Looks Description: The first thing you notice about Jinx (if you're alive to notice her) would be her long blue pigtails. Each braid hangs down, stopping at about waist level, with a sexy partial bang. Another "unique" feature about Hanae seems to be her purple eyes, that seemingly change into a reddish hue when she's doing mischief or just bad in general. No it's not a doujutsu so fuck you, it just "appears" to change. Hanae has smooth, pale skin kinda like the pornstar Stoya (google her), and a bunch of tattoos. Some people mistake the woman for a teenager because she looks like 17, so they sometimes try to mess with her. Hanae has that type of "innocent" look, before you see her rape face. While most ninja might wear dark clothes, armor or equipment, Hanae said "fuck that" and decided to wear just a random assortment of colorful and random clothes (also revealing) so if you see her coming you can notice her instantly. During her Chuunin and Jounin years people would tease her about her small breast, with the woman only having a bust of like 32 B cup.

People seem to get Hanae confused a lot. Many would say she's just a psycho killer that gets thrills from taking the lives of countless innocents simply because it pleases her, but this is simply not true! While it is true that Hanae finds pleasure in killing some people, the pleasure doesn't stem from the actual act of killing, but what she was doing that lead to said person's death! An example: If a random Kumogakure Chuunin is sitting down on a bench, minding his business, Hanae won't outright stab the asshole... that's incredibly boring. But if that same Chuunin is putting away a barrel of gunpowder and a trail of the gunpowder leaks out there is no way in hell Hanae would not light it and laugh once his body parts flew in every direction!
Hanae's always had a short attention span and a lot of energy. Doing childish things like putting inching powder in underwear, putting salt in sugar bags and other things of that nature became her signature. Obviously this got the girl in trouble as a kid, but it was never anything people were worried about... until she became older and the same tricks failed to keep her entertained. Around her teenage years the girl had to up the ante. Stealing, underage drinking and straight up arson were some of her new tricks. If it weren't for her rank and Kiri's use of her "lack of morality" she'd probably be in jail.

And now a discussion about Hanae's sexuality! It's non-existing. She doesn't have sexual feelings towards people, she doesn't fantasize about kissing or touching others, it just doesn't happen. The thought of a boyfriend or girlfriend will never run through her mind and kids are just out of the question. "But kid, how is this possible?!" Well I'll tell ya! She's asexual. Hanae gives no fucks about fucking. A traumatic life will do that to you, just completely change how you are. So while most girls were worrying about kissing boys and going out on dates, Hanae was worrying about how many jutsu she could use before passing out. Even now as an adult romantic feelings and sexual thoughts never come to mind unless someone else brings them to light. Hanae plays around a lot and even flirts, but this is usually an act of her trolling. This isn't to say she's never had sex, because she has, well... not sex she wanted. You must also realize Hanae is a kunochi and had to do whatever the mission required of her.

In her youth the young Mizuki was a popular chick, the one that all the boys cream their pants over and girls try to become besties with while secretly shit talking behind her back. If you'd ask Hanae nowadays (and she actually answers and not trolls) she'll say she had 10 best friends and was invited to a birthday party daily. The truth is while all those kids might have liked Hanae she could care less about them, this carried into her ninja career. When the girl was able to do missions alone, she would. Other ninja would simply slow her down or hinder her creativeness with their ideas and moral preaching. "No Hanae, we shouldn't use farmers as bait for bandits!" or "No Hanae we shouldn't burn down a hospital just to kill one Kumo Jounin!" Blah... boring. You gotta crack a few eggs right?
It wasn't until she joined the Akatsuki that Hanae truly felt she found friends. People that were as strong as her, maybe even stronger! They all were fun and didn't want to follow boring rules, just be free and themselves. Now that she has friends Hanae is kinda protective. While in the past if an ally was in trouble she wouldn't risk her own health to save them, nowadays she'd fight tooth and nail to make sure nobody lays a finger on her allies. Of course being an impatient, hyper active, insane bitch causes problems with other members... it ain't paradise. Sparring proves to work out any problems, that and sweets!

On a particularly chilly Kirigakure night, a blue haired girl was born into the Hozuki clan. Her parents? Well since neither of them matter we won't give them names. The mother was the disgraced daughter of the Hozuki clan's leader, while the father was the reason she was disgraced. He was, in his own words, a bum. An alcoholic that used to be a great Special Jounin with immense talent, now he uses his funds on nothing but booze. His wife had always been a weak ninja, so when his descent into the bottle came, she decided to just become a waiter instead of risking her life.
"Hanae." The beautiful baby girl's mother said, tears pouring down each cheek as she cradled the infant in her arms. This young baby was surprisingly energetic, moving around with her eyes wide open, but not crying. The mother knew she couldn't take care of her husband and this gift, so she made a hard sacrifice, one that I wish she didn't... she gave up Hanae Hozuki to her clan, in hope's that they could raise her. As a group the Hozuki clan were known to be ruthless and destructive, but the leader was a whole new level of cold. Even though Hanae was his own flesh, he simply gave her over to Kirigakure's orphanage, stating "If she has talent she can join us." leaving the young baby without a clan or even a last name. After this the mother and the father disappeared from Kirigakure.
Academy:
Growing up Hanae's high energy always got her into trouble around the orphanage, yet always brought joy to the other children. She had no lack of friends, and even though she was a troublemaker, the nuns that raised her loved her dearly. For someone who never felt the love of her parents, she was able to give it to other's easily. Around age 4 Hanae began to show potential as a Shinobi, so she was allowed to enter the Academy. A natural genius, the girl graduated at age 7. We all know about the "Bloody Mist" title, so I'm basically saying at 7 years old Hanae had to kill everyone of her other classmates, with some being the same friends she grew up in the orphanage with. This impressed her Grandfather to the point in which he adopted her and allowed Hanae to become a Hozuki. Of course the girl was so excited because she didn't even know she had a grandfather! "Does this mean I can meet my father or mother?!" were her thoughts, but as soon as she began training those and any joyful thoughts disappeared.
Genin:
Since Hanae was the only grandchild to the leader she had a heavy burden of one day running the clan. This meant her training had to evolve her into leader material. Not only did she not receive any help, she actually got it harder than the other children that were forced into these Hozuki
ANBU:
Now that Hanae was out of the camp she was given the choice to either live with her grandfather or go off into the world alone and become stronger by herself, she chose the latter. Most of the kids her age were either still in the academy or just becoming Genin, so she was detached from the normal teenage lifestyle in Kiri. This didn't mean she didn't have friends though, her beauty and energy forced everyone to notice her, and everyone to like her. All the civilians that knew her would describe her as a fast talking, airhead that always was into mischief. All the ninja that knew her would describe her as an unhinged "loose cannon" that caused more trouble during her missions than solving.
This got back to her grandfather, of course he wasn't pleased. Around age 13 Hanae was summoned to the Hozuki leader's domain to face punishment for her actions. The usual thing to do in this situation is administer lashes, but Hanae's grandfather at this point actual began to like the girl and her strength, so he gave her a choice... receive a beatdown or live and train with him. She chose the former and was beat within an inch of her life, which strangely still impressed her grandfather. Kiragakure began to take interest in Hanae now, learning that her morality had been... well lower than the others, especially now that the academy ceased their brutal exams. She was promoted to ANBU and allowed to take S-ranked missions.
From kidnapping, seducing rival high ranking officials and even slaughter (not even murder, slaughter) Hanae was forced to do it all at only 13. Imagine this... killing a small farmer uprising one hour, then the next going to a birthday party at a skating rink. Most ANBU members were adults in their 20's and had some sort of PTSD, Hanae was fine. While some were drowning their sins in liquor, Hanae maintained her super energetic vibe and smile at all times... including her missions.
Jounin:
At around age 15 some Kiri higher ups had enough of Hanae's erratic behavior and decided to just make her a Jounin since she was more of a liability. This allowed her basically to do whatever the fuck she wanted. To a slightly insane 15 year old girl that meant using all the money she had to buy a house and throw daily parties, eating mostly candy and cake everyday for breakfast and ice cream for dinner. Not wanting to completely let her go, the village kept Hanae on the payroll and would call her in for those hard missions she could do alone.
All was good for this crazy bitch until she turned 16 and her grandfather's health declined. Hanae was summoned to a meeting where they prepared to give her the title of "leader", but she wasn't interested in that at all. Of course the elders weren't trying to hear this and basically tried forcing the girl... it ended bad. In a single evening Hanae slaughtered (again that word) every single elder, her grandfather and even a couple random clan members that tried to help them. Kiri ignored all of Hanae's crimes, and was left alone. A new Hozuki leader took over and put a bounty on her head, which was silly because a different foolish Hozuki member died daily trying to attack Hanae in public. Finally the village had enough and forced the clan and Hanae to make up.
Leaving:
You may have realized I don't talk about what was going on in Hanae's mind much, that's because she was barely into her thoughts. The woman realized the more she had to think, the more she had to remember, which explains why she's always busy. The more problems she causes, the more trouble she gets in, the more trouble she gets in, the more she has to react rather than think. When you're a smoker, you use your hands to distract your mind from thinking about smoking, the same applies to her maddness.
It wasn't until Hanae turned 18 that Kiragakure finally had enough of her vandalism, random acts of violence, thievery and basically anything else she felt like doing... they attempted to arrest her. Attempted.
And just like that Hanae Hozuki became a missing nin and wandered the world searching for something else fun to do. Eventually she was found by the leader of the Akatsuki and invited to join.
