Looks Description: Ibuki stands at 6 feet exactly and weighs at 156lbs. Ibuki has short blond hair and has a green cameo bandanna tied around his head. He tends to wear cameo gear all around his body. His body is muscular reminiscent of a man who trained for most of his life. Under his jacket he has a multitude of scars from failed experiments when he was inventing. He has a green eyes and matching green jacket with a number 1 pin on the jacket. He tends to only change his clothing to help himself better blend in with his surroundings. So he isn't one to wear something overly obvious to draw attention to himself, he just looks like the average man. Face-wise Ibuki has average looks and for the most part always seems to have a cocky look on his face.
Personality Description: Ibuki isn't called the Hellish Commander for nothing, he is the kind of shinobi that likes to push his underlings to the near breaking part. His calm demeanor as he sends his teammates into near death situations with seemingly little preparation tends to reinforce his nickname. Ibuki is not very well liked in Konoha and most hate him completely. To others he is the type of person to completely abandon his squad in a pit of wolves with nothing but a single kunai if it means completing a mission. Which isn't entirely false. Ibuki would leave his squad in a ditch to complete a mission, though he likes to put a bit more thought into it than that.
Ibuki is the analytical type of shinobi. He tends to analyze most things that he comes into contact with when he first comes into contact with it. Due to this Ibuki is very skeptical when he comes to contact with new people. Not only that he is also the kind of person who will place very little trust in those he isn't FULLY familiar with. Meaning if he doesn't have a pretty good idea of what kind of person you are at first glance. He will suspicious of you for the entirety of the mission.
Ibuki also likes to analyze a situation before he enters it. Very rarely will he ever jump in the middle of battle guns blazing on a whim. He will analyze the situation seriously and scan everything before him before making a single move. Due to this he has one of the lowest death ratio on squads that he leads. Ibuki is also very boastful. He will constantly remind everyone about his accomplishments as if they would forget if he doesn't keep talking about it.
Ibuki has a secret passion. He loves to build things with his hands, so one can find him at times creating something new. He even goes as far to have a workshop in his home where he develops new objects. Ibuki is so attached to this passion of his he will become sour when pried away from his work prematurely.

History:
- Academy Years:
- Ibuki was born and raised by his two parents is Konoha. Both of his parents were not shinobi. Ibuki's mother was a tailor and his father was a inventor. They decided that Konoha, a village filled with sand would be a better fit for them than than remaining in the hidden leaf. Though Ibuki's father's debts also help on the decision for moving. As a young child, Ibuki found himself infatuated with his father's inventions. So much so that Ibuki wanted his original career to be an inventor. Unfortunately his hopes were dashed when his father forcibly signed him up to go to the shinobi academy. His parents had no affinity to using the shinobi arts but, as if by miracle Ibuki was blessed with the skill to be a shinobi so they made him go to the academy. They promised him that if he were to flunk out of the ninja academy but showed some effort they would let him quit.
Unfortunately things weren't so easy. As it was stated earlier Ibuki had an affinity for the shinobi arts. Ibuki couldn't possibly fail, not in the way he hoped. Anytime that he tried to fail his exams or the academy in general his parents would get involved personally. It went to the point that he just begrudgingly went through the academy.
- Genin:
- As a genin Ibuki flourished. He began to use his creativity and ambition that he was going to use as a inventor towards his time as a shinobi. His teammates were the standard teammates, they were both bright and outstanding individuals. His master was a drill sergeant though. He seemed to love to for poor Ibuki beyond the average call of duty and send him running through all of Konoha with 50 pound weights on his shoulders as Ibuki held a book on his head. Everytime he did it, he wasn't allowed to drop the book or he would be punished, and worst yet he was timed. If he didn't make it back in time he was punished.
One could speculate that was where Ibuki got his overall mentality towards others learning from that sensei. Ibuki trained under the man for 5 years and under that time he trained and created a few techniques that he honed until he was promoted to chunnin.
- Chunnin:
- When Ibuki became a chunnin, he left his friends and became known as the Hellish Commander. He became a spitting image of his master. Whenever he trained others he became solid as a rock. He would not just push he would would shove those who trained with him or even asked him for help into a bigger and stronger situation where it would simply be fight or flight. It was due to this that many of the village of the sand began to feel animosity towards him. It didn't help that he ended up nearly killing a squad on a mission due to low morale. Either way the village's opinion of Ibuki began to lower further and further as Ibuki continued to get stronger. He remained as an average shinobi even until he became a jounin.
- Jounin:
- For the most part, Ibuki remained average even though now he was powerful enough to take a team for missions. Unfortunately he wasn't very well liked by his students 85% of them quit from being his students after day 2. Ibuki didn't take much thought into it though. He just continued to work on his passion which at the time was inventing either new techniques or weaponry. For the most part Ibuki was the same kind of teacher as his master, you either went through his intense training or you didn't. Either way you would find out the consequences accordingly whether it be being heavily injured during a mission or even death. If his students didn't meet his expectations or even tried, they were punished. Either way he found himself constantly without students due to his harsh idea of training, so at this point he works on missions and continues creating new things as a hobby

Ibuki was sitting in at his desk waiting for class to start. His head was down and he said nothing. In his mind he wondered, Why am I even at school today? Ibuki had better things to do then sit in a classroom waiting for a teacher that may or may not start class. He could be outside playing hide and seek with his friends. Or better yet, he could be playing with his best friend who was no doubt out cold at this time of day. Ibuki envied him. The guy didn't have to go to school all he had to do was laze around the house and play around until Ibuki got home.
Ibuki sighed. Complaining wasn't going to change anything, and keeping his head face down on the table probably wasn't going to make him feel any better. So he lifted his head and looked around, scanning for something to hold his attention. Maybe he could find some cute girl to pick on, or better yet he could leave a prank for the teacher. Though if he did that he would need a scapegoat. Someone to take the blame. Ibuki couldn't take it, that was for sure. If he did he doubt his poor mother could take it. Oh, who was Ibuki kidding, he doubted his rump could take it if his 'poor' mother found out. She was known for her interrogation skills, Ibuki didn't want to be a test subject for her next interrogation technique as a form of punishment.
Ibuki decided to forgo the prank idea and figure out what was going on with his fellow classmates. Not that he expected them to say anything of interest. For the most part they would probably talk about some new game that had just came out and they NEEDED to have, or one of them had the answers to the test they were going to do later. Either way Ibuki decided to go up to one of his classmates and talk to them.
"Hey! What's up? Man isn't sensei taking awhile?" Ibuki asked shoving his hands into his pockets. He really didn't know who the kid was but he decided to talk to them. The kid shook his head and pointed to the desk where the teacher was sitting. "Class would start if you just sat down..." Ibuki sighed, feeling slightly embarrassed and made his way back to his seat. He rested his chin on his arm as he waited for the teacher to start class. He couldn't help but feel bored. He wanted to leave his chair so badly, though he doubted the teacher would appreciate him doing so.
