Bloodline Ability: The Kimura clan has learned to use a very special element. This is an advanced chakra nature created with the simultaneous blending of the Suiton (Water Release) and Katon (Fire Release) natures. Using Suiton to gather moisture from the air and gather it together in condensed molecules before rapidly evaporating them with Katon. This creates a hyper expansion of natural gasses (hydrogen and oxygen) and this rapid expansion causes a shockwave of pressure that is incredibly hot (both hydrogen and oxygen are fire fueler’s) and concussive (due to the wall of suddenly pressurized air.

This is how the Explosive element comes to be. Due to the way the element works it is actually strong against water being able to evaporate water at very high speeds. But this release is also very hot being way hotter than regular fire. Though, it cannot reach the same raw temperature level of Lava Release it mainly focuses on the use of moisture absorption. This is how This element can bypass Katon's natural weakness of Suiton by evaporating incoming attacks. The appearance of the explosion is usually a light red color or black, but, depending on the levels of heat each technique has a different hue.Explosives are devastating towards any organic life as it can completely destroy it creating barren lifeless area with great ease. (All members must have Fire and Water as elements)
One can use chakra to keep the element stable to where it would work like fire, though slightly hotter and not be in the same form.  The color of this element tends to be a dark red color, like almost the color of blood. This element is strong against Water, but weak against Earth while neutral to Fire, Lightning, and wind.

Now it is not known where the Explosive element came from, but it I said that the Kimura clan has used it since the clan has been around. As some say that they learned it way in the dessert, though that is not truly known. But some say that the creator of this element was a man who actually came from the village of Iwa who met a woman from the land of Kumo. And by running away from their villages together they traded the secrets of their villages that they had learned, and by doing this they learned how to control shockwaves, and soon after they learned how to make explosions through the use of the shockwaves. But none of this is certain.

Please state the weakness of the technique and the charge up for you clan jutsu. This wouldn't be an issue if you followed the template properly. :)

Also in the description of your clans ability you mention implosion once but dont really go into details. Just to be clear your clan wont be able to manipulate implosions and explosions.

I personally do not see where the shockwaves come in. Water and Fire are reasonable when it comes to explosives, yes? I understand if it's waves, but the word "shock" is suppose to mean something more than a wave that is incredibly hot. That shouldn't be classified as a shockwave, cause it has nothing to do with electricity to be classified as a shockwave. It may be me misunderstanding, but to my knowledge, the way you described it is more of a wave (come up with another name if you can) rather than a shockwave.

Also typically shockwaves and concussive force jutsu are typically not all that hot and more concussive while techniques that are more hot would have a smaller shockwave.

Alllsoooo in your current jutsu you have really nothing explosive included and it seems to be more like scorch release
