As a shinobi, your purpose is to create peace. You don't do this with power, you do it through love, my ancestor was foolish enough to believe this.

Looks Description: Kouketsu has a sharp jaw with long black hair that reaches down to the Uchiha clan symbol on his back. He wears red battle armor from an ancient time back when the Uchiha and the Senju themselves fought endlessly. He has black eyes that seem to pierce through your soul. Overall, Kouketsu has a rather handsome complexion.
Kouketsu's clothing isn't anything that was meant to be overly fashionable, in fact, its quite the opposite - simple. Assuming the attire of his clan, he wears a HOOD-LIKE ROBE, however, the extended clothing that reaches below their obi sashes is absent from Kouketsu's specifically. Above all else, his Uchiha clan crest rests neatly woven into the fabrics of his half-robes back.
For a more roomy feel, Kouketsu has been known to often where a simple black, one piece robe which is fastened tightly at the wast by a red obi sash, one of the two colors that formulate the Uchiha clan crest. Above all else the crest itself is flawlessly sewn into the back of the robe no different than his alternate outfits. Lastly he's been occasionally seen with a netted shirt beneath the robe itself, a clothing accessory he often considers 'comfortably fashionable'.
Personality Description: This Uchiha finds that the key to peace is to love thy enemy, much that of his counterpart the Senju. He believes his ancestors in the past were foolish to believe power was the only way to gain piece. However, he loves his family so and would do anything to help them, besides having anything harm peace and his village Kirigakure.
Kouketsu has been one to believe in peace and equality, and with it all notions, desires, and even thoughts of discrimination have been purged from his mind due to the ideals . Both men and woman of any gauge or caste be them from the slums or any other place. he has obtained an equal level of respect for all just as his parents did. Though his tier of knowledge and mental capacity by far is unable to even compare to those who are much older than he; he still understands and comprehends the meaning to his Mother's viewpoints, that much he could agree upon. Though there has been one thing that the two have incessantly disagreed upon, the very methods in which were most effective to achieve this 'peace'.
Kouketsu wants to achieve such goals using the kindness of ones own heart and forgiving those who have wronged him and/or his brother despite his behavior being frowned upon by his more than strict father. For a time, the youngin' shared his fathers ruthless & merciless ideology, yet those tyrannic views only presented themselves as 'utterly foolish' to Kouketsu's harden
Likes: Kouketsu is a firm believer in peace and tends to speak of it often. He values trustworthy and kind people over the stronger ones. He likes to take part in the younger shinobi' s lives as well.
Dislikes: Anyone trying destroy peace will be put down. Kouketsu hates people who contradict themselves. He also find sneaky people untrustworthy and likes to keep from people like that.
Catch Phrases: How…unfortunate. The way to obtain piece is not through strength, it is through love. My Sharingan see' s all.
Nindo: I will be the one to bring peace to this world, if it means the downfall of others standing in the way, so be it. That is my ninja way.
Element Affinity: Katon
Sub Element Affinity: Raiton
History: As a young child, Kouketsu was taught that peace was a valuable thing. In order to obtain this peace, he needed to love everyone, even his enemy. Through power, one gains almost nothing. It can lead down a dark road of vengeance, despair and sorrow. Many people of the Uchiha clan walked that path, but Kouketsu's wouldn't allow him to be one of them. She taught him of his family's ancestry, their history, and their mistakes. It was foolish to believe peace could be obtained through power, but nonetheless, Kouketsu still loved his Uchiha family, he was taught to do so. Soon as he grew up, his father taught him of the shinobi ways. He was soon ready for the academy in Kirigakure.
As an academy student, Kouketsu excelled. He was getting the hang of the basic techniques and seemed to be doing extremely well in class. Many people began to mistreat Kouketsu because of how well he was doing, how he was being favored by the teacher. Kouketsu was open about it, he didn't distort the facts on how well he was doing and didn't hate the fact that everyone was displeased with him. He did what he was taught to do, and loved them. Soon he graduated along with his classmates and moved on into the Genin rank.
As a Genin, Kouketsu became more and more a custom to being a ninja. He participated in all the spars with his classmates and even went toe to toe with his Jounin sensei. He figured the only way to gain peace with his love was to get stronger as well. Now, he still didn't believe power was the answer to obtain peace, but he did see that you couldn't get anywhere in the shinobi world without some. He began to extensively train father and even asked if he could have more training sessions with his Jounin. Sometimes, if he felt up to it, it would be his whole team against him. Akuma, Hitsune, and his sensei, Shisui. Soon the Chuunin Exams came, and into the swamp he went. He was pit up against three other teams, and came out victorious.
As a Chuunin, Kouketsu focused more on his ninjutsu and started to train intensely with it. He would start pushing himself to the limit, and even using up nearly all of his chakra. He would be exhausted all the time. Sometimes he almost died. It started to become a normal thing, he did it on a regular basis. His training paid off however, he could now use more chakra then he had before. He was now at a leg up higher than his other teammates and even, his fellow Chuunin. He was preparing for his Jounin exam. This time he had to fight his sensei with the whole team, all the other Chuunin, and the Mizukage watching. He almost failed, unwilling to fight his sensei, but came out in the end, victorious. On that day he learned that power was necessary too. It was needed to balance out the love. It was much like the Yin Yang. The power and the love. You needed both of them to get anywhere.
Soon he started to grow famous within his village. He was now known around the whole village and wherever he went he was praised. He didn't feel like it was necessary but he allowed it. It wasn't annoying, it was just something that didn't need to be done for him. Soon the Mizukage gained an interest in the Uchiha. He would start to analyse him and even speak to him about his views on the world. It was no surprise that he was picked to be the next Mizukage. He didn't want it just yet, but the Mizukage said he couldn't wait, he had a duty to perform to himself as a shinobi and now his village.
During his time of office, the new Mizukage of the office, Kouketsu, liked to diligently spend time with the younger generation of kids. He would watch over them as they grew up, helping them learn they're new jutsu. Guide them along the way essentially. He couldn't have a defenseless village, so he had to get the shinobi while they were young and help them grow into skilled shinobi of the Mist Village. Kouketsu would even get to know the young ones as individuals and on a personal level as well. He knew their names and they definitely knew his. If they had any issues needed taking care of and Kouketsu could help with it, he would tackle the problem straight on. Kouketsu liked the Genin most of all though. They liked to show their personalities the most. If he had to pick the best personalities though, he'd say it was the rambunctious ones. They were just a little more fun to be around. However, he loved all his village children, no matter how they addressed him or spoke to him, not even their personalities. He knew they up d grow up to be fine shinobi one day. It was all in the name of Kirigakure, the Hidden Mist Village, Kouketsu's village and home.
Even more so, Kouketsu attended each and every event he could get to. Whether he was invited or not he'd be there. Whether it be a scholars advancement in ranks in the shinobi world, or a regular show in some theatre. Most of all, he took an interest in the Chuunin Exams. This is where he could watch the shinobi he's known and begun to work with personally, and decide on what they were gifted in and how well they were doing. If it seemed they were struggling and they happened to fail the exam, he would help them even further until the next Chuunin Exam. The ones that excelled, were personally and formally congratulated the shinobi and didn't care if anyone saw. Win the next time and you got the same treatment. It was no surprise or secret that Kouketsu was going to take on apprentices, or even team of his own to go on missions with. Soon he'd make one, until then, he was satisfied with watching the young ones grow and surpass him. Maybe, just maybe, he would see them become kages of their own, Mizukages, however the world was dangerous, so he was uncertain.
RP Sample: Kouketsu Sat at his desk in the Mizukage office, thoroughly bored with what he s doing now. All he had been doing since he was made the new Mizukage, was paperwork. No overseeing fights, no pressing matters at hand, nothing. It was just paperwork. Most of the time it was just to confirm he was the Mizukage. He thoroughly hated anything that had to do with paperwork now. Hell, he should have taken the ANBU spot, not the Mizukage. Maybe then he'd be able to go about his life and do something for his village, because at the moment, all he was doing was making sure he was the new Mizukage for all the people that wanted to be ABSOLUTELY sure.
"How…unfortunate of me," he exclaimed.
He placed his pen down and grabbed his armor. It as time to grab some fresh air. Out the door he went, not returning for quite some time later. As he dashed up the walls of the Mizukage building, he noticed everything from up that high. It may have been foggy, but he could still see. The citizens walking among the streets of Kirigakure, buying merchandise, taking strolls. He could even see the numerous ninja jumping among the buildings, trying to get wherever they had been needed.
Finally Kouketsu had reached the top of the building and continued watching over his community with a smile. He jumped off to the nearest building that lower than the Mizukage building, so much that he'd be a cripple by the time he landed. He smacked down onto the top of the building and landed in a squatting position with both his arms outstretched. He sprinted once more for the edge of the building and flew over the edge. He would continue this process until he finally made it to the bottom, once again landing in a squatting position with his arms out on both sides. As soon as he landed a flock of people surrounded him, admiring his graceful landing.
Kouketsu smiled to his beloved villagers and picked himself up.
"Hello everyone, how's your day today?"
They proceeded to explain their days all the the same time, not letting up once. Kouketsu merely smiled and walked along with them. He noticed a small child peering up at him with a smile. Kouketsu reached down, placing a hand in front of the boy so he could grab on. Once the boy did, he placed him atop his shoulders and walked along with the villagers having a pleasant stroll.
