Already established that ink techniques are not limited/clan based so I'm taking a crack at the style and want to know if I have to create a brush or create some ink or something? Let me know please.

Yes, you would have to do that. We can work with you as far as how much ink you're carrying on you and the corresponding rank. Brush would be pretty cheap, unless you want it particularly strong and sturdy then it'll be registered as a custom weapon, especially if this style plays a huge role in your character's fighting.
