Description: With this technique, users replace their own body with some other object, generally with a block of wood, the moment an attack lands. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. From this, the user can use the lapse in the enemy's attention to attack or flee from the battlefield. Explosive tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise. It's a basic ninjutsu even taught at the Academy, but it's a useful art that can be applied in variety of situations.

Description: A ninjutsu that creates an intangible copy of one's own body, without any substance. Since the clone itself doesn't have the ability to attack, and thus can only be used to confuse the enemy, it is mainly used in combination with other ninjutsu. It's a basic technique, but depending on one's ingenuity, it can be used effectively. The clones may not dissipate when they come into contact with something.
These clones can be easily distinguished by persons with dōjutsu. A person with normal eyes can also distinguish the clones from the original, since the clones do not have shadows and will not disrupt the area around themselves with their movement (i.e. won't kick up dust, crush grass, etc.).

Description: Given all the missions ninja are assigned to - battle, intelligence gathering, diversions - this is a priceless ninjutsu. It is typically used to change into people other than oneself, but one also has the ability to change into animals, plants, and even inanimate objects like weapons. This gives this technique an abundance of uses. The transformation of a skilled shinobi will be exactly like the genuine article, so it will be impossible to tell the two apart. On the other hand, a transformation performed by an inexperienced person will have obvious discrepancies. It will be impossible to deceive anyone with it. This is one of the most basic ninjutsu, as such most shinobi know how to perform it. The transformation technique is considered to be among the more difficult E-ranked techniques, since it requires constant emission of chakra while mentally maintaining the form. On top of that, the user would be, most likely, interacting with the environment. This puts mental strain on an inexperienced ninja. Thus the best way to determine if it is indeed a transformation is to cause this strain upon the user; though this is of course not always successful.

Description:The user creates several flaming orbs of Implosion chakra each resembling small orbs being the size of basketballs. These orbs being made of implosion chakra are extremely hot and will be able to give first degree burn instantly to anyone on contact with skin. Now because of the Scorch release nature the orbs are also able to evaporate water at very fast past being able to evaporate gallons of water in seconds. The user is able to control these orbs using them for attack defense. (No more then 3 orbs can be made at a time and the orbs will only stay for 3 post unless a E rank amount of chakra is payed per every post afterwards. All orbs move half the speed of their user)

Since the mist is a black like substance it is also very hard to see through allowing for it to be used as a smoke screen. (This chakra like mist will stay around for 3 post unless it is disbursed)

The spheres also equal the same as 3 exploding tags when they implode. ( it cost to implode each sphere. )

The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance and elevation between the user and the intended destination.

B ranks and bellow can control 1 puppet at a time with this jutsu, while A rank can Control 2 at a time with this jutsu, and S rank Can control 3. These puppets count towards the total puppet count of the user. ( Each puppet that is connected with this jutsu will have a seal on the body of a user. Each puppet with its own seal, Now if a person is able to hit this target and put pure chakra into the seal it will break the concentration to the jutsu. Meaning the user has to touch the seal on the puppet, and wait 3 post to use that puppet again with this jutsu. Note the chakra has to be like in the Gentel fist style.)

Description:This technique is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This technique requires a sufficient amount of water, which can be provided by expelling it from one's mouth. Once trapped the target is unable to move or breathe while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Because of the density of the water it can be used, to a limited extent, for defensive purposes if performed on oneself. It can also be stored in scrolls as traps.

The normal scope of this technique is normally just a few metres, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup. Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channelling chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited, beforehand.

Description:Using this technique, Haku gathers some water from the air and surrounding environment into one thousand long needles. While the needles do surround a target from all sides, they don't appear above the target, creating an escape route. Haku is able to perform this jutsu with one-handed seals, allowing him to pin an opponent's arm and attack while they cannot use any techniques themselves.

Description: The user spews a stream of chakra infused gun-powder from their mouth, which surrounds the region. As the gunpowder is composed entirely of ash, it stays in the air around the victim like a cloud, which can be used like a smokescreen. After surrounding the enemy with the ash, the user can ignite it with a flint placed on their teeth beforehand to create a spark, resulting in a violent explosion, burning the enemy. However, this technique requires keen senses to read the air currents, the insight to read the movements of the enemy, the tactical experience to not also enfold one's allies in the flames, and careful attention for the timing of the ignition.

Description: The ANBU, by concentrating and compressing their chakra, creates and maintains a barrier by pressing both of their hands to the ground to defend themselves. The barrier can be made as a 180 degree dome around the user or a simple wall, and, though resilient, is difficult to maintain. It's capable of withstanding 2 techniques of B-rank and lower techniques and 1 technique of A-rank. The jutsu can slow down an S-rank technique but not stop it fully.
