To Tat or not to Tat(Private/Kaiden/No-Killing)

Weeks ago Katashi has put out word that he was looking for someone to help him with an idea he had.  His idea revolved around getting two tattoos of the generic sealing technique on his arms to allow him to summon various weapons such as Kunai or shuriken without the hassle of unfurling a scroll.  Of course he thought of the pain that would be endured to accomplish this goal.  It was something he had never felt before but it was something he was willing to suffer through to accomplish his goals of being a good shinobi.

Of course to accomplish this goal the previous week he began asking around for someone capable of putting the summoning seal on him and after a the week was nearly up he had found someone to do it.  Some chunin named Akio had agreed to do it for three hundred Ryo.  Though he wasn't sure if he would do both arms for that price or if it was just the one, so he would have to wait and see.

He had chosen an area near his home so he could meet with the person before showing him where his domicile was.  Once the initial meet and greet was over he would invite the man home so the tattoo/s could be done.

Heading off to meet this genin that he was suppose to tattoo Akio sighed softly. Honestly he was having bit of a bad day. Not having the motivation to even train for the day. However he figured maybe he would just try to make some spare Ryo while he could. Today he had agreed to work on some young shinobi he hadn't even meant yet. In Akio's eyes he would figure this would be his training. After all he was doing something out of the ordinary for most people. Instead of making a simple ink tattoo the chunin would be actually using a sealing technique to create the piece of art. For some reason the genin wanted to be able to seal weapons inside his own body. Oh well though Akio could care less right now.

Brushing off his chunin vest the blue haired shinobi looked around the area he was standing in front of. This had to be the place, after all it fit the description he was given. Not knowing what the other looked like the chunin simply waited to be confronted by an individual.

Katashi had chosen to change his usual clothing up. Instead of his usual long sleeve black shirt and white scarf, he chose to wear his baggy T-shirt by itself. He felt partially naked with his arms and neck bare but he fought the urge to hide beneath the heavy clothing. He wanted the tattooist to have open access to his arms should the man pass his scrutiny.

Or who he thought was a man. The chunin who matched the description he got barely looked older than he did. Of course who was he, a mere genin, to judge someone based on their appearance. Especially the appearance of someone who was a higher rank than he was and had more experience than he did. Though, that didn't stop him from making a mental notation that maybe the kid wasn't as skillful as everyone made him out to be. After making the mental note, Katashi approached his contact before raising his right hand in a wave.

"Greetings, are you the one who answered my request for someone to give me a tattoo of a sealing technique on my forearms?"

Katashi still wasn't all the way convinced that the guy in front of him with the Chunin vest was his contact do to his looks.
