Looks Description: Unlike her companions, Shikazuka has an atypical appearance. Zuka wears a black dress with a red girdle-belt and red armor on her arms. The dress has an open neck that reveals a number of necklaces. A furry appendage similar to a wolf's tail protrudes from the right side of the skirt. She also wears black, thigh-length boots with a red splatter pattern. Her most distinctive feature is a fearsome, full-face mask that has long, coarse black hair protruding from the edges. The mask has four eye slits, further enhancing the character's inhuman appearance. Zuka also has a wolf tattoo that encompasses her back. Her eyes change color depending on her mood. She has a special traving cloak that signifies her status as ANBU. The cloak is the same length as that of that of the Akatsuki and is jet black in color, except for a red band around the hem and collar of the cloak. Her eyes typically change color when showing intense emotion. Such emotions could include intense anger or a likewise emotion, since things like love and happiness and pain typically wouldn't show. Likewise, if her eyes are light turq, you need to evacuate, since showing emotion is rare for an ANBU, especially her. Might as well start praying to Kami or Jashin or whoever. Diving into her face, something that is usually a mask, a facade. She has high cheekbones and though she doesn't want too, she has dimples as well. Her 2 red dots are right in the middle of her forehead, usually obscured by her hair on the right day. Her nose is average for her face shape and her lips, while small, are usually expressing some form of annoyance, dissapointment, sarcasm, cynism or a mixture of. Her hair is, for the most part, short and choppy, except for on her left side where it is curly-choppy and reaches down to her shoulder. On her right side, it is spiky-choppy and reaches down to her chin. Occasionally, she will dye her hair jet-black and let it grow in thick spikes down below her waist. Body wise, Zuka is very leggy. However, she is toned, due to years of ANBU working out. Her muscles are prominent without clothing and she can actually take some hits without flinching. Her height allows her muscles to lean out, tricking people into thinking she's just a regular girl who is taller than most. Usually this lasts, till they see her face, at which point all but the truly stupid or brave veer off. Her swords are held on her back and resting on her back waist is a large scroll.



Personality Description:  Zuka has a very quiet and fierce personality similar to Lightning. Outside of battle she can be loads of fun often telling dry humor jokes and simple pranks on people, if she decides to talk. In battle she is a widow maker a kill of many men and woman shinobi. Zuka in and out of battle is quiet. She is also what some might consider to be fool hardy and truly fears no other being on this planet to a fault other than the leader of the A. However, much like the Mongol armies of old, Zuka is strategic and tactical to a fault. She takes the time to analyze her opponent before heading in for the kill and does this outside of battle as well. She got her name for a reason, that being that she is extremely quiet. Rumors once had it that she had slaughtered an entire high ranking family at the age of 15, but all those who spoke of it mysteriously disappeared. Despite her thoughts, Zuka can be a loyal person to the right cause or organization, the ninja can show respect a person or organization who has great power. Trust is another factor if help her, Zuka will be neutral hearted. Betrayal....Then she'll stop at nothing to kill the betrayer then search and destroy everything they had. Really, it's a two way street when it comes to loyalty. If Zuka decides she wants to kill someone, they're as good as dead. The sheer amount of drive, resolve, and focus she has when it comes to her willpower is monstrous. No matter how convincing a counter-argument may be to her goal, or to her belief, she will keep on doing whatever she was doing previously, refusing to be told otherwise. Going up against strong opponents proves this, as her will to win will often, if not always, surpass her opponent's attempts to dissuade her.  The first is her total disregard for any authority figure outside of the only one she respects, being the Mizukage. No matter how strong they are, how threatening they are, or how swiftly they could end her life, Zuka will refuse to show them even a modicum of respect unless they have one-hundred percent earned it. This flagrant disrespect has been aimed at the Jounin, other Kage, the Daiymo.. anyone who hasn't done her the kind of service and favor that Kiri, not ANBU has done for her will be insulted, mocked, and criticized. Regardless of their rank, position, or power level, even if it towers above Shikazuka's own. The only people who can truly earn Shikazuka's respect are those who can defeat her in a fight without holding back, and those who can push her to her limits.

History:
Tradition in the family was to raise a child to their sixth birthday, which is when they should hold enough knowledge to join the academy. Sometimes they would wait an extra year, but Shikazuka was prepared at the age of sixth. Entering the academy to learn the foundation skills she needed to excel as a shinobi, and prepare her for the upcoming challenges she would face as a Shinobi of Kirigakure.

For months she had studied the foundational classification of jutsu: Taijutsu, Ninjutsu, and Genjutsu. There were much more others which were briefly explained, but only meant to learn once they achieved the Genin rank. The key was to understand the concept of jutsu, and prepare them with the basics.

The key techniques were Kawarimi no Jutsu, Bushin no Jutsu, and lastly Henge no Jutsu. Substitution, Clone, and Transformation. Elements were also slightly went over, chakra explanation, and hand seals. Primarily everything that would prepare a Genin for the future achieves he or she would need. After the month's passed after being lectured at both school, and home...she was prepared. The Genin test was a conjunction of two stages, the first being a hand written test, and the second was a presentation to give example of understanding.  

The exam consisted of obvious examples, and showed the direct factual information. Twenty questions total, and you must get fourteen correct to pass. This was required to show that the ninja also understood the concept of what they could do. If one did not understand, one could not advanced, therefore...they would fail as a Genin. Zuka passed with a sixteen out of twenty which was about average, and waited out the test for the others to finish. That led them to go in alphabetical order of those who passed to preform the three primary jutsu to the instructors, and then exit home. The passing list would be posted outside of the academy in a few hours after the test, or early the next morning.  

Zuka had came back to the academy three hours after the exam to see the new posting, but it wasn't there. This made her extremely anxious, and needed to get an answer. A few of her classmates were there as well discussing, and encouraging eachother that they all successfully passed. That's when they went home after an hour of hanging out, and waited till the next morning.
They all showed up to view the passing report.

Open till 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM tuesday through thursday. Those who have not passed please talk to the instructor in room 1A to find out how to retake the exam. When Zuka got to the room, her teacher was in the room, flanked by 2 ANBU Black Ops members. They stared, unwavering and even her teacher was uncomfortable. She could see the sweat drops, him tugging at the collar. Finally, he spoke. She had scored so high on her test, the ANBU and even more, the Kage, had taken an interest in her. She would find out later that the last 5 people who scored above 102% and disappeared, never to be seen again. The ANBU in the room seemed, by their masks, to be Fox and Lynx. They wanted her to come with them. Shikazuka weighed her options. She had never really been close to her family, but like all children, there was a connection. The question was, is it real. However, her house was always loud. And like that, her decision was made.

At fourteen, Shikazuka began taking her training outside the village, finding ways to train that she'd never thought of within the walls that protected her for so long. She began by training with ANBU who specialized in Raiton and Katon

 At fifteen, she began to practice with ninja specializing in lightning based jutsu, and began to realize that she alone could quite possibly end up out doing her sister, in terms of endurance, and tenacity, finding himself pushed to, and beyond her limits. It was then, that she and 2 other ANBU in training were selected to compete in the Chunnin Exam. Of course, the regular ninja didn't know that they were ANBU, but they didn't need to know, did they. Thusly, they went, under the guise of Team 5 to Otogakure, along with other ninja from Kiri and around the world. What was unusual about this team was that there were 2 females and 1 male. Herself, Yukiki and Mato. In the future, they would be Wolf, Falcon and Bear. Well, not one of them.

The written exam, at least for her and Yuki, was quite possibly the easiest part. Yuki, who was specializing in Fuinjustu and Ijtusu, developed a seal containing any potential answers and applied it to Mato's skin. Mato didn't remember to access it, sat freaking out most of the time. Stupid Mato.

The "weeding out" part, as Yuki described it, was different than when the exams were held in the forest of death. Instead, there was a huge domed area, divided into twelve parts, for the twelve teams that made it. Anyone could enter the middle section, where additionally supplies were held and there were 2 entrances between each section. They soon found out that on every hour, some different form of incentive rolled through the entire section, except the middle, causing people to stay on their feet.

With that, a plan was made. Every one on the team specialized in fuinjutsu in someway. They were going to head to the middle, stock up and seal additional supplies and then hold the fort. If they were somehow forced out, they could seal themselves in their scroll and pray for the best.

They encountered resistance from Leaf, Kiri and Oto teams. When Kiri was left behind in a section with broken limbs, right before whatever torture device came (they soon found out that it was acid rain), bemoaning their fate, they looked to Team 3 with despair, wondering how, how could they do this, we're from the same village. Mato, in one of his rare moments responded with, "The same fabric we may be, cut from the same cloth, we are not." And with that, Team 3 left them to their fate.

They weren't the only ones with an idea of holding out the middle. They managed to force the 2 Suna teams that had banded together into another section that swarmed with locusts. However, Zuka had fainted from chakra exhaustion and Mato had sustained heavy injuries, leaving Yuki to heal him.

By a stroke of luck, they encounter no enemies through the recovery process. And so when they found the exit (in the sky of the middle area) they are much comforted. Then, it becomes the indiviual rounds. Mato doesn't pass, but Yuki beats her Leaf ninja and Zuka beats her Iwa ninja.

In the final round, the personal matchup's, she faced a Kumo genin. Looking back, she realizes she could have held back. Taking off his arm might have been a bit much. However, when she got pushed to the ground, no one saw him cop a feel. That just doesn't fly. She didn't, however, escape without her fair share of injuries. For two weeks, ironically, she couldn't use her right arm. Good thing she's ambidextrous. She also couldn't her out of her left ear.

At sixteen, she hurried her training, quickly feeling that she was behind.  As a chunin, she tailed her ANBU superiors, mostly the captain on missions. She got some money, mostly what she could lift, but gained plenty of experience. During a rookie (for ANBU anyways) mission, Mato was killed. Despite all of Yuki's progess and skill, there was no healing a beheading. Typically, this is where you swear vengeance on the Leaf (for it was a Leaf Jounin who killed him) Zuka could barely be bothered to give some last words. He always did make too much noise.

At seventeen, there were still so many jutsu she didn't know, and so little time to learn. She went on a frightening study spree, trying to find ways to not only learn new jutsu, but to add to her own. She began to develop ideas for her own jutsu, one that she could call her own. She felt it best to wait until the time was right. It seemed that at every waking moment the ANBU were watching, waiting but rarely helping. She focused the most on trying to create an advanced nature kekkai genkai. Lightning and Fire had to combine to make something, right? She also began looking into ancient edicts and tomes about senjutsu and nature energy.

 At eighteen, her life began to turn on it's head, quickly. She didn't realize it at first, but somewhere during this time, her sister, Mitsune Kaguya, had been killed. After eventually hearing of her sister's untimely demise, she secluded himself in her training grounds by the waterfall of Kirigakure. Here she trained constantly, strengthening himself, eventually having set up a small camp to survive the weather, if any. This lasted for several months until she'd finally taken her qualms to a higher power, still wanting to outdo her sister. The Kage, despite her solitude had promoted her to Jounin. "She's done a lot," he said. "Let her have this." Yuki was promoted along with her. With that, began their induction into ANBU, as Wolf and Falcon.

At twenty, she went on her first mission as a Jounin. A family was threating to destroy the Kage and overthrow the daiymo. She was sent to eliminate the heads of house, seven people. A rookie mistake, really, one she shouldn't have made, caused her to almost die. Then, she let her hand touch her swords. Instead of killing seven people, twenty-six people ended up dying, an entire clan. When debriefed later, she acknowledged her mistake, but had no qualms at all about killing those people. It was then, that the ANBU captain, determined that she was ready. And advance through the ranks, she has.

Zuka lifted herself from her crouching position. Across the barren, empty field, lay the entire Ryusoji Clan. The Dragon Masters, they were rumored to be. But their, elites were dead, gone, all that's left now were a few jounin and lots of chunin. Zuka sighed, this was gonna be some work.

"Blaze Style: Vessel Consumption Jutsu!" She yelled.

It is true power. It floods her veins, mixes in her blood stream, melds to her joints until her body is a conductor of a symphony of catastrophe. Around her the air is prickling with the heat of summer, hair flowing from the pulse of her own energy, like flames licking hungrily for something to devour. And in a split second the fire rips through her, tearing through her being, reaching from the depths of her heart. She is god-like, enamored with the fiery tendrils as they too climb skyward, and she courses with infinite, un-flickering, unbreakable power. She turns her gaze on the army, sees them crouching in fear. She raises her hand, and en masse, death is here, in a burning, blazing glory.
