd, toothless man here or disheveled drug-addled woman there occasionally looked positively livid. While the reign of Nick had been foolish, blessedly short-lived, and all together a magnificent disasterastrophy, not everyone found pleasure in its coming to a close. Without a doubt a few loved the wanton chaos spread by the previous despot’s rule and, quite likely, a few of the higher ups from his cabinet would have been cast out in the usurpation. Here, in this cesspool of human filth, could be the seeds of yet another, and possibly even bloodier, rebellion. Kirite had, blessedly, been out of the village on a mission when the actual usurpation occurred and had missed the short, would be invasion of a mysterious foreign entity, but he felt some ambivalence towards his lack of presence in the heart of the chaos.

While he certainly was glad to have been absent in the blood shed that could likely have turned even those of his village against him, he would very much have liked to see some of the scum of the village struck down, particularly Nick. And, it would have greatly behooved the man not only to have been present to defend the village, but also to have been present to get a more firsthand account of what had transpired in the few weeks of his absence. Alas, the past could not be changed by the mere musings of one man, and so he pressed his mind to the current situation. He had profiled a handful of people who could, potentially, prove dangerous to the village, but two in particular stood out as capable of immediate threat. He’d need to tread carefully, and all the more so for his lack of knowledge in regards to the current Kage’s ruling philosophy and ideals. Maybe he no longer required of someone with Kirite’s particular skills.

For now he waited. He waited until the speech ended, he waited until he would, if the man desired, meet with the rule of the Land of Water. He waited as he usually did, waited for the waters to settle, for the people to calm, for the truest of the true colors to show upon the faces and sleeves and hands of those lurking about in the shadows. The time would come, no doubt, for action to be taken. That time was likely very soon, but one could never be too certain. And so he waited. For not, at this particular moment, he waited for Osharu, the usurper of the previous idiot to call himself kage and a man who seemed set on changing the world.

Having just recently received news of this gathering the chunin forced his way through the rather large crowds. The shouts and chants of the people boomed loudly aroudn the boy as he stared up at the current Mizukage. While he listened to the speech a few lines made the male roll his eyes. Actually Akio was a bit disappointed from the reaction of the Kirigakure civilian's if the shinobi were this overjoyed by the news of this new Mizukage the young man would be very upset. Certainty this other blue haired male didn't think he was impressing the shinobi of the Mist. The great men and women that served under the last Mizukage and still protect these lands would by no means appreciate the words that were flowing from this new so called Mizukage's mouth. While he promises of power were tempting they were merely words until change would be noticed.

Weaving his way between the cheering people that were overwhelmed by the news Akio growled when the bigger men and even women pushed him around. It didn't help that Akio was both extremely thin and was noticeably a few inches shorter compared to most. However these were simple interruptions that he could shrug off as he continued to work his way through the waves of flesh. The man went on and on about how the last Mizukage was just halting the progressing of the village. Now that followed by the display of the man's body made Akio a bit distraught.

As the male took a few more steps he recognized a familiar crimson haired head in the crowd. The one the hair belong to was none other then the little girl that was his new squad member. Honestly a squad wasn't what Akio would call them, but that was a conversation for another time. For now he would classify it as a team until he got around to thinking of a proper title for the small group that some strange man had thrown the chunin into not too long ago.

Deciding to stop behind the young genin Akio realized how hard the words were actually hitting some. So he was right about the not everyone enjoying what they were hearing. Chikara didn't seemed to be liking what this man was saying, actually it seemed like a touchy subject seeing as he hands were balled up into fist. The boy seemed to be a bit surprised at the condition his teammate was in. The usually happy and sweet little girl was practically about to erupt with anger as her body shook violently.

Steeping a bit closer to her Akio raised his hand and softly sat it on her shoulder. He could tell by the look on her face that there was more to her then just anger, she seemed to also be rather sad about the the words the new Mizukage was uttering. While he usually was studying about the shinobi rules, abiding by them, even supporting them wholeheartedly the chunin's eyes were opened today. Perhaps his shark toothed sensei was telling the truth when he disagreed with the rules of not showing your emotions. Akio's mind wondered back to the several days back when he was told about the rules being wrong at times. "Chikara..."

The only word the boy could force out was the young girl's name. Even while speaking his voice held little emotion beside a bit of concern. The young male wasn't really good with words, but his feelings were true and evident in his tone. Honestly the chunin rarely shown much feelings to most, but Chikara was different. Even though they hadn't known each other for long the blue haired boy had grown to develope a bit of a soft spot for the girl. Forgetting about the loud words that were echoing in the background the male focused on his squad mate while the Mizukage continued, the crowd still shouting rather loudly.

Still a bit in shock Akio never thought he would see this girl like she was now. Usually he would suspect a smile or a snide remark, but never any anger and certainty not something of this magnitude. Not knowing if this was common or rare for Chikara the boy didn't focus much on that matter. All that he was trying to do for the moment was to comfort the girl or at least let her know that he was there beside her and could tell that she was obviously not very happy with what the man was saying. Even though Akio couldn't say he was angry or happy he didn't have many ties to the old Mizukage and didn't really care much for the death. However he knew that it was taking it a bit to far when the man who now had taken the title of Mizukage had mentioned anything foul about the previous owner of such title.

Giving a low growl the sight of Chikara had awoken something inside the young chunin. She had every right to be angry and seeing her this way just made Akio feel the same. While he didn't care much about the man's work the display of the other man's body was unacceptable. "Have you no pride?" The crowd quickly died down as the chunin spoke out against the new so-called leader. "No honor? You speak lies and accusations that are false. No one deserves this kind of talk especially after death. You are not the leader you say you are. Someone willing to desecrate both someone's name and body is not fit to lead such a great nation such as the Bloody Mist. If you must cloud people's judgement with the free ryo you are throwing you are no better then Kirigakure's enemies. As such you deserve to  be hunted down and killed like the dog you are."

Akio's words were full of venom as they were shouted through the crowd. The whole gathering of people was silent besides a few stray whispers before exploding into an uproar. Several people agreed with the genin while the other's argued causing a large portion of the group to argue and shout back and forth. The whole display was now nothing more then a mess as the blue haired male stared back at the man with the similar color of hair. His only visible golden eye focused on the man to see his reaction while he readied himself for the worst. Obviously he would not get off without some form of punishment after such a display. All the while the people of the village's shouts being drowned out by the chunin as he continued to glare at the man who had no to long ago had them practically kissing his boots.

Shizen

It was a regular day for me, or at least it was up until this point. I was doing what I normally did everyday. I was standing around outside with a ring of small children around me while I was doing all I could to entertain them. There were three of them total and they all were slightly impoverished to look at, but I didn't mind. I crouched down with a smile on my face in front of the little girl in the middle and asked her happily "Now Madame, what would you like to see THE AMAAAAAZING SHIZEN preform today?" I spoke my phony title in a very cartoony voice that caused all the kids in attendance to laugh. I hated talking like that but it was worth it for them to smile, even a little bit. The little girl began to hop gently and said to me "Juggle these please!" She then stretched out her tiny hand to reveal 3 tiny sticks that she had picked up off of the ground. I faked a heroic laugh and announced "Of course! It would be my pleasure and honor!"

I grabbed the sticks and began to juggle the flawlessly. It was one of the many skills I picked up on while living with the performers. The children were clapping and cheering at my feet and I decided to step it up a notch to make it a better show for them. I began to toss the sticks higher and then quickly slipped a kunai from my belt and threw it into the mass that I was juggling. They cheered even louder and I continued to pull them out until I was juggling three knives and three sticks simultaneously. And the part they were unaware of is that I was cleverly angling the knives to slowly sharpen the sticks as they spun around together in the air. As I prepared to end the show I said to the kids "If the audience would clear a path in front of me I will proceed with the grand finale!" They moved to the side and eagerly stared at me in wonder, waiting for what I was going to do. About 10 feet in front of me there was a wooden wall, and after about 10 seconds I began to throw the objects one of a time at the wall at full speed, causing them to get stuck. After my hands were empty it would be revealed that I had thrown them in such a fashion that they formed a smiley face on the wall. The children all jumped and cheered as I bowed to them, concluding the show.

It was shortly after this that I began to hear the announcement coming from the kage building not too far from where I was. My eyes grew wide and my jaw slowly dropped as I listened to him speak. The words he spoke were nothing but the truth, this village has experienced absolutely nothing but poverty and constant fear for their lives. That was the entire reason I do what I do, and normally I wouldn't believe it if someone said they were going to end it and I would dismiss it off as simple politicians saying what they knew we wanted to hear. But as this man began to explain that he was going to repay the village for the years of suffering we have had I felt something that I hadn't felt in the longest time. Hope. Ever since I returned to the village all I ever did was distract the people from how horrible their lives were since I was completely helpless to change the ways of an entire village, I'm only 16 for gods sake, but with this man I felt like he would finally do. It was someone who would finally care not only for the lives of the soldiers out their fighting our battles but also for the lives of every civilian family. I began to tear up as the thought brought back the memories of my father and mother, and how our entire financial legacy was stripped from me after they died just so the Mizukage could fund our shinobi army more using its profits. I had no way to know it yet, but deep down I could feel it in my bones, this one would be different than them. I felt that under this Mizukage the civilians would be treated with the same amount of respect as the shinobi guarding it. If this man held true to his promises my job would become obsolete in no time, but I didn't give a damn, because if my job became unnecessary than that meant that the entire village was now happy with their state of living, and that would be completely worth it. My eyes began to tear up and I ran up to the mobs of people around the kage building and threw my hands into the air and yelled with a huge smile on my face "LONG LIVE JUUDAIME MIZUKAGE!" As I did that other people in my immediate area felt as I did and joined in as well, but it was obvious that not all in attendance cared for the change. I could sense hundreds of presences in the area, some as minuscule as civilians and some as powerful as hardened shinobi, but I could also feel the state of the chakras. It was completely mixed up, some of them were burning with rage and yelling out curses and death threats to the new kage while others felt as I did about it. There was really no way of knowing how this would end up, but there was one thing I did know. For once I could say I was actually excited for the future.

"Jez......this seems a bit........touchy....and stinky...."

The genin said with a sniff as he slowly glided down the building with grace. He stood about an average height for a grown man, but this genin was 14. He had a slight raspy voice that came with good contrast with his sly face. He slowly walked into the huge crowd as he saw multiple different events unfold. He felt a weird feeling in his gut when a man walked past him towards the bar with a faint grin. He soon turned to a little girl being comforted by a person his size. He then looked over to a loudmouth who screamed his pledge to the kage.

The boy who goes by the name of Dorima could only watch as the boy who comforted the girl suddenly made the area grow so quiet. His words had such venom that rattled Dorima's soul. He could only wonder of the rage towards the new kage. The leers, the glares, the disappointed grimaces. He now finally noticed the girl's fists and how they balled. This led for Dori to add two and two together. He only sighed as he looked around the area as it was pretty silent for about 25 seconds. Deciding to bring back sound to his existence he spoke up in a smart-ass tone of voice that he honestly doesn't try with.

"Kinda sharp you think? Jeez the guy gets in office and people want to kill..."

He began to walk up towards the duo of another sharper-tongued loudmouth and a sweet little girl. As he reached them he looked at the boy with a nice smile as he slowly crouched to the girl, a warmer but less cheeky smile on his face. He wanted to see into the girl's eyes as to see if her hurt was genuine, just to be safe. He was maybe 3 inches away from her face before he spoke, a rather less smart-ass-y tone coming from him.

"I understand your feelings of anger and rage now, but I suggest you let it go for the time being. Right now isn't the time for splitting up. We must be one family and as such I will try my very best to get Mizu up their to apologize. A kage must have tact as he speaks to a people. I am sorry that he hurt your feelings in some way."

He nodded towards her with his same smile as he raised up to face the boy on her shoulder. He had a calm face, but it wasn't smiling anymore. He looked directly into the boy's eyes with confidence. A rare thing in kids these days. He noticed that their heights were the same but he himself was a bit more muscular. He spoke towards the boy in a semi-casual yet respectful tone.

"Show this young lady a better example and don't scream out and lash like that. It causes scenes that lets us know that we are a weak country. He was trying to unify but he was indeed tactless. Thank you for having the heart to comfort the girl, but please think as she does indeed have to take you for example. Oh well....."

The man nodded towards the man as he walked away, shrugging as he did so. He chuckled as he simply got out of the way. He can't believe that he solved that so fast...he felt like he could have used some tact himself as he felt as if he embarrassed the two out there. He will apologize later on as now he cannot go from tension to lighting up in a matter of seconds. The man sat down on a bench and sighed as he began to hum.

He made a slight beat with his hands as he began to hum a little melody. The humming sounded like it had a bit of soul to it. He kept the rhythmic beat going. He looked around as he noticed nearly a crowd was looking at him. He smiled as he began to hum more. He looked at a group of kids that seemed to come from near the loud one screaming about the Kage and how good he was. The kids smiled and began to clap the beat. After a few rounds he began to sing a song he sung with his mom when he was younger.

"Long time ago when the world was still young
All was quiet and calm just the rocks and the sun.

Then came a beat that was steady and strong
Soon the music was born and the dance was begun!"

He chuckled again as the kids started to repeat the little rhyme he spat towards them. He noticed that the song was keeping the children upbeat, which was good. They really needed to warm up due to the fact they were shone a body. Dorima only could hope this situation got better.

He looked at the crowd and got warm glares from some mothers and or younger females in the crowd. Some old men chuckled and some men in their prime chuckled. He soon heard 3 voices. The first being a teenage girl, the second an old man, and third a gruff man.

"Oh my gosh! Isn't he like...the cutest guy ever? And look at those kids!~"

"That boy's got some spunk in him! He seems to be pretty wise and warm for his age! If only...."

"Come on man. Quit being such a damn sap! You got all these girls out here swoonin' and actin' like you are some prophet or somthin'."

The boy only could laugh and hope that the situation got better as it seemed he made the situation a bit brighter..... The country needs it.

OOC Information:

"Smile.. Grip hand.. Swivel back.. Grab money.. Hand money.. and.. Repeat!.. Smile.. Grip hand.. Swivel back.. Grab money.. Hand money.."

Wave after wave of people washed upon Ōsharu and his movements mimicked the finest animatronics not of these days, his mind truly absent of the event at hand for it was nothing that he truly foreseen. Unbeknownst to the public, a plan for the betterment of Kirigakure was at work. Simply enacting it with out the true and wholehearted cooperation of the village would be pointless and possibly futile. No, silly things of old were not to be repeated.. Not while there was a chance at a new beginning with the Juudaime Mizukage. Then again, to this point the people of Kirigakure only satisfied their own greedy needs. Viewing this event as nothing more than a get money quick scheme. Although a fixed and a more than likely rehearsed smile that seemed welcoming to the masses was worn upon his face, behind this disguise was a feeling of grave disappointment.

"Unlike most others born within Kirigakure, my upbringing was different. Though not on an elite status, some royal offerings were bestowed upon me... Nonetheless, all of which from times as a toddler seemed excessive and definitely unneeded...

Days outside of the sea where met upon the lands of Kirigakure, and despite the persecution that came before my time to my family members and others who bore signs of Kekkei Genkai, I understood the conditions that my homeland was being subjected...

From these times, I knew what my Nindō would be and ever since I walked a path that leading toward Kirigakure returning to the powerhouse that it once was... Is this what my village has succumb to?..."

Reflecting on his past while simultaneously continuing the cycle of greeting and distributing to his villagers, Ōsharu began nearly blanking out, stuck in an endless loop. A single cry from a boy in the crowd broke this spell, admittedly catching the man by surprise at first, but after grasping the situation fixed his attention upon the boy. Spilling out the truest of feelings from his heart, the young boy reflected everything that he had been looking for and this seemed to spark the inner spirit of some others as they joined in. Truth to Pride, Honor, and Cooperation. Pride and Honor, both explained in a sensible manner by the boy, but from the shouts from another child in the crowd a feeling of mixed emotion could be grasped. Nonetheless, Pride and honor was still felt.

Cooperation was something that could be acquired through time, but getting on better standings with the villagers was the first step to a better transition into his term. What could be considered to some as a glare was simply Ōsharu's face full of contentment as he held back the excitement he felt as he cluing to every word that his villagers spoke. A calm demeanor was definitely a trait one should have under certain times, something that he had practiced beforehand. His term was definitely thought out more than what some might think, but the only way to prove his point was to display it in his actions. Now was his time..

"I thank you for your contributions through the words you spoke and on many points you are right.. With a point to prove this line was crossed, but until you broke free from the silence that your other villagers have been cast under I was without a doubt to go to any lengths necessary to awaken the true spirit of Kirigakure which I see embodies you...

For my actions and display of coming into term as Mizukage I sincerely do apologize to each and everyone of you.. I'm sure in his term the previous Mizukage may have grown close to some of you all.. These ties I will never be able to replace or mend.. Because the mind set of kill one save a thousand is subject to debate on a moral compass stand point.. I offer this proposal to the people of Kirigakure.."

Taking a moment to clear his throat, before disrobing himself of the Mizukage garments and lastly the hat that every kage wore that shown in all its glory the symbol of their village. Extending his arms outward, his left hand holding the hat while the right hand held the garments, Ōsharu looked upon his people. Blank expressions were drawn as many wondered what was going on, then slowly murmurs followed by a slight brawl breaking out, but the man's voice beamed out and silenced the crowd, washing away their actions as they listened intently to what he had to say.

".. Give me time.. Allow me this chance to place Kirigkaure on a path to remind every other country that despite Persecution. Embezzlement. Selfishness. and Hidden Agendas. Everything I wish to achieve has been laid before you without out being changed.. In a set course of days if I can not get the gears of the village to begin to start turning I will step down as Mizukage and place the person in the position through a majority vote of the villagers..

All I ask of you is some time and dedication & pride to the village and all it represents... What may be best for Kirigakure is all that I have at heart and from the display of the condition that an intruder such as myself made retaliated by your shouts and cries, I can tell that that is what you all care about deep down..."

The five members of the Amagumo stood behind him as a means of support, when one of whom leaned in to speak with Ōsharu, his senses went into affect actively triggering the use of his sensory jutsu for safety measures, but upon hearing it was news of the second act of what was planned for the evening he calmed himself and brushed off the situation with a nod. Certain individuals of the village had been contacted to stay so as to speak with the Mizukage, others were invited, but after giving his final speech the majority of the masses dispersed with few lingerers chatting about the night's events.

Dispersing in puffs of smoke, the members of the Amagumo left the area in search of certain individuals. Any time one was found they simply approached the subject and delivered the message verbally before vanishing in yet another puff of smoke, only to return back to the side of the Mizukage upon the steps. The members chosen to speak with Ōsharu were not done at random, the previous Mizukage had an Anbu unit and forcibly removing anyone just to start his own was in a bad taste especially during current times, thus all he wished to do was have a word with them to speak of current events.

Juudaime Mizukage | Kirigakure's Beacon of Hope Chikar10

Enter, Chikara Shurajo

She had been far too deep within her own mind, containing her own sadness to have noticed the presence of her teammate, Akio. She had stopped staring up at the Mizukage after having standing there doing so for a minute or two, could had been a couple of seconds for time really was irrelevant to her at the moment. Her head had dropped and her eyes gazed downwards, occasionally darting around the masses that surrounded her all around. She hadn’t noticed her teammate when he uttered her name, but she had noticed him when he began to ridicule the new Mizukage. Her head perked up, twisting slightly so that she may stare at her teammate.

It was a bold move by Akio, but she hadn’t the desire to stop him from speaking what she believed to be the truth. Albeit, he had gone a little too far with calling the man a dog, none of them knowing exactly how the new Mizukage would react to such an offense. The Kage may laugh it off, or take serious offense to being compared to a dog and do himself justice, yet what that entitled she didn’t know. She didn’t know the man proclaiming himself the leader of a new Kirigakure, and she doubt anyone within the village truly knew either. From what she had gathered, the crowd had been lost in the promises the man had made for the prospect of a stronger Kiri both militarily and economically, that they had entirely ignored any other piece of important information.

From what Chikara could deduce was that the man was not of this village, for if he were he would had known to pick his words carefully when speaking of the late Mizukages. There were people who had bonds with the previous Mizukages, there were people who looked up to the late Mizukages, and those people were certainly a little ticked off if not mad at the allegations this man was throwing around. The words of Akio proving to remove the veil from some of the gatherers eyes, so that they may look, actually look, at who this man was. His words and actions had little semblance of tact and grace, having only enthralled the crowd with promises that were otherwise empty until proven otherwise. He had managed to anger those who were not enchanted by his promise of a better, stronger Kirigakure with his words, she being amongst them.

Not even the cheer of ‘Long Live The Juudaime Mizukage’ had the entire crowd in an uproar. Certainly some cheered, but others, well they were thinking on the words spoken by Akio. Eyes scanned the crowd for a brief moment, staying upon certain faces longer than others before flickering at Akio. Faint concern for his wellbeing shone in her eyes, but it had quickly vanished for Chikara had the feeling that her other Onii-sama, the one who had been murdered and presented to the masses for people to cheer about, wouldn’t allow for a member of his squad to be killed nonetheless attacked. So her eyes returned to scanning the crowd, making mental notes of those who were all for the leader, those who were not, as well as those who could careless about the entire situation. Tension amongst the masses was certainly building, and she could feel a fight breaking out when it reached the boiling point.

She eventually stopped surveying the crowd, eyes locking onto someone who was approaching herself and Akio. Chikara watched him closely, jumping a little as he got down to her level. She looked at him faintly curious on his actions, though as he spoke that curiosity had faded as fast as it had come. This individual was asking for the impossible, for her to let go of the fact that a random man had decided to murder her Onii-sama. That this man had presented the body to the masses and that said masses had cheered. Did he want her to let go of the fact that he spat on the name of the late Mizukages? Did he really expect that of her, all for a simple apology? She think not, she refused to let it go, and she wouldn’t let it go.

That anger she had felt came back tenfold. She hadn’t heard what the mystery male had said to Akio, she drowning in her own fury. It was silent for a while, a few kind comments thrown the older boys way, though she didn’t take notice of it. Yet with a comment she couldn’t discern shouted a minute or two after the crowd had gone silent, all hell broke loose. It may have been a comment, she assumed so, but it could had been somebody throwing a punch. Either way, this speech meant to unify the people had only proven to tear them apart. Seeing this as her cue to leave, for she wanted no part of this fight, she spun on her heel and without ever knowing it, grabbed the hands of two individuals, Akio and Shizen.

Chikara was heading home, where she would be much safer than she would be on the streets. She would take the back alleys to avoid those on the main streets, with two unwilling participates in tow. When she would realize she had just dragged two people from the area? She hadn’t a clue, it could be within the alley, it could be after she entered her residences. But that was certainly up to her unwilling captives. Yet she did notice that she had dragged the likes of the boy who had been all too happy with the new Mizukage, well, let us she would no longer be able to contain her rage.

Hakai was turning to leave, go back to the bar whence he came. There he would continue to drink and continue on with his night. But as the lanky man turned to leave a voice familiar broke out. "Have you no pride?" The crowd quieting as Hakai would smirk, [i] that little retard, he has more potential than I thought. [i/] He would continue to walk away as the boy continued to speak, No honor? You speak lies and accusations that are false. As these words ring out Hakai would slip away deep into the ground, the man he was just talking to would turn to speak to him and Hakai would be gone without a trace. He wouldn’t let one of his squad member stand alone, even if it was his most despised pupil. He would arise in the bar he frequented so often, going into his private room. He would place his anbu uniform, mask and legendary blade on his back in a second a moment later continuing his jutus appearing outside of the bar. Diving once more he would emerge from the ground in a spring 3 meter behind the members of the Demon Squad. Right as the genin finished speaking. As such you deserve to be hunted down and killed like the dog you are." Hakai prepared to speak at that moment, when the self proclaim Mizukage began to rebutted the chunin’s statement with a slur of mumbo jumbo. As the man spoke Hakai listened, I thank you for your contributions through the words you spoke and on many points you are right.. With a point to prove this line was crossed, but until you broke free from the silence that your other villagers have been cast under I was without a doubt to go to any lengths necessary to awaken the true spirit of Kirigakure which I see embodies you... As he spoke that sentence and utter the words, “true spirit of Kirigakure.” Hakai left the conscious mind to Demon of the Mist and Demon’s presence would erupt with a loud roar. “WHAT THE FUCK DO YOU KNOW OF THE TRUE SPIRIT OF KIRIGAKURE? You aren’t even a Mist Ninja.” As his voice would rang out startling the villagers around him a demonic form would rise above him and the area would clear the way. Unlike the Mizukage who was a stranger to these village, Demon of the Mist was a real life legend. An ominous figure who came and went through the village, a hero or a villain it was all speculation; but he was well known. Some would gasp and any villager in the area would push away as fast as possible experienced the killing intent that flowed from his shroud. Hakai wouldn’t wait for a response before continuing his interruption. He low rumbling voice roaring for all to see, his legendary blade unbound in his hand in all its sharky awesomeness.

“HOW DARE YOU SPEAK TO THAT SHINOBI LIKE HIS EQUAL.” Gesturing to Kaiden with Samehada his one arm erect and parallel to the ground. Continuing, “HE IS OF MIST BLOOD, YOU ARE AN OUTSIDER. YOU SHOULD BEG FOR HIS APPROVAL, FOR ALL OF THEIR APPROVAL. EVEN THE LOWEST MIST SHINOBI STAND ABOVE YOU HERE. “ Now using Samehada to point all in front of him waving towards the crowd. “YOU SPEAK OF THE GOOD OF THIS VILLAGE. YOU KNOW NOTHING OF THIS VILLAGE, YOU ARE A TOURIST AMOUNG ITS PEOPLE. “ Pointing the Great Sword now at the proclaimed Mizukage. “YOU HAVE THE AUDACITY TO CALL IT “OUR VILLAGE” NO STRANGER, THIS IS MY VILLAGE. Gesturing to himself with his free hand. THIS IS HER VILLAGE! Pointing samehada at the girl who stood next to Kaiden. THIS IS TENSHI LEE’S VILLAGE. Pointing to a well known bar keep that was across the fields of people. THIS IS JEN, THE NURSE’S VILLAGE. CUT THE LOCAL RAPPER’S VILLAGE. ROXAS THE STREET HOOKER’S VILLAGE, VANESSA THE FLOWER SHOP KEEPERS VILLAGE. As he spoke each person’s name from the crowd as he saw them he would point with Samehada. WE ARE THE MIST AND THIS IS OUR, emphasizing the word he would continue, VILLAGE. I BORN TO THE GREATEST SWORDSMEN OF HIS GENERATION AND WHEN HE DIED FOR THIS GREAT VILLAGE, I WAS TAKEN CARE OF BY THE PREVIOUS GREATEST SWORDSMEN, THE EIGHT MIZUKAGE. ONE OF THE GREATEST KAGE WHO SAW US TO THE END OF THE 100 YEARS OF PEACE WE ENJOYED. YOU KNOW NOTHING; OUTSIDER. (john snow) NOW I TRAIN THE NEXT GENERATION AND THEY WILL TRAIN THE GENERATIONS AFTER THEM. I KNOW EVER SHINOBI WHO WAS TRAINED IN THIS VILLAGE YOU ARE NOT AMOUNG THEY! YOU SPEAK OF INVASIONS AND MILITARISTIC POWER THAT STOPPED THEM, I AM THAT POWER! I KILLED THEM AND WATCHED THE LIGHT FADE FROM THEIR EYES. Pausing he would look around, THIS MAN IS NO COMRADE OF MINE! Turning to the new mizukage. YOU ARE THE MAN WHO KILLED MY KAGE AND NOT ANY AMOUNT OF RYO WILL CHANGE THAT. NO MATTER HIS IMCOMPETENCE AS A LEADER, HE WAS A MIST SHINOBI AND YOU JUST MURDERED HIM. With that he would point Samehada directly at the man, his demonic shroud would expand further, in a massive blue demonic head roaring towards the sky. I AM THE DEMON OF THE MIST.
