Name: Patrolling Intern(s)
Rank: C
Type: Normal
Mission given by: Konoha Village Patrol
Rewards: 250
Participants: Anyone
Daily: Non-Repeatable
Description: Those who patrol Konoha's walls to make sure that the village remains safe have requested some basic help due to thinning numbers of shinobi in their ranks. They require a shinobi, or more than one, to become their interns for a day to help them; becoming an extra pair of eyes, listening and being attentive, and perhaps most importantly, fetching the coffee.
As the alarm clock woke him up from his sleep, Sora felt a weird and unusual sensation in his heart. It was happiness..usually, he wasn't this happy. But, he had been hearing rumors..rumors that would make him closer to his goal of being able to beat the clan leader. At the Administration Office, he heard the higher ups were looking to promote him to the rank of Chuunin because of his excellent work on his missions.
"Just a few more to go, and I'll finally be trusted with the most important of missions in the village..the ones that are really dangerous, and I could die on."
Strangely, he was excited. He was moving up on the ladder, so who wouldn't be? But, he didn't tell his parents. After all, they were only rumors. He didn't want to disappoint them if this didn't happen. Sora felt that they had enough disappointment in there lives..he still felt bad for failing the Chuunin Exams, because they believed in him.
He decided to stop dwelling on that, and went inside the bathroom to do his daily routine. Shower, brushing his teeth, washing his face, that kind of stuff. Then, he would put on some deodorant and head into the closet for something to wear.
"Hm..should I try something stylish today? Nah..I don't want to scare off any potential friends."
So, he looked through some of his more basic outfits to decide what he wanted to wear. He put on some khaki shorts, along with an orange shirt and black sandals with orange socks. Then, he would grab his headband off of his drawer and wrap it around his forehead.
"I hope they have better missions than paperwork..working for that lady was horrible. At least she gave Axel most of the work, my poor friend."
Sora left his house, and the Hyuuga compound, heading to the Administration building. It was nearly noon from what his watch said, which surprised him. Usually, he woke up a little later. Perhaps all the excitement about potentially being promoted woke him up. As he approached the entrance of the building, he hoped that the lady who gave him the large stacks of paperwork wasn't here. Sora suspected that she was lying about the availability of other missions, just because she was lazy and saw the opportunity to get help from lower ranking shinobi.
Thankfully, as he came to the front desk he saw that a different woman was here, with a much cheerful disposition.
"Hello sir, how may I help you?"
"Any C-rank missions available for me?"
"Yes, you're on patrol duty. Here's more information about it in this file.."
The lady handed Sora the file, and he bowed, thanking her. Then, he left the Administration Office to go to the village gates and begin patrol duty. They needed Sora because of the thinning amount of Shinobi. After all, people were dying every day...so, Sora patrolled until he wasn't needed anymore.
