Description:A 25in sword formed of chakra in the shape of double helix. This technique can be used on a weapon that weapon becomes the handle for this technique. While used on a weapon this technique is self sustaining with the chakra continuously moving keep it helix shape.  After the user perfect this technique the sword has no handle or guard it depends on the users own movements (arm and hand).  It manifest on the user palm. This technique damages like a chain saw the fast moving finely shape chakra slices/cuts through what it comes in contact with.

If this technique hits something solid like earth wall it will leave and impression in the shape off the sword at the point of impact but will destabilize it causing fault lines to spread from the impact site. Causing the wall implode

If rasengan hit this technique directly they both techniques would collapse Grind vs sever= stalemate

Self sustaining? I think not,

Lower the range to something like 25 and add in a B-rank chakra upkeep.

I didn't really consider just how long 48in was ill change to 25.

I apolgise, I jumped the gun with the self sustaining before realizing that currently its kenjutsu which at a certain CS level allows for the user to not spend chakra on kenjutsu abilities so when used via a weapon you may have it self sustaining, But when you evolve it to be a non weapon based and use it like ninjutsu then the chakra cost comes in.

Returned the self sustained and added language that should make it clear that it starts off as a chakra flow technique, for a weapon. And I left the info that relates to how it is treated with out a weapon
