These are the wanted posters for anyone who wishes to ditch the village and go missing-nin/wanderer. Also, if your character has committed some sort of a crime in the village and runs away or anything of that nature they will be placed up here. They're will be rewards for those who capture the wanted criminals/missing-nins/wanderers. You may also ask to be placed on a mission to capture these wanted criminals with your team or alone for the reward (must get the wanted person's permission as well first) This does not apply to wanderers..if you are just a traveler and are passing by or visiting Kirigakure you are free to come and go. This is for Kirigakure residents that ditch the village and go missing-nin..or commit a crime of some sort.

Description: A sudden uprising of lowly underling Genin and other shinobi of Imperial Kirigakure have been found missing. What started out as a harmless protest of the King's reign quickly escalated into a full blown dismissal of his kingdom. Their wish to leave was granted, but in their leaving protesters began rampaging like bulls threw the streets.
Upon hearing of this news of the uprisings and the betrayal of his own shinobi against the crown, King Nezumi Kotonashi has contracted multiple Hunter Ninja along with Imperial Shinobi of Kirigakure, requesting aid and assassination of all missing ninja who have caused this trend.
The missing ninja were said to have been last seen traveling out of Kirigakure, escaping overseas heading all over the shinobi world. It is unknown what their intentions are, but King Nezumi wants all of them annihilated. Your order as Imperial Shinobi is to track down these ninja and kill them on site. Failure is not an option.
Objectives:Kill all wanted missing ninjas!
Conditions:
1. Kill them
2. Don't let them survive
3. Destruction of property is prohibited
4. You get 5500 ryō for completing the mission on top of the 500 ryō for killing them
5. Do not fail
