Weakness: Body Flicker Weaknesses. If the opponent is faster than the user, reaction time is not a necessary. Those who are significantly faster can even intercept the user en route

When a Ryūjin has rooted themselves in their draconic ancestry, he/she is able to awaken a portion of that ancient and extinct power within their genes. This is done through sheer meditation, as well as a mixture of harnessing one's elemental affinity within their body and soul. The end result is a form that allows a Ryūjin to temporarily transcend their 98% human composition and raise it to 60%. Although it does not seem much, it unlocks within the user almost fifty percent of their draconic genes, making them miniature dragons in a sense. When the transformation is complete, the user will gain a scale-like pattern about various parts of the skin (up to the user's decision) which is actually reptillian-like scales gained from the release of the dragon genes. The user's canines are sharper and an extra half inch longer than prior. When in this state, the Ryūjin's chakra violently forms into an image of a dragon which shrouds them at times and appears when the Ryūjin allows it

While this state is active, C-Rank Taijutsu and below have no effect on the Ryūjin, as their draconic genes have improved their physical defensive capabilities. Depending on the element, however, a Ryūjin gains certain capabilities and special attributes:

• Fire Release | The Ryūjin's body becomes super-heated to the temperature of 500 degrees Celsius, indicated by the visible steam emanating from the body. When they breathe, smoke emanates from their nostrils. All their physical attacks (not including Taijutsu) have a burning effect that is as hot as the body
  
• Water Release | The Ryūjin's lungs become water-proof, as well as their eyes. They are able to breathe underwater and see just as well as any aquatic creature, if not better. In water, the user's speed is increased by one Taijutsu rank (Masters are dominant swimmers)
  
• Earth Release | The Ryūjin's skin gains an earthen-based dermal armor that makes the skin a dark brown in color (along with the scales of the initial transformation). This dermal armor is laden with stone protrusions along the spine, forearms and legs of the user, and are three inches long and are as sharp as iron. These protrusions can cut flesh off the bone as well as a katana can
  
• Lightning Release | The Ryūjin's body is enveloped in thick electric discharge that packs higher voltage than ordinary electricity (five hundred and eighty volts). Touching the Ryūjin can result in a painful shock, and prolonged contact can cause even more painful electrocution (contact lasting longer than a post). This also applies if they attack others offensively (not referencing to Taijutsu). The eyes turn white and surge electricity as well
  
• Wind Release | The Ryūjin's body becomes lighter, and their lungs become more refined and adaptable to areas without oxygen. The body is unable to have its breath taken away, even temporarily. Levitation is possible, at the most five feet off the ground. Deep breaths can cause wind gusts D-Rank in power
  

Weakness: Being struck by the opposite element can heavily damage the Ryūjin. Once this stage is finished, the Ryūjin is unable to use this technique for another seven posts. This technique can only be used three times per thread, and once those times are used they are unable to use this technique until they enter another topic.

-The user clenches their fist and electricity envelopes it. Simple as that. That is why the duration is instant. It activates right away to be used in the same post initiated.
-someone being faster and dodging is an obvious given but that can be added for more obvious clarification o.o
-wind Release is the canonical weakness to Lightning Release . Hitting a wind technique of equal rank and up will diffuse it. That else do you want for a weakness o.o
