Weakness: Isn't very practical in close-ranged combat or in a straight-up one-on-one fight, as given the immensity of the quarter-spheres, user would be crushed by it.

I'm going to go with B at the least. Someone may say otherwise, but personally it doesn't seem like a complicated jutsu just difficult to do, because it would require a fine level of chakra control.

This means that if hand seals are done within 10m of the user and the opponent isn't over 1 rank higher in hand seal speed then the user is in weapon speed the user can close the distance and interrupt the hand seals with this technique before the seals are completed.

Sanroku, the first two are B-Rank, the rest are video game techs and not permit-able on the site due to their heavily unrealistic nature. The last one could easily be roleplayed out however.

After the user is done absorbing their chakra, they can lay claim to the soul. This technique could also be used to determine what elemental affinities has the target by licking them. Due to one body being unable to handle so much chakra, The user typically distributes the chakra absorbed into multiple bodies, and uses Color Course Change to switch to another if needed.
User drains 80 Chakra per post so long as contact with the user's mouth to the target's is achieved during the post.
Weakness:Requires incredibly close contact with the lips to fully utilize the absorption. If the user wants to claim a soul they will need another body to contain the extra chakra.

The Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist are shown to be masters of this technique, and were even good enough to track and kill opponents through sound alone.[1][2] Some shinobi also opt to use a cover such as mist or even frost to rob their opponents of their field of vision and then attack them.
