The gum itself is relatively weightless, though it is extremely sticky, able to attach to most surfaces. Each gum strip can support up to 180 lbs, allowing objects to be strung. The gum travels at Taijutsu Adept Speed, though after traveling 10m, it slows it Taijutsu Basic speed. Should the user release the strand, it would continue to propel itself until a surface is touched or until reaching 30m.
Weakness: Can be cut by C Rank Blades or higher.

Lower. Like.... down to 140 pounds (a little above weight of average human).

Sorry, but D-rank techs must not travel beyond Basic speed. D-ranks tech usually are limited within a 10m range as well, but since it's gum I'll allow it as a trade-off for lower speed.
