- Spoiler:
He usually wears black pants, black shoes, a mesh armor shirt, and a custom made black top (which is pictured above) He usually keeps his headband tied around his left bicep. On his back, Hayato usually has his two wakizashi in a cross that mimics the cross shaped scar on his back. His eyes are black and fierce, but they also are filled with warmth. He has a soft face, which contrasts his scar. If it weren't for his scar and height, Hayato might be confused for a 14 year old boy. He doesn't do anything special to his hair, he just tries to keep it from growing over his eyes. His favorite color is black, so he tends to stick to that color scheme. His color is also the reason for his nickname, the Black Wind of the Cloud.
Hayato has the legs of a long distance runner: long, lean, and toned. They're the most developed part of Hayato's training, a training which put great emphasis on speed and movement.
Personality Description: Hayato looks like he would be a serious person but at heart, he can be pretty silly. He tends to make playful remarks a good amount of the time, unless he knows he needs to shut up. He has a cool and calm demeanor and doesn't get mad unless someone close to him is hurt. He knows that the bonds between friends shouldn't be severed.
He's nice, but he's no pushover, he just has a peaceful aura about him. When he's not training or on a mission, he can usually be found lollygagging around the village, looking for various activities. If he can't find anything to do, he usually just finds a roof and cloud watch. It's his hobby you could say. Because of his affinity to wind, he loves to be at high altitudes, he feels as free as a bird.
Hayato welcomes anyone to challenge him. He's very confident in his abilities and loves to fight. He loves fighting because he can meet different ninjas with different abilities. It also gives him an opportunity to test his abilities. Though fights excite him, he's still as calm as ever, unless he is in extreme distress. He's very adaptive. Although he may seem like a carefree person, he finds the village important, and is willing to die protecting it, Raikage... but that might be a little too much responsibility for him.

- The Story of Hayato Shavitis:
Birth: It was midday and the sun was shining brightly, there were few clouds in the sky and a light breeze. It was a beautiful spring day. Though the day was beautiful, this couldn't have been one of the worst days for Hanami Shavitis to give birth. She had the flu and had been confined to her room for the past three days. The baby wasn't supposed to come for another 3 weeks. Yagami, her husband, was by her side, holding her hand, trying to console her as much as possible. Her mother and sister were helping the doctor with the process.
After each push, you could see Hanami growing weaker, her skin growing paler. "Come on, honey, you're almost there." he said with tears streaming from his face. He was a very emotional person and could not hide the sadness on his face. She squeezed his hand tighter and let out scream that would scare off the mightiest warrior. The doctor cut the cord and presented the baby to them with a smile and said "It's a boy." Yagami cried out in excitement for being a father. He quickly turned his head to look at his wife, whose face was lifeless. It was only then that he noticed her hand had gone limp. The mother and sister were crying while hugging each other. He yelled in despair and looked at the baby with angry eyes. Yagami held him responsible for the death of his beautiful wife, his emotions clouding his judgement. He yanked the baby from the doctor's arm and his anger was quickly quelled. The baby, his son, looked just like his wife.
He stared at his son for a few seconds, whom stared back at him with a questioning tilt of its head. Everyone watched in silence. Tears began to gush from his eyes, tears of joy and sadness. Holding his son in his arms, Yagami talked to him "You didn't cry this whole time... what an incredible boy you are. You look just like your mother ya know" he faltered a bit and recomposed himself. The boy's hair was black, unlike his father's which was brown. "Your eyes... they're as steady and strong as my father's. Like a falcon. Your name will be Hayato." The baby smiled at the last word, it somehow understood the importance of it. Yagami smiled too, tears still streaming from his eyes.
After this event, Yagami and Hayato moved to Kumogakure, much to the clan's disdain. The clan allowed it though, so long as they kept in touch. It was time for them to start a new life.
The Academy: Yagami decided that he wouldn't train Hayato until he entered the ninja academy. After learning about his clan and the ninja world for the past 6 years of his life, Hayato was ready to join the academy and begin his training. Compared to his father's training, the academy's training was a walk in the park, but he expected that going in. His father made him practice every day, no matter the weather, there were special circumstances of course. (Yagami was a great father, but a tough, yet understanding master. Hayato went because he wanted to learn the fundamentals of being a shinobi and more importantly, make friends.
He made a good amount of friends, that admired his skill and hard work. He was excelling in taijutsu, ninjutsu, and excelled the most in his class in bukijutsu. He was a member of the Mercury branch of the Shavitis clan, so the training with his father focused mainly on bladed weapons, particularly short swords. He was great at throwing kunai, shuriken, and senbon. But he was best at dual-wielding swords or kunai, a style he felt comfortable with. It was actually his mother's preferred style of fighting too, something his father told him. After seeing his son's prowess with the blades, he decided to give him his mother's own two wazikashi.
He stayed at the academy for 2 years before graduating in the top 3 of his class. His elders spoke highly of him and the potential looming inside of him. He struggled a bit in genjutsu, but his upside obscured that fact. They couldn't wait to see what he would do in the ninja world. Just prior to graduation, his father had begun to teach Hayato how to control his kekkei genkai Yunibāsaru Shukufuku (Universal Blessing). The Mercury branch's ability was the ability to use the wind to see and boost the clan member's speed.
The training was intense and put great strength on controlling one's will and concentration. Though Hayato later became to be known as a calm individual, he struggled with patience as a young shinobi. To help him calm down, Yagami introduced him to tea, and he's been addicted ever since. The tea was just what he needed. The first successful session actually occurred after drinking tea the first time. Hayato could feel the wind within 5 inches of his body, which was a vast improvement from 0 inches the day before. He eventually didn't need the tea and was able to use the technique effectively in less than 2 weeks. He could sense within 30 inches of his body. His father had never seen someone progress so fast, not even himself.
The next part of the training would be to use the wind to boost movement speeds. After learning the first technique, this one was relatively easy, which is a nod to his training and potential. He was adept with the technique within a week, eventually mastering the ability that would eventually become one of the main components of his arsenal.
Genin: At the age of 8, Hayato became a genin. He was assigned to a team which consisted of a jounin (Ryo) and two other genin (Yaguri and Akira). Akira and Hayato got along well, often joking around and pranking Ryo. Yaguri always nagged the two boys about their pranks, but always participated in the end. They were a team that understood each other well. The team shared many fond memories over the next couple of years, but their last mission changed them forever.
At 11, after being with his team for 3 years and skipping the chuunin exam, Hayato would go on a mission that ended horribly, but it taught him a valuable lesson. Team Ryo, sans Ryo, were supposed do a simple delivery to the west of Kumo. It was supposed to be a quick drop and go mission, but on the way back to Kumo, they were ambushed by 6 missing-nin. The three genin tried their best, but they were ultimately no match for their well-coordinated attacks and experience, only taking down one of the ninjas.
His teammates both lay unconscious on the ground behind and Hayato was exhausted and wounded with blood coming from his side. One of the ninjas went to strike for a nearly dead Akira, but Hayato used his Universal Blessing to move him out of harm's way. When he turned back, he saw one going for Yaguri. He tried to help her out, but the pain from his side stopped him. Luckily, Ryo came out of nowhere to block the ninja's attack with a kunai. He was in a standstill with the ninja and told Hayato with a smile "Take those two back to Kumogakure now, I'll see you guys soon." After knowing Ryo for years, he knew it was no time to argue. Hayato simply nodded, picked up his two comrades and ran with all of his speed towards, ignoring the pain. He arrived at Kumo and told them what happened, he immediately passed out and woke up 3 days later to find out Ryo died in the battle.
By the time Ryo's support arrived, he was sitting back on a tree with a hand covered in blood and body covered in cuts surrounded by 6 dead ninjas. He whispered to one of the shinobi "I couldn't die until I knew the kids were safe." he died after those words with a smile on his face. This was a major event in his life and it helped to shape the shinobi that Hayato became. Hayato found out that before he died, Ryo made a recommendation for him become a special jounin. This inspired Hayato to become stronger, so he trained with Yagami even more vigorously than before. His teammates were too traumatized by the experience and quit being ninjas altogether, which caused the three to drift apart, though they would always be held in a special place in Hayato's heart. He wouldn't let his master die in vain, so he continues to get stronger.
Special Jounin: After becoming a special jounin, Hayato requested a leave of absence from the village. It was a journey of self-discovery with his father Yagami and his grandfather Cho. Cho had visited his son and grandson for what was suppose to be a week, turned into a year. Cho suggested the journey, he could tell that his grandson was saddened after the death of Ryo. His eyes looked lost. Secretly, Cho just wanted to train him and put some weight on him. Hayato was always a skinny individual that lacked an advanced muscle structure. Cho was going to change that.
The three traveled all around the Land of Lightning for 5 years. Hayato met plenty of interesting people along the way and grew physically, mentally, and emotionally. He was the same guy at the core, yet different. His grandfather and father were tough masters, but this harshness made Hayato a bukijutsu master. They trained him two on one and didn't hold back much. Where his father was great, his grandfather was the best. During one of the early training sessions, Hayato underestimated the chemistry of the two. They only attacked him once, but it was enough to end the session. Yagami scarred him under his eye and Cho slashed his back . It was a lessen in overconfidence and it was a lesson well learned.
Hayato finally returned to Kumogakure after 5 long years and immediately took on his duty as a special jounin. He deeply missed the village and wanted to protect it at all costs. After a nearly perfect track record in his missions, Hayato started to gain a nickname around the Cloud: Kumogakure's Black Wind. He was known for his speed, wind jutsu, and swords. The elders took notice and decided to promote him to Jounin at the age of 19.

- Hayato saw that the girl looked scared of him, so Hayato uncrossed his arms, he didn't meant to be so crass with her, he was just worried of her well-being. He didn't want such a young innocent looking girl to look hurt. Hayato knew she wasn't from this village, he would have noticed her, especially because of the bunny she was carrying around. She looked very attached to it, she probably carried it around everywhere she went. Hayato would have known... Hayato bent down to be at her level then said "I know you aren't from here, but I was just worried about you. I'm a Jounin from Konoha, so you shouldn't be scared of me." Hayato had his signature cheery smile, he didn't want her to be scared of him, as he was a nice guy.
Hayato then heard footsteps, someone was listening to them. Then the footsteps became louder and in a rapid succession. Hayato looked behind him to see a teenager, Hayato stood up straight. The older girl stood next to the younger girl, she was about Hayato's height, slim yet built, black clothing, and she had dark brown hair. Hayato could tell the hair was brown because it looked black but had a slight tint of brown, which let him know it was most likely dark brown hair. Hayato had his hands by his side, then the older girl started to speak, she was saying something of they were sisters ,they came here to look at their mother's grave, and thanking him for finding her. But then she bent down and winked at the girl.
Hayato didn't know if the girl knew that Hayato saw the wink but he did indeed see it. Hayato knew that this girl wasn't from the village, as he never saw her neither or did he know anyone that knew her. Also, the Hokage would have notified the Jounin and Chuunin of the of visitors. Hayato knew that she was lying. The girl next to her looked surprised to see her, as if she didn't know who she was. Hayato looked at the ground and chuckled while shaking his head. Hayato then looked back up at them, "You guys aren't from here, I know that. The Hokage would have notified me of your visit." Hayato said with a smile.
"I think you guys should leave the village. I will give you forty-eight hours to leave, I could put you both in an orphanage, but I won't. I could also kill you, but I won't. If I see you in the village after forty-eight hours, I'm sorry, but I would have to take drastic measures." Hayato said with a calm face and voice. Hayato then gave a slight bow and said "Carry on." Hayato turned around and made a great leap out of the graveyard. He then proceeded to walk around the to other side of the village, he trusted that the girls would leave in the next forty-eight hours. Hayato didn't want anything to happen to them, plus he had more important stuff to do.
