The skies above were rather blue and subtle, but storm clouds were soon to roll in, no doubt. It was a good time to be a free citizen, but there could be more done than thought, and that was what Vegas had on his mind, walking through the entrance of the Training Grounds. It seemed appropriate to finally use the technique he was preparing to do for so long, receiving the necessary hand-seals for it on a scroll sent directly from Iwagakure no Sato. Giving a slight sigh the large blonde-haired man remembered his last visit to the Hidden Village of Rocks, having to attend a political rally concerning the ending of the village's exploitation of Kazama clan members. However, it ended a bit of a scuffle involving a lot of unnecessary explosions and earth walls, which made Vegas wonder if his clan would simply get back together and simply go independent. The Kazama were very violent individuals, but Vegas wasn't so much, as his siblings too. But some were bastards, and all mentally retarded and function-able enough to be productive citizens instead of being put down.
Vegas, with the scroll in hand, approached an oak tree and sat underneath its massive branches that provided an excellent cool shade. With his legs crossed over chief Indian-style he would unfold the scroll and reads its contents and description of what was to become if he went through with it. Placing his hands together in a praying fashion he'd quickly fly through the hand-seals listed on the scroll with such speed to match the electrical discharge ever emanating from his body.
He would open his hands and watch them to see if there were any changes, said changes the ones the scroll described. At first Vegas assumed he did some hand-seals wrong, but then a single line appeared on each hand going across, and with those lines came mouths. Tongues and teeth were visible, and seemingly as if it were his mouth itself he made the tongues reach out from their mouths and wave around a bit. It was very weird, no doubt, but at the least it was done. Destroying the scroll into oblivion Vegas dusted his hands, but then felt both hand tongues brush against each other.
"Christ that felt awkward."
