Two messenger birds were released from atop the Mizukage's administration building were the man stood with his arms folded across his chest, he looked across the village as it lay in darkness from the sun not yet being risen. Not many would be up this early, that was a good thing in the Mizukage's mind, but there were a select few that needed to be up right now with the man, thus the birds flying off in two separate directions. A scroll lied within each of the bird's holsters mounted and strapped to their backs whose contents could only be made available by supplying blood to the depressed area with a small slit to receive the crimson liquid. Unorthodox? To some maybe, but with the recent disappearances occurring outside of the village and one incident inside, Ōsharu chose to not take any chance. The luminescent properties of the moon began to fade as the sun made its presence known, taking note of this the blue haired man raised both his arms summoning forth the iconic mist that had plagued this village for so many years. "The village is secure… The sun is a mere moments from rising… It is time to go… Hopefully, none of my students are late… They'll know the meaning of Zero Tolerance for Failure… Just wait on it…" With these last private thoughts to himself the mist began to rise scaling up the side of the building before consuming Ōsharu and leaving no trace of direction that he had traveled.
Perched outside windows, the two messenger birds made it to the homes of the students that had been enlisted in the Mizukage's private squad. Their beaks tapped away rapidly at the glass, though not hard enough to crack or break it, to alert the residents within. If answered immediately the either resident could receive the message in time, but if oversleeping occurred then they would surely find themselves late. The contents of the message were as follows:
"You have been requested by the Mizukage to meet him at Training Grounds no later than Dawn… Stealth is key, strike upon the first living human that you find… Hesitation can cost you your life and above all else… There is a Zero Tolerance for Failure… You have your orders
- Dismissed…"
- Dismissed…"
The road less traveled had brought Ōsharu to the open space in which his residents harnessed their power in little to no time. Though arriving significantly early, as the time ticked away an annoying pain throbbed in the area of his left temple. He had grown up on the concept that if one was on time, they were early, but if one was early then they would be on time. Obviously, Kōkkai training regimes were different than that of the Hidden Mist Village's academy and Ōsharu could be held responsible, but nevertheless this was an important life lesson to keep within one's back pocket. Thus, as he waited he laid spread eagle in the center of the training grounds with his eyes closed. The man's messy blue hair fell over his face as he began emitting chakra into the surrounding mist, in a matter of moment he would no exactly where his students were and if they were being sluggish on purpose or by some random act of fate. Until their arrival he would simply wait.
