But really, why are they? The word count for missions should be the same as the word count for jutsu of the same rank. D Rank missions should be 300 and so on. It's really my opinion and few of us agree. Doing three D Rank missions shouldn't be the same as doing one A Rank Technique. The equivalent should be roughly around the same as doing a B Rank Technique. 1,500 words isn't outrageous, but it's a bit of a hassle for simple D Rank missions. Catching Cats shouldn't require that many words, if you know what I mean.
