I'd like to purchase Lightning Release Armor for 15000 ryos. There was no definite jutsu made yet so ill just post a copy i had made earlier but I think we can improve it quite a bit so feel free to post your own version or improve on this one.

Description: Shrouding themselves in a display of lightning, the users speed is tremendously increased as is their reflex time due to electrical stimulation of the brain. Along with the speed and mental bonuses, the user is granted a near ultimate defense to Raiton attacks and weakens attacks from other types of ninjutsu and taijutsu, translating to A-Rank and below Lightning attacks being negated upon contact. S rank lightning attack effects are weakened by one rank. Ninjutsu of any element but raiton are weakened by one rank and taijutsu attacks that touch the raiton armor hurt the attacker as well. Touching the arcing lightning gives minor electrical burns and slight numbness on contact.
Statistically this grants one speed akin to the 6th Gate
Weakness: After use, however many post the jutsu was sustained they are weakened for double that time. Weakened in this sense lowers the users speed to Taijutsu Basic, lowers their reaction time drastically, and considerably fatigues them.
