Today was the day that Axel wished to go a little further with his ninjutsu. He had Earth Release, and that was cool and all, but he wanted to expand upon the number of elements he could use, and for that reason the genin has decided to learn Wind Release. Unlike the last time he learned an element, Axel will be traning himself, so it would take even longer, but that did not worry him, as shinobi always learned new things and were ready to take as much time needed to learn these new things. The shinobi woke up, jumped out of his bed, and was so excited to learn Wind Release that he did not take a shower or even eat. He just threw on his usual attire which included a white T-Shirt, a gray collared shirt with a tie above that, a white-and-green overcoat above that, black pants, a black belt and black sneakers, and left the house via the front door.
The chestnut-haired boy dashed towards the training field, and as soon as he got there, he started unleashing his chakra, warming it up in order to introduce it to the wind element. The sky was cloudy and it was very windy, which made Axel smile because this way it would be easier for him to learn the basics today. He brought his hands up from his sides and formed the seal of confrontation, let out even more of his chakra so it would form a large aura around him, then he closed his eyes and sat down with his legs folded. The first step in learning this element would be for him to meditate, which he just started doing, and focus until he used the wind to lift his body atleast a foot long off of the floor. As he meditated, Axel thought about being one with the wind, thinking that it would help him, but after 20 minutes, no results were shown, however he knew that it would take long amounts of time, and that is why he got to the training field early in the morning. One hour later, still nothing, but the genin kept trying.
'Come on Axel Rover. You are stronger than this. Just lift the body up. Come on man,' Axel thought, hoping that self motivation would help. He kept trying to talk himself up like that for another hour, and to his surprise, his body was lifted by the wind, but only about 3 inches. Nevertheless, he was excited. So excited that he lost concentration and fell to the floor. Atleast he was safe due to not being so high up. He attempted to do it again, but his mind was distracted due to his legs hurting from the sitting position he has been in for hours. Axel decided that he would just have to get used to the pain, which took about 10 minutes, but after that he was back to having a peaceful and serene mind, which allowed his body to levitate 6 inches off of the ground. This time he knew not to show excitement so that he could maintain hinself in the air, and every several minutes he went up an inch higher, until he finally reached 1 foot. Axel kept himself in suspension for a few more minutes, then descended. Floating jn the air like that was not something he would ever be able to use in battle due to the long amount of time it takes, but it was a nice exercise, and now Axel knew that he could use the element.
After the wind simmered down a bit, Axel put a few leaves in his hand and attempted to move them by forcing the wind to force them into the air. After a few minutes, he was successful in his efforts, and all of the leaves were out of his hands. This confirmed that Axel was ready to learn wind ninjutsu, which made him very happy. Being able to use one element was good, but having access to two elements is fantastic, or atleast Axel thought that way. Now he would have so many jutsu in his arsenal, and in the years to come, maybe some ninja would be calling him one of the strongest. He practiced his basic wind skills more and more, fascinated with his new abilities. After a few more minutes, the genin walked around the training field and watched others perform various wind jutsu, analyzing what they do in order to learn the techniques. After a few hours of it, Axel decided that he would get started on learning more jutsu the next day. For now, he just wanted to get home and get some rest, because learning Wind Release used a lot of his chakra up. He ran home with a smile on his face.
