"The Sickle Weasel technique, huh? Sounds lethal.."
In front of him was Genjiro Musashi, his personal trainer for the Fuuton element. His father had been nice enough to buy a tutor instead of forcing Tetsuo to learn through the books. He remembered the words his father said..
I want you at your full potential..
A bit creepy, but Tetsuo was used to that.
"Yes, it's capable of of killing people in some situations, but that's not it's main intent. It's supposed to be used as a stepping stone to the more powerful wind jutsu. But first, I want to see that you've mastered this jutsu. Now, I'll do a demonstration and you follow, got that?"
Tetsuo nodded.
"Sickle Weasel requires no handseals! All you have to do is breath in and unleash a mighty gust of currents that shred your opponent..like this!"
He took a deep breath, and unleashed the attack on a nearby log, carving it.
Tetsuo looked at the attack in awe.
"Wow...that was pretty nice! I think I could do that easily.."
Genjiro smiled.
"Take your time kid. You won't get this on the first try, so don't rush it. Just get a fee-"
Tetsuo was too busy doing the jutsu, launching it at another log, doing causing the same damage that occured to Genjiro's log. The older man had a look of shock on his face.
"What the...your father told me your learning rate was slow! Maybe he was just exaggerating, because this progress is stunning!"
"Dad called me slow...?"
He looked down at the floor, his heart shattered.
"Good job kid, let's meet up tomorrow, same time!"
"Y-Yeah.."
The person that he looked up to the most insulting him hurted him a lot. All Tetsuo wanted to do was seek approval from his father, but it seemed impossible. Would he give up? No. Eventually, they would be friends.
Before the day was over, he had one more thing he needed to do. First, he went back to his home and began packing up. Since he was already near Kumogakure, he decided he would have a little bit fun in the village~

The trek was about five days, but here he was...Kumogakure.
