Kali Hyuuga

It was a busy morning within one of the five great villages, this particular one being known as Konoha. The streets of Konoha were bustling with life as people made their way to their destination. Rumors floated about the village, centering around young Hyuuga couple’s marriage, such rumors being nothing more than gossip some individuals passed around. What it entitled, well Kali wouldn’t really be able to tell nor would she care to know, being far more concerned with the wedding that was to be held today. The household had been up in a tizzy since talks of a wedding emerged up until today, and none seemed prepared to sit down and take a deep breath anytime soon. She hadn’t known how long the members of the Hyuuga clan had been up, but she could assume that they had gotten before the crack of dawn to prepare for the big day.

It would be a large wedding, Kali having issued out open invitations to the village, for she couldn’t come up with a list of attendees. Thusly so, she didn’t know how many would show up, but she really didn’t think about it for far too long. She didn’t care, for she could careless about how many people showed up, she cared more for the simple fact that Hazama and herself were finally going to tie the knot. Begin a new journey with one another, not as boyfriend & girlfriend or fiancé & fiancée, but as husband and wife, and that was something she was looking forward to. It had taken her a while to find love, and Hazama was truly her perfect match.

A smile graced her face as she lifted her head up, gazing into the full-length mirror. A light blush touched her face, and her eyes shone with barely contained joy as she looked herself in the mirror. Her kin had certainly done a marvelous job with the dress, it being more beautiful than she had originally anticipated. She would had stared longer hadn’t somebody entered the room, telling her that it was now time to depart. Kali gave herself a once over, making sure that the outfit was perfectly pieced together before being guided out the room.

She stood tall, with her head held up high as she walked down the hall, close behind her escort. She was beginning to feel butterflies in her stomach, but for the most part she ignored it. Instead, she focused on getting to the alter, so that she may see her beloved.

The young genin had awoken to find her mother shaking her away in an excited manner with her younger brother jumping on her bed. She was still groggy while her mother awoke her and tried to explain something to her. However she shook her head for a minute then yawned loudly before allowing her mother to tell her the exciting news. A wedding was to happen in the village, and although usually that news wouldn't be to enlarged or important this was a wedding of the Hyuuga family line which is known with very extravagant and tightly closed events only the best known shinobi were allowed to gain access too. With this news Hitomi herself felt it still wasn't of much importance towards what it had to do with her family since they weren't part of such family lines however it was more on explained how she was invited as a guest. A guest towards the decor or the flower adornments.

For a while she was confused when her mother explained that. Why would she of all the shinobi, especially the younger shinobi be invited to be such a high order for a genin. She took a minute to look over the letter her mother had in her hands on the subject. She read it over and was in mostly shock. With her mother there to explain on the subject more so it would make some sense to the girl however it still puzzled her how she of all people was invited. Not to mention with a quick flick her mother was off to get a fairly over done attire probably to adorn the poor child in. She looked at the letter over and over for a while with her brother ceasing his jumping to read with her. He had a hard time reading it so she had to explain a few things to him as much as she could but was still odd felt on the situation.

She finally got out of bed but not before her mother came back in with an over done old and tattered kimono in her arms. She flinched at the sight of it and denied wanting to wear it at all. With that her father finally entered and pointed out the holes in the dress wouldn't suit a wedding, saving Hitomi the displeasure of wearing such an old, outdated, and over done outfit. Instead he offered the idea of a simple kimono with the colors of the clan the Hyuuga have, that way she'd seem more fitting. With that her mother agreed in a quick sense and even though Hitomi was still in a daze from waking up she decided to just go with it. With it her father took her younger brother from her room and left her mother to fix her up with such an event. With that after hours of hair pulling, pins and needles, and of course the akward itch and squeeze of an outfit only to be worn once and never again rang off. She didn't mind being dressed up and all, it was just the hassle of dealing with her mother's over done type of style. She constantly had to remind her mother to take it easy on herself. With that she was ready for the task at hand, however this wasn't some sort of mission.

She was brought to the the place in which the parchment was told to meet at and soon met face to someone who told her to meet with the bride and not anyone else within her own family was allowed to follow her. With that she waved to them as a goodbye for the time and followed the directions to the said place, standing outside the bride room's door as per courtesy. She awaited for someone or something to do, but all she could do was wait there. She had hoped the bride would recognize her from the letter that was sent, but one never can know until something was to happen. It was then that she saw the bride going down the hallway with her servant. She decided to follow her and ask her on the question. "Miss? Excuse me but, I had received your letter? The one of accompanying you during the runway of the flowers?" She asked towards Kali, known as the bride.

Ary

Ary

”Seriously, this only happens to me.” Hitting the palm of her left hand with her right fist, Ary seemed to be all sorts of pissed off. There seemed to be a wedding; someone’s wedding. It was someone’s wedding that she probably didn’t even know. Still, they were Hyuuga, so she had to go. That didn’t mean anything to her, but of course, her superiors would convince her otherwise. Plus, if she happened to miss the festivity she knew her clan members would never get off her ass. It was truly a pain. However, just because she was forced to go did not mean she had to be forced to enjoy it. As such, she had not even entertained the idea of dressing properly. A dress or some other adequate fancy clothing would have been enough but hell if she was going to grace others with such luxury. Instead, she had chosen to wear clothing which was not much different from what she wore every day for everything non mission related. For the most part, she sported a very short set of blue short booty shorts that as the named implied, sort of only covered, if barely, her booty.

Atop, she sported some form of meshed tank top like fabric that only managed to cover her rather sizable breasts, and even then, it didn’t do a very good job of covering her largely developed feminine charms. Would people look? Sure? Would they talk? Definitely. But thing was, she would not give a hoot what the heck they said nor what they thought Chances were she would not have to see any of the stuck up people at the wedding, and in fact, if she never saw them again, it would be too soon a call. In any case, her back, her tummy, her thighs as well as pretty much the majority of her body had been left bare. It was a good thing that the weather with its sunny and relative warmth seemed to be in her favor.

For someone so adapted to carrying a large variety of weaponry however, it felt rather odd to be devoid of most of them. At most, Ary had about three or four shuriken, and the rather smaller ones at that which she carried on the small pockets by her booty shorts. It was all she felt like she needed though. She was fairly adept with her ninjutsu and hand to hand combat and should the situation arise, however unlikely, she would not brush aside the chance to bust some faces in.

And so, nearing the village, it did not seem like she had much to travel before she caught a rather peculiar scent that made her eyes widen almost as if they were ready to pop out of her sockets. She definitely knew what the scent reminded her of. However, almost as if by dear life, she gritted her teeth as hard as she could almost as if to force her brain away from thinking of the thoughts the scent translated to. Someone, somewhere was having fun. Worse of it all was though, they hadn’t invited her. And so, using her Byakugan, she would can the area until she saw what looked like an entrance that led underground. And, patting her butt just to reassure she had her shuriken with her, she would start to go down to what looked to be a dungeon. The more she went down, the stronger the musky scent felt. It definitely reminded her of those nights she drank too much and came back home with someone… just to wake up with feelings of shame and regret, but with a lot of fun. Dammit she thought of herself as she found herself relieving the thoughts of what the atmosphere made her think about. There was definitely something kinky going on down there, and she was intent on finding out. In a way… she aimed to misbehave.

Kali Hyuuga

Kali had been in the process of following her escort to the reception when she halted her advancements, the voice of a little girl reaching her ears. She turned her head to the side, eyes landing upon the one she had desired to be her flower girl. It was a child she hadn’t formally met, yet she had seen glimpses of her whenever she walked about the village, and seeing that she didn’t have a flower girl, had randomly chosen her to fill the position. A rash decision, but one that made the soon to be Lady Hyuuga very happy. A smile crossed her face, one that was gentle and filled with warmth, one that can only be genuine for it reached her eyes, before nodding her head.

“I am quite happy you were able to come at such short notice,” Kali would softly say, tilting her head to the side and closing her eyes for a brief moment. “I do hope I haven’t inconvenienced you in anyway. And if I have, I do apologize for that.” She reopened her eyes, keeping them trained on the Genin, her smile never leaving her face. “I shall formally introduce myself, I am Kali Hyuuga. And you?”

She looked up to the bride as she turned towards herself. She was a beautiful bride at that, it was no wonder she was to be married. It wasn't even to mention her calm appearance towards herself. Her smile was followed by Hitomi's own calm smile, it was so at ease and it was like she could trust her by mere looks alone, of course that wasn't smart but it felt that way. She then slightly bowed her head towards her as if in respect before returning her sight to her in reply.

"It wasn't to much of a problem, and please don't feel in the wrong for it." She said looking up to her whilst trying to fix her hair so it wouldn't be so itchy, the way her mother dressed her hair always felt uncomfortable. "I'm Hitomi Shiruku, you probably haven't heard of my father but my mother is from the Star Clan, so perhaps it sounds familiar?" She thought on it, her father was merely just another shinobi like anyone. No clan or known for much so she never expected his name to come anywhere towards attention, however anytime her mother's name came in the picture it was well known and could be anywhere from known to feared or even hated, however that was how names went and not by the person themselves. How sad that way was for life, to follow your name, not yourself.

Kali Hyuuga

Being a diplomat for Konoha, Kali has come across a variety of people during her travel. Upon these travels, and upon coming across these people, she has learned the names of a good deal of clans, albeit she couldn’t tell who was a member even if the stood in front of her, as well as various amounts of politics. So when Hitomi had stated that her mother hailed from the Star Clan, she found herself searching her mind for any piece of information about the clan she had managed to gather over the years. She had indeed heard about the clan, but not enough to safely say she knew about the clan. Yet, she made a mental note to do research on that clan during her free time.

“I have heard of it, but sadly not enough to say I know of them,” Kali answered, "but you can enlighten me as we walk." And with a smile, she resumed following her escort, this time with Hitomi at her side.

She nodded to her walking alongside her. "Well most of their practices were banned long ago, so the clan is dwindling slowly. But atleast it's apparent you've heard of them." She continued on with a small smile. She tried to press her dress down to stop it from pocketing air and blowing against itself. "It was a clan that used a sort of mysterious rock to enhance their chakra. Some said it was cheating but I've seen clans do that before with no fingers pointing at them." She spoke as her arms folded over in a little frustration. It wasn't she who got the brunt of said clan, but hear about it to her brother who was part of that lineage did tick her off.

"Anyhow, so other people tried to steal the rock for power, then the clan tore at itself about the rock, and finally after a rush of just nothing but stupid power hungry people the clan was banned from using it due to it's control over individuals." She shrugged slightly then went on to quell down a moment to let the information take in. She didn't mind talking about it, more so she was irritated on how stupid it was. Not the fact of the clan's existence but the bickering over said power, It was no better than the bicker over eyes from certain clans or blood either.

"If anything I hope you don't need to worry on that stupid stuff...it makes me almost happy I had no clan lineage cause of my dad." She said looking up at her, she knew the Hyuuga had a similar dilemma and were careful on it. However how dire it was for truth always gave worry to it. One must protect themselves for the village, that alone was worrisome. Your death could jeopardize more than just you and your family.

Kali Hyuuga

As the duo walked down the bare hallways of the Hyuuga’s main house, Kali listened to Hitomi intently. Her undivided attention was on the Genin that she had chosen to be her flower girl and nothing else, falling her escort without putting much thought into it. She had walked these halls a thousand times, and thus was quite familiar with the building’s entire layout. Her knowledge of the building was quite exception, able to navigate through it blinded, for she knew the place as if it were tattoo’ed upon the palm of her hand. And thanks to this skill, she didn’t have to concern herself with anything else but what Hitomi was saying.

The brief history she had received on the Star clan was indeed intriguing, especially since she hadn’t heard of rocks that boosted one’s chakra levels before. Yet, much like other clans, outsiders for the things they used to help them survive had scrutinized this one. It was only made sadder when Hitomi had stated the clan’s numbers were slowly dwindling, and the usage of the rock had been banned. It was a story that sounded similar to what those within the Hyuuga or Uchiha clan had gone through before the century of peace, but vastly different at the same time. Neither the Hyuuga’s nor the Uchiha would be going extinct anytime soon, but the Star clan didn’t seem to have that leisure.

Kali would release a sigh, eyes closing as she gathered her thoughts before speaking. “People shall always assume one is cheating when they get the upper hand. And people shall scrutinize what they cannot understand or control. The tale of your mother’s clan is quite sad, and I do feel for them,” Kali said, her voice soft, and she opened her eyes once again, flashing the Genin a smile. “Seeing the beauty in something one sees as nothing but trash is quite difficult for people. But that is of no matter, it isn’t something we can change, at least not now. Until we can, I shall steer the conversation to something else.”

Kali winked at Hitomi, chuckling softly as her eyes briefly shifted to the path in front of her before shifting back to Hitomi. “Don’t mean to intrude into your personal life, though I sort of already done that, but how have you been enjoying your time as Genin? And any plans for the future?”

She watched the older individual seeming to understand and actually listen to the topic in a calm manner. It was peaceful even for such a sad idea, perhaps this is why she was the ideal bride to that man, because of some sort of understanding even when not being through with such or being through with better outcomes. She smiled a little from the calm atmosphere given here. A place she never knew about, a person she never met before, and a clan she never got to know, however here she was chatting as if it was a natural thing. Of course though she still knew the reality that she had no idea where they were going, only hoping that the other did as they went along. Her confusion wasn't really shown however, she was content in her emotions. Sorta like a closed flower trying to open it's petals to the sun.

She took the time to listen to the question and for a while she stayed silent with her smiled flickering off. "I just want to get stronger to protect my family..." She mumbled then became quiet once more. Many would think being a Genin was boring or fun. Either which way no harm was to come to them right? No trouble from being safe within the walls, and caring for the village they lived in. However her case wasn't as such. It wasn't that she hated being a shinobi but she hated what had happened. What happened obviously hurt her internally, and so like the leaves of a sleepy plant or well known as a "touch me not", she closed herself in once more. Keeping to her shell due to her fears of weakness within herself. It's as if she opens herself a little to try to get the sunlight but as soon as someone tries to touch the inner most part of her personal life she closes in an instant and becomes harder to open up.
