Hand Seals/Charge up: One turn charge up as well as the mystical palm hand seals/charge up requirements.
Description: This jutsu allows the user to pour medical chakra into a seal so that the target of this jutsu can release this seal in order for their wounds to be healed. This can at maximum heal near death wounds will take double the time of normal shosen to do so. The seal itself is simply kanji for heal and is released by focusing a c-rank amount of chakra into it. The heal is initiated immediately upon release or use of the tag. The user does not need to stand still to be healed, but it will not heal wounds that are caused after the seal's release.


This Seal utilizes Shosen as a Parent Jutsu:
One Turn Seal Creation: Heals up to a standard cut.
Two Turn Seal Creation: Heals up to a fracture
Three Turn Seal Creation: Heals up to a break
Four Turn Seal Creation: Heals up to shatters/maimed limbs

This seal in turn takes the same amount of time to heal the damage listed. A seal of five turns can heal lower wounds, but still take the amount of time to heal up to that wound. (I.E If five turn seal used to heal a break, it takes three turns to heal the break and can still heal a fracture after.)

Could you expand on the healing ability, Mystical palm itself can heal certain wounds but for example as shown multiple organs being damaged is unable to be healed as this uses mystical palm as a parent it would follow the sam erules, Also mystical plam needs time to heal this is more like a rip off of creation rebirth for other people IMO, if your wanting a full body heal using mystical palm as a parent then a scale is needed depening on the wounds.

A scale in what regards? The amount of time in accordance per type of wound? Or do you mean cost for the seal to be released?
