Name: Blood Surgeon

Appearance: A short sword that is almost average. The blade is midnight black and about 1.5 feet long. The the cross guard is black as well. The handle is made of senju wood and wrapped in leather. The leather is wrapped in in red twine and then overlayed with black string leaving a red diamond pattern along the sides of the hilt. The blade is special because it has a grooves that run the length of the blood and a sharp razor right above the crossguard. This razor is for cutting ones self and allowing there own blood run along the length of the sword and coat the edge. For an average user this is useless but it compliments the shurajo quite well.

Origin: Blood Surgeon was created by some of the Shurajo clans most talented Blacksmiths. Using materials that were infused with Shurajo chakra for long periods of time the sword had what some would even refer to as an 'affinity' for Shurajo chakra. Of course with Shurajo types being quite specific it reacts only to there chakra making it a somewhat exclusive if not 'picky' blade. This particular blade was forged about 10 years before Kamina's birth but never saw combat. It was meant to be his fathers weapon when he matured but his father strayed from the path of Kenjutsu and never found use for it. Kamina however, always admired the fluidity of swordsmen and women and went as far as to admire fine crafted blades such as those he now has in his possession so its no wonder he sought after this blade at a young age. Still an inexperienced blade it fits quite well in Kamina's arsenal and will no doubt see plenty of combat.
