Hakai was born to Ashi Hozuki leader of the seven swordsman and a stern man who spent his life in military service. From a young age Hakai learn strict discipline and manors. His training and personality reflected it. He held those standards well past the demise of his father, who perished in service of the Mist village. It was then Hakai was trained by the eighth Mizukage a man of unmatched weaponry skill. This man became Hakai's guardian and only example. Everything Hakai gained was through his teachings, he went through unique training to prepare him for his shinobi obligations. These training methods were rash and often cruel, but they molded the boy into the Demon of the Mist. It was time these lessons were passed on to the next generation.
Hakai would awake at twilight from a stranger' home. Quickly securing his standard shinobi tools and Samehada he would depart in silence. He would be traveling quite a distance from Kirigakure, nearly 30 miles south until he reached the coast line. His arrival would be marked when he reached the top of a massive cliff that looked over the dark ocean. Countless rocks would littered this area of the sea floor, waves smashing against them before smacking the cliff. It was low tide and most of the rocks' tops were uncovered.
Hakai would sit down Samehada across his back. The chilly ocean area breathing a thick mist, in this cover he would wait. The sun still hidden in the darkness, it's first beams seen in the distance. The genin were told to arrive in exactly 30 minutes from this point. Their estimated time would be as the sun would begin to rise. Once they arrived their first test would begin.
