The air was thick with mist, hanging low over the training grounds as the sun hung low in the air. Melee logs littered the area, and pools of piranha hid in the poor vision distance. Zevas had walked into the training grounds, knowing the area quite well, having trained there on varying days. Days that were clear, days where you couldnt see at all. He knew the hidden traps, ones from long ago and ones quite recent. He even had a favorite spot, where some got wounded majorly. The blood splatter looked like some animal out of myths, but Zevas still loved it. The stench of dried blood moistened by the mist hung in the air. Zevas smiled as he inhaled deeply, the scent exciting him.
Zevas ran forward, jumping forward over a pool filled with the carnivorous fish, doing a front handspring after the land, flipping into the air. He reached out and grabbed a metal pole sticking out of the ground, the pole having an upside down L shape. He spun once, letting go and somersaulting into the air. tucking into a ball. As he came down he extended his body out, landing on top of a tree stump. Zevas crouched on the wooden tool and smiled.
"It feels so good to get out and stretch...its...lovely."
