Bloodline Ability:  Much like their relatives, the Uzumaki Clan, the Morningstar Clan is famous for it's highly developed chakra pools. The clan is born with a larger then average chakra pool; equal to the base of one rank higher then what they current are. A Genin would begin with a base chakra pool of 130; and will increase at the normal amount as they rank up. An S-rank Uzumaki would have 310 base chakra by this system; and they retain the ability to increase their chakra pools via the normal methods allowed to all users.

Unlike the Uzumaki Clan which specializes in Fūinjutsu, the Morningstar Clan are not very versatile in all specializations like the Senju Clan. Instead, they pride their abilities to be useful in the more physical prowess which made them extremely vigor. Since having no doujutsu, but utilizing the elements of Earth Water to create Crystal Release, the clan specializes in both Ninjutsu and Weaponry, enabling themselves to be far more superior than the normal weaponry users of the clansmen rank, giving them a 5-10% increase of their weaponry tactics more than the weaponry users of their ranks.

The Crystal Release (晶遁, Shōton; "Crystal Style") is a rare and specialised field of elemental ninjutsu that can create crystal as well as manipulate already-existing crystals and crystalline structures. Water then Earth chakra mastery allows one to form and use crystalline minerals such as diamonds and use them in battle. basic forms can use sharp projectile minerals and protective armors. advanced users can use other tricks like creating lasers out of sunlight, weapons with razor sharp crystal blades, and lastly the ability to petrify, fossilize or otherwise solidify liquid based objects and substances.

Clan History:  One of the oldest clans by far to ever exist; the Morningstar Clan shared their history with the Uzumaki Clan and even the Senju Clan as being the more brutal and tactical clan of the three. Although they did not best the Senju in all specializations but tied them in Ninjutsu, they had made up for it in Weaponry, housing some of the most lethal weapons in their time. Once the most prominent clan who help the Uzumaki be the founders of the long lost Uzushiogakure, the clan has always been famous for it's abilities with Ninjutsu and Weaponry, as well as well as their extremely large pools of chakra and life energy. Morningstar clan were considered to keep their youthfulness in old age, seeing as they lived in the same village as the Uzumaki clan. Since the destruction of the village, the clan disbanded and went into hiding, keeping themselves a very small number of clansmen that still live till this day. Currently, the last remaining members reside in different villages, keeping a low profile.

' Since having no KKG or no doujutsu, the clan specializes in both Taijutsu and Weaponry, enabling themselves to be far more superior than the normal taijutsu users, increasing the rank of their taijutsu techniques +2 only if they have Taijutsu as their main specialty. If they have Taijutsu as a secondary spec, thank rank of their techniques are increased by +1'

Just no increasing of anything everything remains the same no matter what the rank I would add another ability or something like they learn a certain style of techniques or whatever like a taijutsu style.

You can though if you want to have an increase is have 5-10 percent better at taijutsu and weaponry of your rank not increase the jutsu by two ranks.

Kaira is right, an increase of +2 or even +1 to a rank is a bit extreme. A compensation that might work is a 5 - 10% increase to those specific skills.

I want you to add a draw back to that speed increase like maybe less strength? less durability? etc.. something that can balance out that speed boost.
