Description: This jutsu can only be used by those who possess the Sharingan. It is an ability directly tied into the Sharingan, as well as the users other senses. Due to the perception and predictability ability of the Sharingan, the user combines this with their skill in handling weapons to literally catch and redirect ninja tools thrown at him, so long as he caught a glimps of the attacker throwing the tool.
Weakness: This jutsu requires Sharingan and Bukijutsu basic. The speed of tools that can be tracked depend directly upon the users mastery of their Sharingan.

Example of this Jutsu used in battle: Person A has the Sharingan, and is fighting person B. During his fight with person B, he sees person C pull out a Kunai with a paper bomb strapped to it. Person A looks away to fend off an attack from person B, but due to the foresight abilities of the Sharingan, knows when and where the Kunai will come at. Person C throws Kunai, person A catches it without looking, rips off the tag and sticks it to person B. He kicks person B away, causing the tag to explode while turning and throwing the Kunai back at person C.

Description: The user builds up chakra in his feet, using the principles of water walking and tree climbing. They push the chakra away from the ground, causing them to glide along the ground on chakra. This increases their speed by one "tier".
Weakness: This jutsu requires Nin Basic, as it's reversing an academy jutsu

Name: Double Shinobi hand seals

Hand Seals/Charge up: none
Description: The user grabs onto another persons hands. Whether they're an enemy or friendly does not matter. If the user laces his fingers between the other persons, they can manipulate their hand into a hand seal, essentially using their hand to make a seal for their jutsu. If the other person breaks free from the hold before the user finishes, he can continue making the remaining seals for the jutsu.
Weakness: Requires the user to be grabbing onto the hand of someone else, limiting it to arms-length.

Description: The user wells up Katon Chakra in his body, before releasing it and blind the opponent for three posts.
Weakness: It can be avoided by looking away or coverings ones face, or closing their eyes.

First post: Totally blind, Second post: Can see colors and vauge shapes, 3rd post: They can see shapes a bit better, but it still hurts to open their eyes, 4th post: Vision completely restored

Seeing as how this is the Katon variant of Flash of Lightning minus the genjutsu, you would have to bump this to B-rank. Also, does the 3 post duration (in the duration) suggest that the solar flare can last for three posts, or that the opponent would be blinded for three posts?

Since the heat is real and you're radiating it from your body, a good weakness would be that you'll be burned a little by using it, no?

To awnser the questions:

The opponent would be blinded for three posts, though if I could get out of "being burned" since it's a flash of light and not actual fire, we could go with them slowly regaining their sight over the course of three posts

(IE: First post: Totally blind, Second post: Can see colors and vauge shapes, 3rd post: They can see shapes a bit better, but it still hurts to open their eyes, 4th post: Vision completely restored)

Not sure if a rank is necessary for this, but regardless this is approved. You'll still have to do a 2000 WC training for this skill (I see it more as a skill). I say 2000 since you're a Genin and w/e. No chakra consumption when using this tech.
